Key Provisions of the FENIX Platform

PLATFORM FENIX

Key provisions

Platform FENIX creates an academic board to guide research and successfully guide the Space Transition.

The task of the Academic Council is to unite existing international human resources for their development, the achievement of humanitarian goals and assistance in various emergency situations that require intervention, namely, poverty, hunger, natural disasters and disasters caused by human actions, etc.

Platform FENIX represents opportunities and means to bring together human resources, group them together in one place (individual elements) and organize their work in order to accomplish a common task with the help of numerous participants, using such aspects of the general development of mankind as the wisdom of peoples and the knowledge accumulated by humanity. It emphasizes the special importance attached to life, the right to exist, human dignity, respect for the other person, given that justice is based on the kindness of the person, and that any manifestation of kindness is a reflection of truth, truth and beauty.

Platform FENIX stands with the firm intention not to transgress the high values of humanism on earth.

FENIX intends to unite humanists - writers, poets, workers of all humanitarian disciplines, masters, scientists, engineers, artists, sculptors, architects, agricultural workers, researchers and musicians. The platform aims to promote any useful initiatives to develop and improve the general and professional culture.

We plan to develop information materials and guides for the benefit of general education and the promotion of universal civic values, using all modern means of communication and communication.

FENIX intends to fulfill its humanitarian purpose at the world level in the spirit of unity, ecumenism, inter-confessionalism, while remaining outside the political and national framework. FENIX intends to promote arts, sciences, literature and crafts with the intention of raising the material and spiritual level, to revive the common human

culture, to raise the level of individual consciousness, to encourage the unique achievements of peoples, societies and nations, to promote the development in each person of the concepts of beauty, truth, goodness, justice, pleasant and useful, to continue the search for wisdom among the eternal, eternal and universal values, to cause healthy competition in creativity, in scientific research, philosophical conclusion, metaphysical reflection, in mystical contemplation over timeless existential values.

FENIX intends to promote cultural exchange, literary, artistic, scientific, philosophical and religious ties with the high purpose of promoting the strengthening of brotherhood between peoples and nations.

FENIX We will fight against all forms of injustice around the world, because injustice is the mother of all forms of violence. FENIX aims to support any projects based on the principles formulated above, that is, affecting various fields of science, medicine, culture, education, environment, agriculture, industry, social sphere, life and everything that contributes to creative development and protection of nature.

FENIX is based on the following international declarations and conventions:

  • United Nations Declaration of 1 January 1942.
  • Charter of the United Nations, signed in San Francisco 26 June 1945 at the final United Nations conference, which entered into force 24 October 1945.
  • The Statute of the International Court of Justice in The Hague, an integral part of the Charter of the United Nations.
  • Universal Declaration of Human Rights, signed in Paris, France, 10 December 1948.
  • Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, signed in Rome (Italy) 4 November 1950.
  • Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations, 18 December 1979.
  • International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of the Child, approved by the United Nations General Assembly 20 December 1989.
  • Charter of the European Union on Human Rights, signed in Nice 7 December 2000.

Preamble

FENIX brings together all the resources available to humanity to provide assistance in humanitarian emergencies in order to meet the most important needs of humanity.

FENIX intends to unite international human resources and organize their work in order to accomplish a common task by means of numerous participants, using such aspects of the general development of mankind as the wisdom of peoples and the knowledge accumulated by mankind. It emphasizes the special importance attached to life, the right to exist, human dignity, respect for the other person, given that justice is based on the kindness of the person, and that any manifestation of kindness is a reflection of truth, truth and beauty.

FENIX stands with the firm intention not to transgress the high values of humanism on Earth.

These human resources are characterized by:

  • will to mutual respect, mental development and personal selflessness;
  • A wise attitude to all forms of existence.

A specific reasonable approach is used to achieve long-term vital goals: economic, humanitarian and social, designed to increase the overall

level of moral and ethical consciousness of peoples and nations.

This approach naturally takes into account the primary factor that characterizes life, right, duty and respect in the implementation of its plans and tasks.

FENIX aims never to neglect the performance of all that is considered good, true and just, in accordance with the dignity inherent in any living being.

FENIX will adhere to such lines of behavior, the intention and activity of which will be characterized by the ability to adapt to the constant development of the world in the following areas: science, medicine, culture, environment, agriculture, industry, social sphere, life in all its manifestations.

FENIX takes into account the fact that life is in a state of constant change and development, which in itself is the principle of improving things and people.

FENIX believes that life is constantly striving to improve all living beings. Man has constantly developing physical, intellectual and spiritual abilities in all fields, as well as a long history, which puts him first among all organized living beings. Mental activity is the deliberate action of an objective and subjective mentality. Mental activity, by virtue of the thought it produces, is opposed to instinct, or at least constitutes an additional aspect of it.

By virtue of his mental organization, which allows the use of intelligence, a person is able to know, understand, reason, learn, adapt, show prudence, the ability to distinguish, talk about abstract concepts, make generalizations, have intuition, which is the basis of human genius, expressing through articulate speech and creative creative almost unlimited abilities. In the face of the dangers threatening him, a person is always able to act in order to overcome the obstacles that stand in the way of his development, leading to improvement and the search for even greater happiness.

Human history is the knowledge and narrative of past events that are considered worthy of the collective or individual memory of peoples and individuals. It reveals the chronological stages of its material, physical, psychological and spiritual development. Because of this, history is a scientific study of the development of universal evolution.

By developing his highest abilities, a person is able to develop and expand his natural data and aspirations, that is, to increase the level of his material, moral, intellectual and spiritual wealth. The real man can only be a man developed, going ahead of others, to some extent opposed to the animal state, which owns his own evolutionary line. Kindness is the criterion of a developed person, being a cement that unites peoples and individuals.

FENIX combines the totality of human abilities that can improve the human lot in general, as well as in particular help in certain emergency situations, offering acceptable solutions to the critical problems of the planet, and promoting the state of affairs in a more profitable, useful, fair and moral direction.

FENIX intends to contribute to the satisfaction of the basic needs of humanity, inseparable from natural needs, as well as the requirements imposed by the very nature of the organization of the world or social life. The unification of all living, energetic and active intelligent forces is aimed at improving the general condition of the planet, as well as at enabling the human race to develop the highest abilities of the human spirit.

Humanistic culture is what humanity needs most in critical periods of its history. FENIX intends to fight against all forms of barbarism.

FENIX is going to use all means that can contribute to the implementation of numerous concrete projects, research, development of economic, humanitarian and social solutions, which should result in the improvement, improvement, revival and integration of the qualities that underlie the emergence of a single human race, united by the inviolable ties of human brotherhood, common intellectual and moral values, and the equitable distribution of the planet's wealth.

The brotherhood of nations makes it possible to establish long-term peace in the world and to perpetuate a new era of creative peace. The development of mental qualities is the basis of all abilities for reflection, meditation, contemplation, action, endeavors, innovations that lead to the development of all types of professional knowledge, technologies, methods, skills in order to adequately accept the serious challenges of the new time.

As a result, new, more extensive and capacious resources are opened up to man, which allows him to realize his most legitimate intentions and noble aspirations, which have beneficial consequences for the environment of the planet.

FENIX, being an international organization, serves the cause of all nations and all peoples of the earth without exception.

FENIX believes that each nation and each people is an individual group, that is, a set of people who have a common denominator, characterized by an awareness of the uniqueness of their community. All individual groups, regardless of their importance, are communities located in certain territories. Each group is defined and individually implemented with the help of the supreme power. The Union and this body of individuals are united by the will to live in peace and harmony, to represent a harmonious group.

Thus, a nation is an indivisible unity, whose members must be aware of their common origin. They must understand that the interests of some individuals are the interests of all, and that what concerns one member of the group affects all other members of the group. We intend to work so that all people can fully realize the fact that they belong to a single community that makes up a large human family on the planet that is fed by Mother Earth.

Genuine globalization is the process of building brotherhood among peoples and nations in the spirit of a holistic perception of the world and a general establishment of order.

No one should ignore the fact that all nations on earth share the same life and existence, that they have common interests, that blood flows through the veins of all people, regardless of their skin color, level of culture, education and social status.

Resources FENIX are international, they are based on the abilities of a person, his internal and external capabilities, allowing him to get out of any difficult situations and adequately respond to the problems of human existence. These resources are geared towards meeting its needs for strict respect for the balance of nature.

FENIX has set itself the task of uniting scientists and intellectual workers in various departments of human resources. The rules of this platform are not immutable and can change naturally over time.

FENIX intends to become a center of strength, love, enlightenment, consciousness, reflection, knowledge, a world library of skills and abilities of a humanitarian orientation, aiming at the moral improvement of mankind.

Each area and division of knowledge and useful skills differs from each other in the interaction that is established between all possible areas of application, which are human resources.

FENIX intends to act and work in all areas of knowledge and information. He is going to participate in ensuring the right course of world development, while working to protect the values of global (integral) knowledge and their application in the daily life of the world.

FENIX aims to preserve, protect, guarantee, promote and encourage all positive and progressive in various fields of human activity. Positive is what corresponds to the highest values of Beauty, Virtue, Truth and Justice. FENIX considers positive lessons learned from human experience. Anything that has a practical benefit and helps reduce the physical load that a person carries is also considered positive.

Man is a living creature that is in constant evolution. Evolution implies a transition through a series of transformations, it is associated with the idea of human development, mental and social progress.

Evolution is a step-by-step process of transformation that slowly occurs over time. This is a positive change in the state of consciousness, the processes of which involve a series of physical, life, mental, intellectual and spiritual changes.

Evolution implies the operation of the law of universal causality, according to which the creation of new causes produces new consequences. Thus, it is in man’s power to change what is out-of-date, out-of-date, and dilapidated, acting in the present by creating new causes that man actualizes with new methods of creative thinking. In the very concept of evolution there is hope for a better life. It follows from this obvious fact that the old negative causes produced the same negative effects. He who does not advance, retreats and degrades, creating a situation in which man seems to return to a primitive and even animal, barbaric state.

Evolution is a process that follows both the natural order, subordinating each thing to the law of transformation, and controlled by a series of changes in human thought and the external form of man, which attaches particular importance to the deeply sacred essence of human nature. Without evolution there is no progress. Without evolution, there is no change in the way we think. Mental transformation is impossible without access to the higher culture of the mind, without the education of consciousness.

Membership

The rise of human intelligence implies the mobilization of all the minds of humanity and their resources for the wider expansion of the global consciousness of humanity. FENIX is aware of the global nature of universal evolution. FENIX is particularly interested in the general flowering of human intelligence, in the mobilization of all mental human abilities, as well as in the even greater development of intelligence in its relationship with the highest principle of life consciousness, which we call intuition or higher intelligence.

FENIX is based on the following directions:

  • Science
  • Medicine
  • Culture
  • Education
  • Environment
  • Agriculture
  • Industry
  • Social sphere
  • Respect for life, for intelligence and for higher consciousness.

Humanity should attach great importance to the content of these developing disciplines. These areas of human activity must be given their true meaning. The loss of these values would be a real tragedy for humanity.

FENIX is not limited to the creation of simple interdisciplinary research programs. FENIX makes every effort to combine the quintessence of knowledge, skills and competencies in order to establish between these various aspects a synarchic synergy that can bring global answers to human problems. The adjective “synarchic” means such a synthesis, which is aimed at uniting noble people, each of whom is competent in his preferred field of study, absolutely different from other fields.

FENIX does not claim to solve all the material problems of mankind. The mission that our Union undertakes and is called upon to fulfil is to help humanity to rise in its consciousness towards development, while respecting the local peculiarities, specific differences and peculiarity of thinking inherent in each individual group. Consequently, his main desire is to mobilize all the mental and spiritual resources of all people of good will (be they agricultural workers, scientists, artisans, artists, specialized workers, creative workers, self-taught), supporting the desire to serve the collective, unique and great human family.

It is about helping people follow the developmental path of evolution. There is nothing more important than uniting all the minds of humanity for the sole purpose of serving the human race, so that wisdom and knowledge overcome and forever dispel the darkness of ignorance, hatred and fear.

The solution to the problems of mankind cannot come from just one person, an individual researcher. An individual can bring only a part of the solution to the problem. Currently, the field of scientific investigation is marked by division, division into sectors, scattering of knowledge, lack of synthesis. The trend towards narrow specialization and lack of combined effort impoverish areas of research across all scientific disciplines. Man also limits his autonomy by accepting or ignoring this tendency toward intellectual impoverishment.

FENIX seeks to combine the greatest amount of serious professional knowledge to put them at the service of projects designed to raise the level of the general consciousness of mankind, awaken the highest human dignity and connect human intelligence with the world of intuitive consciousness.

For all these reasons, our Union clearly and as briefly as possible defined 9

The areas of expertise to which the Foundation intends to devote its activities.

Section 1

Science: its universal nature

Article 1. Full science means knowledge.

Full science means knowledge, knowledge and wisdom. Science contains the possibility of full expression of the "spiritual" consciousness of the cosmos and the world. Science without consciousness is nothing but the ruins of the soul, Rabelais said. It includes two concepts: the concept of knowledge and the concept of knowledge. The purpose of science is to investigate, analyze, study and compare the phenomena of life in order to derive physical laws from this.

Article 2. Knowledge is information...

Knowledge is information that is generalized and recorded by the objective mentality of a person. Cognition is a global synthesis of all the knowledge that remembers the human consciousness as the basis of the evolution of all mankind.

Article 3. Knowledge is something that can be useful...

Knowledge is something that may or may not be useful for improving people’s daily lives. Cognition is the constant ability to keep in mind concepts, concepts, ideas, archetypes of conceivable objects. Ideas are imaginary representations of things-living entities.Ideas are developed by the thinker and are activated by the human will, which is expressed by the formation of various forms of thinking. Thinking about ideas allows the thinker (who is the thinking principle of human nature) to discover the laws characterizing the structure of matter and nature.

Article 4. Science can be defined as a set of phenomenological knowledge.

Science can be defined as a set of phenomenological knowledge and cognitions that are the result of research marked by the seal of universality. The task of science is the study of facts and experimentally proven relations in a given context according to certain methods based on observation, experiments, on the basis of deduction, analysis, synthesis, which allow us to develop hypotheses that science confirms and accepts, or, on the contrary, refutes and rejects. Mental reflection is the basis of analysis that allows thoughts to thoroughly study a problem or a given situation.

Article 5. Scientific thought allows us to understand the ideas that are hidden behind the outside of things and people.

Scientific thought allows us to understand some concepts to a certain level, that is, to abstract ideas about an object or a set of objects that have common features. Concepts can also be defined as the expression of general ideas applicable to given and well-defined situations or contexts.

Article 6. The image formed by thinking about a thing or a living being...

The image formed by thinking about a thing or about a living being through imagination is a mental representation of that thing or about a living being. We call an archetype that which represents a primitive model of a thing or a living being. The image may be similar if the analytical and concrete mental process establishes by imagination the similarity between two distinctly different objects.

Article 7. Thinking is dual...

Thinking is dual: concretely or objectively and causally or subjectively. Objective thinking works with the help of a critical and analytical mind that studies the formal or material external side of things, living beings, or events. Causal thinking refers to an ability that goes beyond analytical and critical abilities: it can be called “intuition” and defined as the subjective ability of an awakened consciousness capable of understanding the causal nature of things, living beings, and situations with the help of a higher, pure mind inherent in the existence of a subjective mentality or causal intelligence.

Article 8. Objective thinking

Objective or analytical thinking deals with the aspect of form or matter, that is, it takes into account exoteric knowledge of the external side in which life is clothed.

Article 9. Subjective thinking...

Subjective or synthetic thinking deals with the aspect of consciousness, that is, takes into account “esoteric” knowledge, which is hidden behind the outside, trying to spontaneously understand with the help of the higher ability of intuition what is the essence of things and living beings.

Article 10. It can also be said that objective thinking is interested in the aspect of life form.

One can also say that objective concrete thinking is interested in the phenomenological nature of appearance and the aspect of the form of matter. Subjective causal thinking is mainly interested in the noumenal nature of consciousness, as well as the essential aspect of what constitutes the causal life-giving functions of life in its manifestation.

Article 11. Therefore, the science of the future must contain the spirit of life.

Consequently, the science of the future can no longer be defined as a simple "exoteric" knowledge of material phenomena, but it must be considered - in order to be complete - as both noumenal and "esoteric" knowledge of the processes of life-giving consciousness and an intuitive understanding of the fundamental essence of matter.

Article 12. Objective thinking cannot exist without mental subjective ability.

Objective thinking cannot exist without reference to mental subjective ability, and such ability, in turn, cannot work without perception or

without reflection, which constitute the very essence of life in its constant evolution.

Article 13. Science begins with questions.

Science begins with asking questions, problems to be solved, mysteries to be solved, subjects that constantly need to be clarified by the light of reason. By deepening the knowledge of phenomena, science discovers the existence of noumena, which forces it to respond to new challenges and forces it to discover what lies behind the outer cover, to penetrate the very essence of life in its constant development. Through a logical and consistent approach, science must overcome the limitations and finiteness of human intelligence.

Article 14. It is obvious that objective and subjective thinking is the first tool of cognition.

It is obvious that objective and subjective thinking is the first tool of cognition and is the main working tool of the human person. It is able to perform all types of work on a global scale. Science cannot exist without a developed mental apparatus. This means that it is universal.

by its very nature. Science is one of the most important aspects of knowledge, it is designed to lead a person to the realization of wisdom. Without wisdom, there is no improvement of humanity, and therefore no progress or sustainable peace between the people and the societies that unite these people. Our scientific motto:

KNOWLEDGE - KNOWLEDGE - WISDOM

The contribution of science should contribute to the collective good of people, and not be the subject of any financial speculation in favor of a minority. The following points should therefore be made:

Article 15. Science should be good and useful.

Science should be of practical use and a source of work. Work is a set of organized human, coordinated activities with the aim of producing what is useful for people's daily lives, favorable for health and necessary for life. It should be of a beneficial nature.

Article 16. Work in science...

Work in the field of science represents a sequence of fundamental research in an exclusively intellectual way, but the effect of which can have practical application in the daily life of mankind.

Article 17. The task of scientific research is to discover, discover...

The task of scientific research is to discover, discover, thanks to the human mind, all that can lead a person to the path of knowledge of himself and the world. The word "research" includes and implies also a set of works aimed at discoveries, the formation of a new view of old discoveries and the identification of new knowledge. The study may reveal something that is unknown, unknown or forgotten due to lack of study and experimentation, or as a result of the disappearance of the ancient archives of humanity.

Article 18. With the help of applied research in one area or another...

With the help of applied research in a particular field, science can acquire the knowledge inherent in this field and understand the meaning of things. Through the application of an orderly method, science verifies the facts concerning the study of phenomena. Science compares its discoveries with natural reality, the internal correspondence of which science controls in order to recognize the likelihood or probability. Thus, science is necessarily based on methodology, that is, on a set of rational approaches, methods called “Cartesian”, records of observations and checks, with one sole purpose - to discover, test, show and confirm the truth inherent in the material “facts”, and concerning the existence of a particular reality in human life as such, which until now remained unknown. Therefore, in order to achieve its goals, science works through thoughtful approaches that must always be reasonable.

Article 19. Science is mainly based on reason and intuition.

Science is mainly based on the use of reason and common sense. Mind is an ability that is inherent in the work of awakened consciousness. It allows a person to reason, compare and judge about any things in accordance with the principles of common sense.

Article 20. The scientific method includes various stages...

The scientific method includes various stages related to the controlled activity of a particular intelligence, and the use of an objective mental apparatus: observation, hypothesis, experiment, and deduction.

Article 21. Surveillance...

Observation: the first stage. It is a mental action, which consists in carefully and constantly studying the objects of knowledge: nature, man, society, all forms of the living world, animate and, obviously, inanimate. It testifies to established phenomena, describing and measuring them, subjecting them to verification in accordance with the mathematical laws of statistics and the principles of nature.

Article 22. Hypothesis (hypothesis)

Hypothesis: The second stage. It is an intellectual thought act of formulating a sentence that is accepted as an acceptable, true, or plausible solution to a given problem. Hypothesis refers to the explanation of natural phenomena, but it must be verifiable by experiment or deduction. Deduction can and usually does precede a hypothesis, since it is possible to derive hypothesis propositions from scientific observation.

Article 23. Experiment...

Experiment: The third stage. This is an act of control, which consists in the application of the hypothesis proposals to practice. At this stage, science is trying to reproduce some phenomena in the laboratory to verify the validity and validity of the hypothesis proposals. If the experiment confirms the hypothesis, then science can confirm the reliability of the knowledge of the law derived by the deduction method.

Article 24. Deduction.

Deduction: The fourth stage. By reasoning, deduction consistently makes a conclusion about the validity of the experiment. Deduction is an evaluative judgment, taking a position on an issue on which a solution has been found. It reveals the law that regulates the reproduction of phenomena under the exact conditions of the experiment within certain limits and according to the exact coordinate system. We have seen that deduction is also necessary for the development of a hypothesis and, consequently, it precedes and follows the hypothesis and experiment.

Article 25. Thus, science allows itself to carry out any experimental actions.

Thus, science allows itself through experimental actions to keep an observation diary, which is based on the use of the method, a strict analysis of man and his environment in order to better know them or to inform the world about them.

Section 2

Medicine: the art of preserving and restoring human health.

Article 1. By all accounts, medicine is...

Medicine is the ability to heal and alleviate the suffering of a person or animal. Medicine is not a science, but is based on the achievements of various scientific, practical and technological knowledge. Medicine is a skill whose practice develops with progress in science. So it relies on science. It can be said that the object of medicine is the preservation and maintenance of the physical form of a person or animal and the restoration of health. Medicine seeks to prevent and cure diseases and pains that afflict the human race. Medicine develops its methods and techniques for the treatment of diseases.

Article 2. Medicine is designed to preserve...

Medicine is aimed at maintaining the balance of the form of a person or animal, caring for and maintaining this form in integrity, combating all physical, mental or psychological factors and acting forces that can damage the integrity of the form in its physical, mental, psychological and mental aspects. Medicine aims to fight against any deterioration or destruction of the life form of a living being. It seeks to offer the means necessary to restore the disturbed equilibrium, to restore to its former state what has been upset for numerous reasons and extremely diverse motives.

The task of medicine is to restore harmony, bring healing, get rid of physical, mental or mental diseases. The main task of medicine is to restore health.

Article 3. Health is a natural state...

Health is the natural state of any harmonious body. The loss of harmony of form is called disease. Thus, health is something that is physiologically, mentally, psychologically, mentally and spiritually healthy. From a physical point of view, health is a good physiological state of what is healthy. The body, which is in good health, works harmoniously and stably for a long period of time. From a mental or mental point of view, health is also a balanced state of mental and mental abilities. When a person's state of stability is disturbed, an acute or chronic illness follows.

Article 4. The art of healing...

Being the art of healing, healing, relieving pain and suffering, medicine is a combination of various skills, a large amount of knowledge, professional information, abilities, rules of work, through which you can get the following results: healing, relieving suffering, care, support, preservation of form. This skill appeals to science, to skills and abilities, to traditional techniques and even to morality, ethics, metaphysics and spirituality.

Article 5. Ideally, the task of medicine...

Ideally, the task of medicine is to prevent diseases, prevent diseases and their symptoms by performing preventive measures, certain hygienic regulations in the fight against all forms of pathogenic and exogenous intoxication, in order to avoid the diseases of industrial civilization. Illness is the opposite of mental balance, physical or mental harmony. Naturally, the disease is that which is opposite or opposite to the good, to that which accompanies the good health of a person or animal.

Article 6. Medicine does not play a role if...

Medicine does not fulfill its main role if it does not offer a means to cure patients, solutions to restore disturbed health, to maintain a balance of biological and mental form. The patient is a person affected by a particular disease, whose body is upset and unbalanced. Illness is that which brings pain, suffering, tension, inherent in suffering or pain, malaise, unhappiness from both a physical and moral point of view.

Article 7. Summarizing the above...

In summary, medicine is a set of means, methods, methods put at the disposal of mankind in order to restore the disturbed equilibrium states of human nature. Preserving and restoring a person in his own harmony are two tasks of any medicine worthy of this name. Medicine can use for this any given remedy and / or adequate treatment, its task is always a good physical and moral well-being of a person.

Nevertheless, it is quite clear that well-being is also linked to individual or collective lifestyles, and depends on culture and education in general, the state of the environment, the conditions and quality of agricultural food supplies, social life and the level of development of human consciousness and form.

Section 3

Culture: cause and effect of evolutionary progress

Article 1. The word culture has a double meaning.

The word culture has a double meaning: real and figurative. In a real and primitive sense, the word means the work done to make the earth fertile and improve its productivity. In a figurative sense, the word means any effort and any intellectual activity of a person aimed at the fruitful work of his natural talents, his creative potential, his moral and ethical qualities, in order to raise a person above his original natural, primitive and instinctive state. Culture raises humanity, both individually and collectively, to a higher level of consciousness and spiritual development.

Article 2. At the individual level, culture is...

On an individual level, culture is the sum total of knowledge, skills and wisdom acquired over the centuries that enrich the human mind and force it to move towards self-improvement. Culture is general when it refers to areas of application that concern the entire human race, going beyond occupations and any technical or professional specializations.

Article 3. Culture is the business of every civilization.

Culture is the business of every civilization. Culture includes the collective, intellectual aspects inherent in the religious, moral, scientific and technical life of peoples in development.

Article 4. We call it civilization...

We call civilization a set of intellectual and spiritual characters common to the most developed human societies in relation to religion, philosophy, morality, aesthetics, science and technology.

Article 5. We call it religion...

We call religion (from the Latin religare =) a feeling or act of consciousness by which a person feels connected with something higher than himself in the whole universe, and that necessarily allows him to recognize the existence of the Supreme Principle, the Supreme Mind, the presence of the Absolute and the Supreme Wisdom, which is both the transcendence and immanence of nature and power, on which the destiny of any being depends. This recognition of the absolute and ultimate First Cause gives meaning and utility to evolution. Without religion, there is no true human morality and no true collective ethics.

Article 6. Religion is usually...

Religion is usually reduced to intellectual behavior, through which a person perceives some ideas of morality and human behavior, from which follows a system of ritual beliefs and practices characteristic of different social groups. Any social life is necessarily subject to the rhythm set by the principle of order. The order concerns self-ownership, which is the basis for any present upbringing and is not a moral or religious restriction. Any restriction leads to the emergence of various forms of dictatorship and despotism. A person should maintain peaceful relations with other people on the basis of the principle of love for his neighbor. Practical kindness is the criterion of such philanthropic love.

Article 7. Religion is based on...

Religion is based on mystical faith and on certain ideological beliefs, such as the legitimacy of kindness, the sense of beauty, truth, justice, moral hope, faith in the existence of a higher principle, deeply perceiving such aspects of intelligence and feeling that a person calls spirit and heart, mind and love, reason and wisdom.

Article 8. Morality...

The concept of morality refers to the special morals of people who, depending on certain rules adopted by all members of society, use in practice some habits whose correct or incorrect character is determined by very relative criteria, and whose norms vary from epoch to epoch. It can be said that morality is a philosophical direction, which consists in the theorizing of human action, subordinating it to the need to bear responsibility, fulfill a duty or tasks that a given society wants to achieve. Duty and sense of responsibility may in themselves be a common moral obligation.

Article 9. Ethics...

Ethics is nothing but a morality that extends completely to the whole society, and thus can be political and social.

Article 10. In order to avoid any behavioral errors...

In order to avoid any mistakes in behavior and to promote a somewhat harmonious common life in society and in the collective, any nation and any people, like any individual group, must determine a line of moral behavior based on knowledge and wisdom, and not on grandfather's ideas about mores and certain customs, as well as on some customs that have become traditional.

The construction and development of a moral or ethical system depends on the degree to which

Humans have achieved in the development of a higher consciousness of the world and the environment. This moral

and the ethical system then becomes the subject of codification, which approves the democratic law, and which is approved by the citizens.

Article 11. In order to have legal force...

To be valid, any moral or ethical system must take as its starting point this unique frame of reference, which is the concepts of public or individual good, kindness, beauty, truth, and justice. Kindness, Goodness, Beauty, Truth and Justice must be the foundations of morality and ethics. We consider as evil all that is contrary to the morality and ethics of Good, Good, Beauty, Truth and Justice: these reference spheres must include the moral duties of individuals and the ethical duties of societies.

Section 4

Education: the system of perpetuation, development and enrichment of culture.

Article 1. Education is a step process...

Enlightenment is a step-by-step process through which the human mind is formed and developed both individually and as a member of a collective. Education aims to educate a person, to instill in him a number of fundamental values and concepts important for living together, to teach him the principles necessary for owning oneself, to allow a person to lead an individual and social existence with dignity at the expense of a sufficiently developed personality.

Article 2. Education can be provided...

Education can be provided through pedagogy, teaching, knowledge and practice of progressive skills of society, the rules of politeness and good manners.

Article 3. Teaching an individual...

The training of the individual is the result of the assimilation of a set of theoretical and practical knowledge. It begins in early childhood. It starts in the family, and

Then at school. The school is an educational institution (public or private),

where collective education is provided. It complements the education that the family does not have.

Always able to give to children.

Article 4. Pedagogy is called...

Pedagogy is the science of the laws of upbringing and education of children, as well as the method of teaching itself. Teaching is a means of teaching through the transfer of knowledge and through special signs used in written and oral speech. The act of teaching is the act of passing on to future generations the totality of theoretical and practical knowledge, that is, the values considered an integral part of the general culture. The transfer of knowledge, skills and abilities takes place through books and any media (newspapers, magazines, reviews, audio-visual, radiotelephone and cinematographic means).

Article 5. The school sends a student...

A public school should transfer knowledge and useful skills to the student in such a way that the student successfully understands and assimilates them, retains in his intellectual memory all the learned elements that represent a common culture for all members of the group. Skills are a set of practical methods used to produce a given work, perform a work, or obtain any other specific, desired, or desired result. School education includes in its pedagogical system a set of rules of behavior aimed at forming the qualities of a citizen in the future adult, his manner of behavior in social or private life, as well as at observing his discipline.

Article 6. Naturally, a person can...

Naturally, a person can learn knowledge and master skills outside of school - either on his own or by reading to satisfy his intellectual curiosity and quench his personal thirst for knowledge. In this respect, freedom of expression is paramount in any form of education and culture. This freedom goes hand in hand with the freedom to think, to join associations, to engage in entrepreneurship, to create and invent. Learning is the very act of continuing one’s education in order to enrich and shape one’s human intelligence, contributing to the improvement of the educational level of the whole society. The principle of education is more general than that of pedagogy. As for education, this word is used in a broader sense to denote the formation of a collective or individuals of any age (enlightenment of the people, not ideological processing).

Article 7. The task of education is not...

The task of education is not only to “fill the heads”, but also to “fill them correctly”, as well as to teach a person how to behave in such a way as to live in accordance with customs and practices recognized in society as excellent manners of behavior. Enlightenment is “learning to learn” or thinking for oneself with the goal of making individuals free within autonomous societies.

Article 8. Way of life or action

A way of life or action is a behavior the consequences of which have a certain impact on another person, that is, on his neighbor. The notions of politeness or civic duty consciousness can be defined as a set of elementary rules concerning living together in a group and determined by this behavior and speech.

Article 9. We understand that education...

We take into account that the education of the individual largely depends on his family and social environment. Education helps the process of cultural heritage transfer.

Section 5

The environment: its diverse aspects.

Article 1. For humans, the environment is...

For a person, the environment is everything that is located or is circular around him. For our planet, the environment consists of a set of all spatial bodies located closest to its center. For our sun, the environment consists not only of a set of planets and bodies that follow the orbits of our star, but also of a set of suns that form the constellation to which our solar system belongs.

Article 2. We are talking about the environment...

We are talking about the environment when we are talking about any elements that are near or around something, in more or less circular limits around a given center. The environment for an individual is his usual environment, as well as the space and natural environment that that individual has.

Article 3. A more global definition. The concept of an individual group

From a more global and generalized point of view, the environment is a set of natural and cultural conditions that can affect human activity and all living organisms. The social environment of an individual consists of a group to which a person belongs, that is, of people in his inner circle: a spouse, family, friends, neighbors, clan, tribe, a special individual group.

The individual group determines the position of free individuals within an autonomous group that has legal powers and is marked by the presence of rights and obligations.

Article 4. A family is a group of people...

A family is a group of people who are related by marriage, kinship (a kinship between a child and his mother and father) and, in the exceptional case, by ties through adoption. A tribe is a group of families living in the same region, whose unity is based on a common social structure and on common myths. A clan is a group of persons representing a separate category, united on the principle of common interests or opinions.

Article 5. Friends are a group of people with whom...

Friends are a group of individuals with whom an individual is bound by mutual feelings of affection or sympathy based on mental and psychological connections that are not blood-based and not based on sexual attraction. Usually, the word “environment” refers to everything that surrounds a person, that is, where a thing or a living creature is located. It is also a set of material means and physical circumstances that surround, accompany, limit and influence the sphere of activity of a living being as far as space is concerned, it is a natural environment in which a person perceives the world given to him in sensations. In short, it is the geographical environment in which people live.

Article 6. The natural environment consists of physical elements: climate, landscape, vegetation, soils and subsoil. Human beings are closely linked to this environment, which defines them, which we must respect and protect, and from where they draw the energy potential that is necessary for their survival: fuel, food, materials for building and making useful things and objects.

Article 7. From a global perspective, nature...

From a global point of view, nature is the natural environment of each individual, from which a person cannot get out and of which he is an integral part. Nature, that is, the totality of living worlds (minerals, plants, animals and people), is also a collection of active forces or invisible principles that animate and organize the framework of the existence of living beings and the zone of settlement of people. Nature itself represents the order that structures the existence of life. Therefore, man must respect nature. Nature is, first of all, the land on which humanity lives and the atmosphere in which humanity breathes. This is the space in which the globe and all the planets of our solar system move.

Article 8. Wednesday, arranged by man.

The environment built by man becomes an artificial space and ceases to be a natural environment. Nature is everything that exists on our planet, humanity must be its part, working as a set of natural forces. Earth is the environment where humanity lives, that is, the geographical totality of all places on the surface of the planet on which a person can build his home and his place for general development.

Article 9. Ecology...

Ecology is a relatively recent term meaning science that studies the environments in which living organisms live. It seeks to identify and gain knowledge about the relationship between living organisms and their natural environment.

Section 6

Agriculture: Food, the Basis of Civilization and Progress.

Article 1. Agriculture...

Agriculture is an economic activity whose task is to grow plants that are useful for humans, and in particular, intended for its nutrition. In this sense, the task of agriculture is to cultivate the land and work cost-effectively, qualitatively and quantitatively, without polluting or endangering our future. The plant world is very vulnerable, humanity should not pollute or poison the earth, which is a source of life and food.

Article 2. Agriculture is a combination of methods.

Agriculture is a set of practical and social methods by which peoples transform the natural environment in order to grow edible plants or to raise in decent conditions pets that can facilitate human life - in the form of family farms, farms using natural non-toxic fertilizers and farms for competent breeding of livestock.

Article 3. Through observation, people...

Through observation, man tries to do what nature does, imitate it, reproduce what nature creates, help nature, and even improve it. He tames and develops a limited number of varieties of plants and animal breeds Man selects breeds of animals and plant varieties in such a way as to obtain the desired products. It tries to protect cultivated plants and pets from possible competition and creates conditions favorable for their cultivation. Plant and land resources belong to all of humanity and cannot belong to a separate group of people. Thus, they cannot be the subject of private capture by groups in the private and selfish interests of members of these groups. Earth, water, air.

Article 4. Culture in Agriculture...

Culture in agriculture is the art of working on land in such a way as to produce abundantly the plants necessary to meet man's vital needs. The task of agriculture is to sow the earth with natural seeds (not genetically modified), which then germinate, drawing from the soil and air (carbon dioxide) the nutrients necessary for their growth. Sunlight and clean air are also essential factors for plant growth.

.

Article 5. The word "earth"...

The word "earth" means both solid natural matter, on which living organisms develop, and the surface fertile layer of soil, in which plants take root. Soil is the upper and surface part of the earth’s crust that people cultivate. Earth is naturally a mixture of minerals with microorganisms and organic substances, some of which serve as the basis for the nutrition of plants and animals. So we must keep the land clean and free of any toxic products. Fire helps to cleanse the earth, and plant ash is the best environmentally friendly fertilizer.

Article 6. People mainly work...

Man is mainly engaged in agriculture with the clear purpose of feeding himself, that is, to provide himself with food in order to support, restore or restore

to increase their physical shape. Nutrition of the human or animal body implies that the body receives all natural (not genetically modified) products necessary for its functioning and preservation. Nutrition is what supports, restores, preserves and renews the body in compliance with the principle of life throughout the body, providing it with the supply of substances necessary for assimilation.

Article 7. Agriculture is the foundation of any civilization.

Agriculture is the foundation of any physical civilization and any human society. Human societies have been formed on the basis of rituals relating to eating and drinking, thus laying down the basic social principles of food separation necessary to improve the quality of human life.

Section 7

Industry: Technique and Ingenuity in the Service of People

Article 1. Industry is a combination...

Industry is a set of labor-intensive and industrial activities, the task of which is the manufacture of products from raw materials, the operation of mines and various sources of energy. The origin of this term goes back to the following meanings - craft skill, creative skill, dexterity of hands, talent or human ingenuity. All these qualities are often the result of the transfer of ancestral culture or the fruit of civilizational heritage.

Article 2. A man can be master...

A person can be masterful or inventive, or have both. Man has the ability to handle materials and raw materials, as well as transform them. A masterful person has mastered certain skills and abilities and mastered methods of work in various narrow areas. An inventive person with the ability to imagine is able to invent tools and tools, factories and machines necessary for production on a large scale and on an industrial level, what the craftsman produces in limited quantities. The craftsman and the engineer complement each other: one creates in small quantities often exceptional products, and the other is able to invent means for industrial production. Thus, creativity and crafts are at the service of all human groups and societies that want to use manufactured products, which also entails the need to destroy consumables (for example, in the case of food products packed in cans, for canned food, the packaging of which is subsequently destroyed). Recycling used products is naturally part of the industrialization process.

Article 3. The term “industry”...

The term “industry” has both a technological and craft meaning in the sense of the work of the craftsman. We say that someone "lives their own industry." The craftsman is engaged in a craft, the rules of which are passed from generation to generation. Craft implies the presence of the master of manual and intellectual ingenuity. Tradition contributes mainly to the transfer of skills and skills of crafts and crafts through the use of customs, practices, skills, ideas, communication within professional circles, verbally (via "Sarafan radio"), as well as through communication of the master with his students.

Article 4. The industry may be different...

The industry can be different: automotive, oil, food, textile, metallurgical, tourism, cinema, art, etc. Industry can be understood as crafts, applied arts and mechanical crafts, manufactories in general, in contrast to agriculture. Its task is the exploitation of mineral wealth and all sources of energy, the transformation of raw materials into finished and manufactured products with the help of paid employees who should be able to enjoy the fruits of their labor on the principle of justice.

Article 5. Through well-coordinated action...

Through well-coordinated actions and organization of work (tailorism), thanks to his efforts, a person benefits from the resources of the subsoil (ores, fossil fuels), air, wind, water and other raw materials (substances in their original form) through the use of processing technologies. Technologies are mechanical operations that are controlled by human intelligence, and the use of which allows to ensure the production of finished products used in this form by consumers and users.

Article 6. Efficient use of energy...

The efficient use of energy allows factories and industrial systems to function in order to perform mechanical work under the guidance of people.

Energy is of paramount importance in the technical implementation of processing

processes. Energy can be obtained mechanical, electrical, thermal

in a way, and even in another way, through the application of new technologies and knowledge.

Article 7. The concept of economics...

Since ancient times, the concept of economics refers to the competent management of houses and residential residences, to the management of the labor forces of man, animal and nature in all its biological diversity.

Article 8. In the human group...

In each human group, the concept of economics is associated with the management of technologies and applied arts, the task of which is to produce, control, distribute, consume products and material goods, products of human ingenuity.

Article 9. Industrial production...

Industrial production consists in the production of material things in a more or less significant amount, in the maintenance and performance of the whole set of works related to production, as well as in the application of specific means necessary for the successful implementation of any effective process. The task of distribution is to distribute the products produced and provide it to the greatest number of people at prices that are not aimed at achieving maximum benefit. Every job deserves fair pay for everyone without exception. Consumption is an activity on the use and consumption of industrial products, as well as on the use and assimilation of consumables, on their processing and disposal.

Section 8

Social sphere: harmonious organization of society

Article 1. The term “social sphere” ...

The term “social sphere” should be understood as everything concerning the human community considered as a unity whose various parts are indistinguishable. In particular, the term denotes a society: an association of people subject to a common order and united by shared activity or the defence of their interests. Literary, sporting, insurance, learned and corporate societies, among others, are distinguished.

Article 2. Society is a group of people...

A company is a group of persons who have provided their property for joint use in order to share the benefits that may arise from the competent use of property, and between whom there are administratively structured relationships. Society also means any group of persons with fair commercial purposes. In a broader sense, society is seen as an association of individuals with whom they live. Marital and community relations are at the core of any human society. Indeed, man and woman, through their alliance, called marriage or union, create a family, and a society emerges from families. We are also talking about religious families, the social connection within which forms a real religious society. In the broad sense of the word, applying the concept to the animal world, we are talking about the society of animals (bees, ants, other insects), which are a natural association of animals or insects living in organized groups. All human and animal societies have a common meaning.

Article 3. The ability to think is a factor that favors...

The ability to think is a factor that favors social life and, therefore, pacifism. When these abilities are lacking, a person gives priority to primary instincts, and when these abilities are aimed at achieving the egocentric interests of a group of persons, then at some point conflict becomes inevitable. The ability to think, developed through idealism (we are not talking about ideology), is the highest ability of any harmonious, orderly and whole personality. It governs all human relationships. Thanks to this ability, any agreements, any alliances and associations, any alliances based on the convergence of perceptions, feelings and emotions become possible. For example, we say about certain people that they live in full understanding, that is, in full mutual consent. The ability to think favors communication and communication between people who seek to understand each other.

Article 4. It is stated that all people are equal...

Formally, all people are declared equal. But in practice and in reality, social conditions create huge inequalities between people and social classes. There are huge inequalities between people from a social point of view, each of them is locked in a particular social class. A social class is a group of people who have a common function, lead the same lifestyle, share the same ideology and, most importantly, are in the same economic position. Political ideology often generates social classes: for example, the rich class and the poor class, left and right parties.

Article 5. Different social classes...

Different social classes often have opposing interests, which underlies deep inequalities that provoke both moral and economic situations of confrontation. By virtue of their birth, race, social and cultural position, each individual occupies a certain place or position in the social hierarchical structure. This position implies a relationship of subordination, subordination to authority, reaching to modern forms of slavery. A slave position is a position of any person who does not enjoy civil rights or enjoys only the appearance of freedom, who is completely dependent on the owner or on the state. Any person, according to the principles of human rights, is free from a civil point of view. But this freedom has a relative character if a person does not have his freedom of speech, freedom of entrepreneurship and freedom to join any associations. But is true freedom not in liberation from its own primitive instincts?

Article 6. Slavery...

Slavery exists wherever overt or covert relations of subordination humiliate people, keep them in a degraded state or position, prevent their development and progress, reduce them to objects, force them to perform the most degrading work, oppress them morally and economically, and strip them of human dignity. It is a fact that, throughout the history of civilisation to the present day, every society, whatever its character, has had classes subjected to discrimination, regardless of whether open confrontation exists. Ignorance is the mother of slavery. Knowledge is the liberator.

Article 7. The social aspect is also closely related to...

The social aspect is closely related to working conditions and implies the idea of improving, improving and expanding consciousness. Work should not be only utilitarian in formal and mundane terms. It should give each individual his human dignity, ensure economic freedom, social respect, recognition by the group. Thus, work is necessary for each individual as the main factor of development, advancement and improvement. With the help of a certain, chosen and favorite occupation, any person should contribute to the construction of a general social system. Work should offer any person the means necessary for his individual and independent existence. Thus, social security is all that should allow for decent and acceptable working conditions based on respect for the human person, which makes possible the harmonious organization of human societies. This leads to the development of life in the highest psychological and spiritual relationships, as well as to the flowering of human intelligence. Without the general mobilization of all mental capabilities and without the increased development of intelligence in relations with the highest principle of intuition, neither human progress nor improvement can be achieved.

Section 9

Development of life: existence as the main criterion

Article 1. Life is a plan...

Life is a plan that covers various spheres of reality, namely: a set of phenomena that affect the changes in the form of organisms (the function of nutrition, reproduction, regeneration, etc.), the vital mental ability, which is hidden behind the external side of all material forms (consciousness brings life into form), the existence of a higher will, from where all things and living organisms originate, and where everyone returns.

Article 2. Biology...

Biology, being the science of the living (mineral, vegetable, animal, and human worlds), deals mainly with the aspect of form and appearance in which life is clothed in order to express itself in a dense physical universe. It deals with the physical body of living organisms. The living physical body is a form composed of various substances that can be renewed.

Article 3. Life is a spontaneous activity...

Life seems to be a spontaneous activity inherent in organized organisms, but, in fact, it is present everywhere, both in organic bodies and in inorganic, in animate objects and in things clearly inanimate.

Article 4. For man, "to live" means to be "alive."

For humans, “live” means to be “alive” in its chemical form. The physical body of a person is a means of manifestation of his individual consciousness in the world of forms, but consciousness is also manifested in mineral, plant and animal forms. The human world differs from other worlds (animal, vegetable and mineral) by the state of consciousness of life that manifests in it. Life is global and makes all forms exist: life in them manifests and realizes its possibilities through experience. Existence is the fact of the existence of real reality within the form or appearance. Life evolves through many different animate and inanimate forms. The presence of the principle of life within material forms is the criterion of its life activity.

Article 5. Life is cyclical...

Life is cyclical in its many physical manifestations. The life cycle is the period from the moment of birth of a living form to the moment of its death or destruction. This cycle is the sum of the actions and events that characterize the history of existence and manifestation. Forms are born, develop and die. Life comes and goes.

Article 6. Human life has the following characteristics...

Human life has the following features: life is creative, intelligent, endowed with intelligence and obeys the laws of the universe. Life is structured by important events: conception, birth, development, experience, flourishing and death. Conception is the process by which life takes on a bodily embodiment, takes shape in the mother’s uterus as a result of the sperm-egg connection. Birth is the beginning of the existence of life outside of the maternal organism. Death is the process of leaving life or a thinking principle. Everything in nature is cyclically updated according to the rules of the universal law, all aspects of which are usually unknown to man.

Article 7. The development of formal life...

Stages of formal life development include childhood, adolescence, adulthood, and decline, during which physical fitness increases and the physical and psychological aspects that are inherent in it are expressed. Form growth is the fact of gradual growth and maturation until the maturity stage of the form. Life experience is the fact of existence in the adult form, which allows life to be expressed in various ways to ensure the flowering of a living being. After that, the cycle of life ends with death, that is, the destruction of the physical form, which is manifested by the liberation of consciousness or thinking principle (ego) and the spirit of a living being on another level of existence. It seems logical that after death life returns to where it was before the time of existence in a dense physical form. The universe is full of life. What is invisible is not so from the physical and human point of view. Within this universe, there are numerous vibrational octaves of primordial light that determine the numerous states of substance and essence of things and living organisms.

Article 8. Maturity is the age...

Age is the age when a person is able to produce his own offspring. Old age is the age of extinction, preparation for death, for the fact of leaving your earthly shelter. Physical death occurs by breaking the bond that connects the thinking principle with the dense form: it is the cessation of life in form, the cessation of active functions that ensure the existence and movement of a living being in its form. More precisely, death is the exit of a living organism from its temporary means of manifestation.

Article 9. Life is a complicated concept...

Life is a complex concept that simultaneously affects aspects of matter, consciousness, the spirit of things and living organisms. Life necessarily contains a temporal and timeless, transitional and eternal dimension. In its time aspect, life seems to be a limited cycle of time that passes. Everything that exists in the form of a physical form has a beginning, a middle and an end. Time is a chronological sequence of history events and stages of continuous life experience. It is an indefinite duration of changes, movements and continuous transformations of life, expressed through a variety of material forms (evolution). Life has many forms and many kinds of existence: it determines the sensations, feelings, emotions, thoughts, spiritual and metaphysical activities of the thinking principle. In fact, life encompasses all the active forces of existence in numerous fields of activity - from the atom and grass to stars and galaxies. Thus, we can talk about the life of societies, galaxies and the universe in its endless manifestations.

Article 10. When we talk about life...

When we talk about life within the infinite universe, we are talking about a realm that far transcends the simple limited limits of human mental understanding: it is the realm of life as the source and center of all that is, was, and will be, and whose nature is the root cause of all the phenomena of the world created in its finiteness.
