Prologue
The Awakening of Collective Intelligence
Humanity has entered an era in which information is growing faster than the ability to understand it. Every day millions of new texts, research, technologies and ideas are created. But the more knowledge becomes, the more the paradox becomes apparent: they remain fragmented.
Science is separate from culture. Technology is evolving faster than ethics. The economy does not always take into account the long-term consequences. People and organizations act as separate islands in the ocean of information.
The world has become a network, but thinking is still fragmented. This situation creates the need for a new form of organization of knowledge and initiatives. Not just another organization or platform, but an architecture that can connect disparate elements into a single system.
So the idea of NEUROSVOD.
NEUROSVOD is not just a project and not just a digital platform. It is an attempt to create a map of collective intelligence in which knowledge, technology and human initiatives can interact as a single organism.
Like the neural network of the brain, where billions of connections form the ability to think, the system NEUROSVOD seeks to unite many people, projects and knowledge into a living network of cooperation. In this network:
- Ideas can be developed,
- research - application,
- technology is a humanistic meaning,
- Initiatives are support and partnership.
The basis of such a system is the understanding that the development of civilization depends not only on new technologies, but also on the ability of people to coordinate knowledge and effort.
NEUROSVOD proposes to consider civilization as a dynamic system consisting of interrelated elements: culture, science, technology, economy and society. For such a system to work, a new map is needed - an architecture that shows:
- Directions of development,
- principles of interaction,
- dynamics of processes,
- and real projects in which ideas are embodied.
This book describes such an architecture. It is based on a model in which:
- meaning forms a direction,
- Knowledge is the basis of decisions.
- intelligence connects the elements of the system,
- Projects turn ideas into action.
NEUROSVOD can be represented as a multilayer structure:
In the center - meaning and mission, around - fields of activity, then the principles of interaction, the dynamics of processes and the network of projects. Together they form a living system of development.
The purpose of this book is not only to explain the architecture of NEUROSVOD, but also to show how it can become a tool for combining knowledge and initiatives. In a world where more and more processes take place in networks, the ability to create and maintain such systems is becoming one of the key drivers of development.
NEUROSVOD is an attempt to form a new map of cooperation in which the knowledge and initiatives of different people can be combined, strengthening each other.
This book is an invitation to reflect on what the next stage of the development of the collective intelligence of mankind may be.
PART I
Meaning
Chapter 1
The Age of Networked Mind
For thousands of years, the development of human civilization took place through the accumulation of knowledge. At first, knowledge was passed down orally, from generation to generation. Then came writing, libraries, universities. Each new stage expanded man’s ability to understand the world.
But in the XXI century there was a qualitative leap.
The Internet has transformed the planet into a single information environment. Billions of people were able to share knowledge instantly. A new form of thinking has emerged: network thinking. Today, ideas do not spread through hierarchies, but through networks.Innovations are born not only in institutions, but also in communities. Technology, science and culture are starting to interact faster than ever.
The information environment has become so huge that it is becoming more difficult to navigate it. A person can access almost any knowledge, but not always be able to see the connections between knowledge. The problem of modernity is not a lack of information, but a lack of consistency. The scientific disciplines are divided.
Economic models do not always take into account cultural and environmental factors. Technology is evolving faster than society’s ability to comprehend it. As a result, humanity has a huge potential for knowledge, but it does not always know how to combine it into a single system. This is where the idea of network intelligence comes into play. Network intelligence is a form of collective thinking in which the knowledge of different people and organizations is combined, creating new opportunities for understanding and action.
You can imagine it as the brain of civilization. In the human brain, billions of neurons form a network. Each neuron itself performs a simple function, but through communication with others, a complex ability to think arises. In the same way, humanity can be seen as a network of intellectual nodes:
- Researchers
- Engineers
- Artists
- Entrepreneurs
- community leaders.
When there is interaction between them, a new level of thinking appears - collective intelligence. But for such intelligence to work, an architecture that connects knowledge and initiative is needed. Without structure, the network becomes a chaotic space. Therefore, the next step in the development of civilization is the creation of systems capable of organizing collective intelligence. One such system is NEUROSVOD.
NEUROSVOD can be seen as an attempt to create a map in which knowledge, projects and people are connected into a single network of interaction. It’s not just a platform, but an architecture for coordinating collective intelligence.
In the following chapters, we will look at why such architecture becomes necessary and what principles underlie it.
Chapter 2
Crisis of knowledge fragmentation
For most of human history, knowledge has evolved on the principle of specialization. As the world became more complex, science was divided into increasingly narrow disciplines. Physics, chemistry, biology, economics, sociology - each area was created as an independent system of research. This process was natural and necessary. Specialization allowed to deepen the understanding of individual phenomena. Thanks to her appeared:
- Modern Medicine
- Space Technology
- Information Systems
- global economy.
However, along with the increase in specialization, a new problem arose. Knowledge began to divide faster than to unite. Researchers in different fields are less likely to intersect with each other. Economic decisions do not always take into account environmental impacts. Technological developments sometimes outpace cultural and ethical reflection. This is a phenomenon that can be called the fragmentation of knowledge. Each region sees only its own part of reality. But the world is not made up of individual fragments. It is a complex system of relationships. When knowledge is shared, it becomes difficult to solve complex problems.
The current challenges of humanity — climate change, sustainable development, technological risks — do not belong to one discipline. They are at the intersection of many areas. Traditional models of knowledge management are therefore beginning to face limitations. Many institutions continue to work within narrow specializations, while reality requires interdisciplinary interaction. The problem is not knowledge itself, but the lack of mechanisms for connecting them. We need systems that can:
- Combining different areas of research
- Create links between knowledge
- Creating the overall picture.
Such systems can be called knowledge integration architectures. They do not replace existing sciences or institutions. Their task is to create a space of interaction between them. At this point, the idea of NEUROSVOD appears.
NEUROSVOD proposes to consider knowledge as a network system, where each area is a node associated with others. Instead of isolated disciplines, there is a map of relationships. In this map you can see:
- How scientific research relates to technology
- How the economy interacts with culture
- How education programs support innovation.
NEUROSVOD does not attempt to combine everything into one discipline. It creates an infrastructure of communication between disciplines. This infrastructure includes:
- activities (fields of the system)
- Principles of interaction (keys)
- Development processes (codes)
- projects and initiatives (modules).
Thus, a new model of knowledge organization is created. Instead of fragmented space, a network of interconnected elements appears. This approach allows:
- Quickly find solutions to complex problems
- Combine efforts of different areas
- Create new forms of collaboration.
Overcoming the fragmentation of knowledge is one of the key steps towards the development of collective intelligence. It is this step that opens up the possibility for the emergence of a new interaction architecture.
This architecture is called NEUROSVOD.
Chapter 3
The need for a new knowledge architecture
Each era of human history creates its own forms of knowledge organization. In antiquity, knowledge was transmitted through schools of philosophers and oral tradition. The Middle Ages formed universities and libraries. A new era of science has created academies, research institutes and scientific journals. Each of these systems was a response to the challenges of their time.
But the XXI century has set a new challenge for mankind. Knowledge is growing exponentially. Every year millions of scientific articles are published, thousands of new technologies and projects are created.
At the same time, the speed of change in the world is increasing. Technology, economy, culture and social processes are beginning to influence each other more and more. In such circumstances, it becomes obvious that traditional forms of knowledge organization do not always cope with their task. They were created for a world where information spread slowly, and scientific disciplines could exist relatively independently of each other. Today, reality has become much more complex.
The problems of modernity require not only deep knowledge, but also the ability to connect different areas of experience. We need systems that help:
- Seeing the connections between disciplines
- Bringing together researchers and practitioners
- Turn knowledge into real projects.
This is why a new knowledge architecture is needed. Such architecture should have several key properties. First, it must be networked. This means that knowledge and projects are interconnected through a flexible system of interaction. Second, it must be multi-level.
Knowledge does not only exist in scientific research. They manifest themselves in culture, technology, education, economics, and community initiatives.
Architecture must take into account all these levels.
Third, it has to be dynamic. The world is constantly changing, so the knowledge system must be able to adapt and develop. It is these principles that underlie the concept of NEUROSVOD.
NEUROSVOD can be represented as a map of collective intelligence.
In this map:
- Activities form the fields of the system
- Principles of interaction form the keys
- Development processes are described by codes
- Real projects become modules.
All elements are connected in a single network. Thus, a structure is created that helps not only to store knowledge, but also to organize their interaction. The peculiarity of NEUROSVOD is that it combines two levels.
The first level is intellectual. It is a space of ideas, research and concepts.
The second level is practical. These are projects, initiatives and real actions.
When these levels connect, knowledge begins to work as a system. They cease to be abstract and become the basis for creating new solutions.
In essence, NEUROSVOD offers a new model of thinking. Instead of isolated knowledge, there is a structured network of understanding. Instead of random initiatives, there is a project architecture. This model allows us to consider civilization as a complex system in which different elements interact and reinforce each other.
In the next chapter, we’ll look at mission NEUROSVOD, the purpose for which this architecture is created. Understanding the mission is important because it sets the direction for the development of the entire system.
Chapter 4
Mission NEUROSVOD
Each system is created for a specific purpose. Without mission understanding, even the most complex architecture turns into a set of elements that are not connected by a single direction. Therefore, before describing the structure NEUROSVOD, it is important to understand why it exists.
Mission NEUROSVOD is to create a space where knowledge, technology and human initiatives can interact as a single system. It is not just about sharing information. The mission is to form an architecture of collective intelligence that can connect ideas and turn them into real projects.
Today, humanity has enormous intellectual potential. Thousands of universities, research centers, laboratories and cultural organizations are creating new knowledge every day. However, this knowledge often remains within individual institutions or disciplines.
NEUROSVOD offers a different approach. It sees knowledge as part of a common network where each idea can find its continuation in other areas. Thus, the mission of the system includes several interrelated tasks.
The first task is to combine knowledge.
NEUROSVOD creates a space where different fields of science, culture and technology can interact.
The second is to support initiatives.
Ideas become projects only when they find people and resources to implement. The system helps to connect authors of ideas with teams and partners.
The third challenge is to create a collaborative environment. Modern problems require collective solutions. NEUROSVOD creates the conditions for joint work of researchers, engineers, entrepreneurs and public figures.
The fourth task is the development of a culture of systemic thinking. When people see connections between different areas of knowledge, they begin to understand the world more holistically. Thus, a new level of intellectual culture is formed. In this sense, NEUROSVOD can be seen as an infrastructure that supports the development of the collective intelligence of civilization. It does not replace existing institutions of science, education or economics. Its task is to connect them, creating a space of interaction.
If you imagine civilization as a complex network, then NEUROSVOD performs the function of a coordination system that allows the elements of the network to work in concert. That is why elements such as fields, keys, codes and modules appear in the architecture of the system. They form a structure in which:
- activities define the work area,
- principles of interaction create connections,
- development processes show dynamics,
- Projects turn ideas into results.
Mission NEUROSVOD is therefore beyond the scope of a single project. It is connected with a broader process - the development of civilization in the era of network thinking.
If humanity learns to effectively combine knowledge and initiatives, it will be able to find solutions to complex problems faster and open up new development opportunities.
The next part of the book deals with the basics of the system.
PART II
Basics of the system
Chapter 5
Icon NEUROSVOD
Every complex system needs a symbol. The symbol helps to see the whole before a person begins to understand the details. In the history of civilization, symbols played an important role. The coat of arms of states, the emblems of universities, the signs of scientific societies all express the idea of a system in a compact form.
NEUROSVOD also has its own iconography. Its main symbol can be represented as a sphere within which there is a crystalline network of connections. This form reflects several key meanings.
First, the sphere.
The sphere symbolizes integrity.
It shows that the system views knowledge as a single space.
Second, the crystal structure.
The crystal is made up of many elements that are bound together by strict laws.
Similarly, NEUROSVOD is built as a network of interconnected modules and directions.
Third, the central point.
At the center of the symbol is the nucleus of meaning, the mission of the system.
Thus, the icon NEUROSVOD conveys the idea:
meaning in the center → knowledge network → system integrity.
The symbol performs not only an aesthetic function. It helps to understand the architecture of the system intuitively. When a person sees this form, he understands that it is a structure that combines many elements into a single whole.
Chapter 6
Formula NEUROSVOD
To describe a complex system, sometimes one formula is enough. The formula allows you to express the idea in a concise and clear form.
The formula NEUROSVOD can be represented as follows:
Meaning → Contacts → Knowledge → Projects → Development
Each element of this sequence plays an important role. Meaning sets the direction. Any system begins to exist when a goal appears. Connections connect people and knowledge. Without interaction, even the most valuable ideas remain isolated.
Knowledge is the basis of understanding. It allows you to make informed decisions. Projects turn ideas into action. Without practical realization, knowledge cannot change the world. Development is the result of this chain. When meaning, knowledge, and projects come together, there is a movement forward.
This formula shows the main principle NEUROSVOD.
The system does not simply gather information; it creates the conditions in which knowledge is transformed into action.
Chapter 7
Principles of the system
Any architecture works only when it is based on clear rules. NEUROSVOD relies on several basic principles.
Principle of Integrity
The system considers knowledge and initiatives as part of a single space.
Principle of cooperation
Development occurs through the interaction of people and organizations.
The principle of openness
Sharing knowledge and ideas is the foundation of progress.
Principle of responsibility
Each member of the system is responsible for the results of its activities.
The principle of development
The system is constantly updated, adapting to new conditions. These principles form the foundation upon which the entire architecture of NEUROSVOD is built. In the next part of the book, we will go over the structure of the system itself. There will be key elements of architecture:
- Mandala
- System Fields
- Keys of interaction
- Process Codes
- crystal modules.
They are the ones who create the map that runs NEUROSVOD.
Chapter 10
21 Interaction key
If the fields form the space of the system, then the keys create connections between them. Without mechanisms of interaction, even the most thoughtful structure remains static. Keys are the principles and mechanisms through which elements NEUROSVOD begin to work together.
They connect:
- People
- knowledge
- projects
- institutions.
You can imagine keys as nodes of the network, through which flows information and cooperation. In the architecture NEUROSVOD stands out 21 key interaction. Each of them reflects a certain way of connecting the elements of the system.
Key to cooperation
It brings together participants around common tasks.
The Key of Knowledge
Provides exchange of research and ideas.
The Key to Innovation
It opens up space for new solutions.
The Key to Education

Integration Key
Connects different areas of knowledge.
The Key to Synergy
Enhance collaboration between projects.
The Key of Creativity
It opens up space for new forms of thinking.
Key research
Supports scientific research.
Key to development
It guides the system to new stages.
The key of harmony
It provides a balance between the different elements.
The key of responsibility
It forms an ethical basis for action.
The Key to Openness
It promotes transparency and knowledge sharing.
Adaptation key
It allows the system to respond to changes.
Key Strategy
It creates a long-term direction of development.
The Key of Cooperation
It brings together the resources of different participants.
The Key of the Future
It opens up space for new opportunities.
These keys form an interaction system that connects fields and modules. But for a system to be able to respond to change, it needs another level — the level of process dynamics. This level is described in the next chapter.
Chapter 11
64 Process Codes
Every system goes through different states. It can grow, face difficulties, move to new stages of development. To understand such processes, it is necessary to have a model of their description.
In architecture NEUROSVOD This role is performed 64 code of processes. Each code reflects a particular state of the system or project. For example:
- Beginning of a new cycle
- Growth and Expansion
- search for solutions
- Crisis and transformation
- update.
Codes help to analyze the situation and choose the most appropriate actions. This serves the function of intelligent navigation. If the fields define the space and the keys the connections, then the codes show the dynamics of the system. They allow us to see not only the structure, but also the process of development.
Chapter 12
KRISTALL741
When the architecture of the system is formed, its practical elements appear. In NEUROSVOD such elements become modules.
A module is a specific project, program, laboratory or initiative that implements the ideas of the system in reality. If the fields determine the directions of activity, and the keys and codes form the mechanisms of interaction, then the modules become points of action. This is where the system begins to work.
The modules together form a structure that can be called KRISTALL741. This structure takes its name from the number of elements within the system. The architecture provides for a total of 741 modules. Each module is associated with a particular field of activity and interacts with other modules through the system’s keys. This creates a crystalline network of projects.
Why is the crystal image used?
A crystal is a structure in which the elements are arranged in strict order and are interconnected. Each element supports the stability of the entire structure. Similarly, modules NEUROSVOD form a network of interrelated initiatives.
Each module performs its function, but at the same time strengthens other elements of the system. Modules can take many forms. These can be:
- Research Laboratories
- educational programs
- technological platforms
- cultural projects
- Public initiatives.
What is important is that each module has three components.
The first is an idea. It defines the purpose of the project.
The second is the team. These are the people who implement the idea.
The third is result. It manifests itself in the form of knowledge, technology, or social change. When many of these modules are connected in a single network, there is a synergy effect.
Projects are starting to support each other. The results of one project can be used in others. Thus, a system is created in which knowledge and initiatives strengthen each other.
KRISTALL741 becomes the infrastructure for NEUROSVOD’s development. It turns the system’s abstract architecture into a real network of activity. However, any system of projects needs people’s active participation. In the next part of the book, we will therefore examine NEUROSVOD as a living system in which the community plays a crucial role.
PART IV
Living system
Chapter 13
Tree NEUROSVOD
To understand how a complex system works, it is sometimes useful to imagine it not as a mechanism, but as a living organism. Such an image helps to see not only the structure, but also the processes of growth, interaction and development. In architecture NEUROSVOD, this image is expressed through the System Tree. The tree shows how a complex network of elements gradually unfolds from one source.
Roots. There are roots at the base of the tree. They symbolize:
- Mission
- Values
- philosophy of the system.
Roots give the system stability and direction. Without them, any development becomes chaotic.
The gun. The trunk of the tree is itself NEUROSVOD. It connects all the elements of the system. The main streams pass through the trunk:
- Knowledge
- Ideas
- interaction between participants.
The gun serves as a focal point.
Branches. Branches diverge from the trunk, which correspond to the main activities of the system. These branches are associated with fields NEUROSVOD:
- Culture
- knowledge
- Technology
- economy
- Education
- Society
- and other directions.
Each branch can develop and create its own projects.
Leaves. Tree leaves symbolize processes and interactions. They reflect the dynamics of the system. It is at the leaf level that knowledge and ideas are exchanged.
Fruits. The most important element of the tree is the fruit. Fruits are the results of the system. In the context of NEUROSVOD, the fruits are:
- new knowledge
- Technology
- educational programs
- Public initiatives.
Thus, the tree shows a full cycle of development:
meaning → structure → interaction → results.
Chapter 14
Modules and projects
If we consider NEUROSVOD as a tree, then the modules can be represented as growth nodes from which new branches and fruits appear. Each module is a point of concentration of activity. It combines:
- People
- Ideas
- resources
- Actions.
The module can start with a small initiative. For example, it can be a research group or an educational project. Over time, the module can expand, attracting new participants and creating additional activities. Thus, the modules serve as engines of the system.
They turn architecture NEUROSVOD into a real practice. It is important that the modules do not exist in isolation. They are connected through the keys of interaction. This allows projects to share knowledge, support each other and create joint initiatives. As a result, there is a network of projects that is constantly evolving.
Chapter 15
Community
No system can exist without people. It is people who create ideas, implement projects and form a culture of interaction. Therefore, NEUROSVOD is based on a community of participants. The community includes people from different professions and fields of activity. These may include:
- researchers
- Engineers
- Entrepreneurs
- Artists
- Teachers
- public leaders.
Each participant brings their own experience and knowledge to the system. When such people begin to interact, there is a space for collective creativity. In this space, ideas can evolve faster than in isolated structures. NEUROSVOD does not seek to replace existing institutions. Its task is to connect people and organizations, creating conditions for cooperation. Thus, the community becomes a living force of the system. Architecture sets the structure, but it is people who fill it with content.
PART V
Planetary Network
Chapter 16
Geocrystal
When the network of projects and the community begin to expand, the system goes beyond individual groups and organizations. It becomes a global interaction structure. In the architecture of NEUROSVOD, this structure is described by the image of Geocrystal. Geocrystal is a model of a planetary network of knowledge and initiatives. In this model, the Earth is seen as a space in which the various centers of activity are combined into a single system. Such centers can be:
- Universities
- Research Institutes
- Technology Labs
- cultural organizations
- educational platforms
- Public initiatives.
Each of these centers can be represented as a network node. When connections arise between the nodes, a structure resembling a crystal lattice is formed. Therefore, the image of the crystal is used. It shows that a system consists of many elements connected by stable connections. In such a structure, knowledge can spread faster. Ideas that appear in one place can find development in others. Projects can pool resources from different countries and organizations. In this way, Geocrystal reflects the transition from local initiatives to a planetary network of cooperation.
Chapter 17
Map of the planet
For such a network to work, it is necessary to see its structure. Therefore, an important element of NEUROSVOD is the map of the planetary network. The map shows:
- Where are the activity centers
- What projects are being implemented
- What links exist between them.
It allows you to see the global system of interaction. Imagine that on the world map there are different nodes of the network. Some of them can be scientific centers, others - educational programs or technological laboratories. Links between nodes show cooperation:
- joint research
- Knowledge sharing
- Implementation of common projects.
The map becomes a tool for understanding how the network evolves. It provides new opportunities for collaboration.
For example:
- a researcher from one country can see a project related to his field of knowledge
- The educational program can join the international initiative.
The map of the planetary network makes NEUROSVOD a visible interaction system.
Chapter 18
International cooperation
The development of the planetary network inevitably leads to the question of cooperation between different countries and cultures. Today, many scientific and technological projects are already being implemented at the international level. Space research, medical programs, environmental initiatives — all this requires a joint effort. NEUROSVOD can become a platform that supports such processes. It does not replace existing organizations, but creates an additional level of interaction. This level helps to connect:
- Universities
- scientific institutions
- technology companies
- Public organizations.
When such structures start to work together, it becomes possible to solve problems that cannot be solved alone. International cooperation also facilitates the exchange of cultural and intellectual experiences. It helps to form a more holistic understanding of the world. Thus, NEUROSVOD becomes part of a wider process - the formation of a global network of cooperation.
PART VI. Future
Chapter 19
Cosmocrystal
When a network of knowledge and projects spans the planet, a new level of thinking emerges. Humanity begins to perceive itself not only as a collection of individual societies, but as a single organism of civilization. This transition offers an opportunity for the next stage of development. If Geocrystal describes a network of interactions on Earth, then Cosmocrystal reflects a broader perspective. A space crystal is a model in which a civilization is seen as part of a larger system.
In this system, knowledge, technology and culture become the basis for further expansion of human activity. It’s not just about space exploration. The space crystal symbolizes the transition to thinking, which goes beyond local interests and considers the development of civilization in the long term. This thinking involves several important changes.
First, there is the understanding of the planet as a single home of mankind.
Secondly, science and education are becoming more important as the foundation of the future.
Third, there is a growing need for global cooperation.
A space crystal can be thought of as a network in which various knowledge and technology centers connect, creating an infrastructure for further development. This infrastructure may include:
- Research Stations
- International scientific programs
- technological platforms
- educational networks.
Thus, Cosmocrystal shows that the development of collective intelligence can reach a new level.
Chapter 20
Collective intelligence
One of the key processes of the future is the development of collective intelligence. Collective intelligence occurs when the knowledge and experience of many people are combined, creating new opportunities for understanding. In the history of mankind, such processes have occurred repeatedly. Scientific revolutions, cultural movements, and technological breakthroughs have often been the result of the interaction of many people. Today, thanks to digital technologies, the opportunities for such interaction have expanded significantly.
The Internet, global communications and open knowledge bases allow people to collaborate regardless of distance. However, for collective intelligence to work, a structure is needed. Without structure, information remains chaotic. NEUROSVOD suggests such a structure. He creates a map in which:
- Knowledge is Connected
- Projects are supported
- People are interacting.
Thus, collective intelligence becomes not an abstract idea, but an organized system of interaction.
Chapter 21
New architecture of the world
Each epoch forms its own institutions and systems. The industrial era created factories, banks, and state structures of the modern type. The information age has spawned digital networks and global platforms. The next stage may be associated with the emergence of new forms of knowledge organization and cooperation. NEUROSVOD can be considered as one of the models of such an organization. It combines several levels:
- Philosophy and Meaning
- Structure of knowledge
- Network of projects
- Global cooperation.
Together, these elements form an architecture that helps people work together while preserving a variety of ideas and approaches. The new architecture of the world can be built not only on hierarchies, but also on network structures. In such structures an important role is played by:
- Knowledge sharing
- cooperation
- joint creation of solutions.
NEUROSVOD proposes to consider civilization as a dynamic system in which different elements interact and reinforce each other.
Epilogue
The way of development
Humanity is at a stage when its intellectual capabilities significantly exceed the ability to organize these capabilities into a single system. But it is at such moments that new ideas and architectures emerge. NEUROSVOD is an attempt to create a map that helps connect knowledge, initiatives and projects. It does not claim a completed form. On the contrary, its development depends on people who are ready to participate in the creation of new forms of cooperation. Perhaps the future of civilization will be determined not only by technological discoveries, but also by the ability of people to combine knowledge and effort. If this happens, the collective intelligence of humanity will be able to unleash the potential that is only beginning to manifest today. And then architectures like NEUROSVOD will become not just concepts, but part of the real development of the world.

Cosmogram NEUROSVOD
Map of the system as a civilizational architecture
Cosmogram NEUROSVOD is the most complete visual model of the whole concept. It combines all the previous images of the system into one megacircuit:
- Mandala
- Crystal
- Tree
- Planetary Network
- The space perspective.
This is a map of the development of civilization, not just a scheme of the project.
Central point
Source of meaning. At the center of the cosmogram is the core of the system. These are:
- Mission
- Values
- philosophy
- direction of development.
This is where the whole structure begins. Center formula:
Meaning → Creation → Evolution
Crystal architecture. The next layer is the crystal structure of the system. It comprises four levels:
- 13 fields — activity space
- 21 Key - Mechanisms of Interaction
- 64 code — process dynamics
- 741 module — project infrastructure.
This layer is the intellectual skeleton of the system.
Interaction Mandal. The mandala shows how the elements of the system are connected. It plays the role of:
- Knowledge Maps
- Navigation System
- strategic model.
Through the mandala you can see:
- Connections between fields
- Interaction of projects
- directions of development.
The tree of development. The tree shows the life of the system. Structure of the tree:
Roots — mission and values
Stem — NEUROSVOD
Branches — 13 fields
Leaves - processes and interactions
Fruit — 741 module
This is a model of organic growth of the system.
Geocrystal. The next level is the planetary network. It includes:
- City
- Universities
- Laboratory
- Community
- projects
Together, they form a global knowledge infrastructure.
Space level
The outermost layer of the cosmogram is the horizon of civilization.
It includes:
- Space Research
- Development of collective intelligence
- New forms of cooperation between civilizations.
This is the level of the long-term future.
Complete Cosmogram Formula
Source→ Crystal Structures→ Mandal of Interaction→ Tree of Development→ Geocrystal of the Planet→ Cosmocrystal of the Future
What does Cosmogram
It turns NEUROSVOD into:
- Knowledge Map
- architecture projects
- System of cooperation
- model of civilization development.
In fact, this is a universal scheme of organizing collective intelligence.
Then we will issue the CIVILIZATION CONSTITUTION NEUROSVOD, a meta-document that describes the principles of organizing collective intelligence, knowledge and cooperation at the civilizational level.
Make it compact and strong so that it sounds like the basic law of the system.
