The key players of the Golden Age are as follows:

Below are the key participants (“stakeholders”) of the Golden Age and the Single State program, grouped by major roles. The tables list the organizations and structures whose participation is recognized in the documents of the Assembly of Peoples of the World (AWM) and accompanying materials. Roles and powers are defined on the basis of their official statements and well-known functions.

Assembly of the Peoples of the World (AMU)

AMN is an international union of public organizations and citizens, promoting the ideas of Eurasian integration, peace and friendship. Its purpose is to form a social model of cooperation on spiritual and moral principles. AMN sets the values of the “Golden Age”, organizes forums, strengthens dialogue between peoples and provides humanitarian support for projects.

State support

National Governments, parliaments, regional administrations

They make political decisions, join AMN programs, and create legal conditions for participation in the One State project.

International organizations

UN (including UNESCO), BRICS, SCO, etc.

They provide an international framework, facilitate the participation of countries, and support humanitarian initiatives and sustainable development programs.


2. Financial and investment contour

Eurasian Direct Investment Fund (EFPI)

At the Casaanforum2023, ASM Secretary General Andrei Belyaninov proposed to form a Eurasian Direct Investment Fund and stressed that investment banks and funds should establish direct relations with national banks in order to reduce bureaucracy. The purpose of the fund is to mobilize capital, finance infrastructure, humanitarian and technological projects within the framework of the Golden Age.

They provide financing for projects, co-finance EFPI initiatives, participate in the creation of a single payment system and “smart money”.

The initiative of Russian scientific and public organizations to create a "system of systems" for early warning of global threats. IGMASS is designed to consolidate technical resources and provide reliable information about potential natural and man-made disasters, including space threats. It becomes the “eyes and ears” of the One State.

Scientific Expert Councils

Academic and industry institutes, expert committees of AMN

Develops recommendations on security, economy, ecology and culture; evaluates the projects of the Golden Age.

Planning and Accounting Centers

Maintain a single digital ledger, coordinate resources, form strategic plans and monitor the implementation of targeted programs.


4. Public safety and protection

IASC (International Public Security Agency)

The mission of IAOB is to protect public safety and justice. Broadly understood, public safety is the prevention and protection against events that may threaten citizens and property; it is carried out by public services and includes law enforcement, fire, ambulance and other security services. Within the framework of the Golden Age, the IAOB acts as a mediator, ensures respect for rights, and prevents abuse.

Cooperative security

SPECZASHCHITA

Cooperative system of protection, built on the principles of cooperative security. The concept of “cooperative security” assumes that security is achieved through partnership, mutual benefit and mutual respect; partners provide each other with a warning and work together to prevent crises . SPECZASHCHITA provides physical and cyber security of projects, protection of facilities, protection of humanitarian corridors and legal order within the cooperation.

Law enforcement and emergency services

Police, rescue services, fire, sanitary services

They work in national and regional structures, interact with IAOB and SPECZASHCHITA to ensure the safety of citizens and infrastructure.


5. Civil society and humanitarian organizations

How stakeholders interact



In the concept of the "Golden Age" all the listed participants act in conjunction. AMN forms the humanitarian value agenda and diplomatic contour; EFPI and banks provide financing; IGMASS and expert councils provide data and knowledge; The IAOB and SPECZASHCHITA guarantee security and justice; civil society and the media provide public oversight and support. Thus, a system is created in which economic development, technology, security and culture serve a common goal - to build a stable, peaceful and just supranational space.
