Dear Nikita Sergeevich!
We address you on behalf of the initiative group developing the METACULTURA platform - a system project of a new type, designed to unite spiritual, cultural, technological and educational areas within a single semantic architecture.
The METACULTURA platform is part of the wider project EQUILIBRIUM - architecture of semantic civilization, which also includes the initiatives HYPERION (converged technology platform) and VANIC (rising agent folk art).
Our goal is the formation of an integral cultural code, in the center of which is the Creator-Man, culture as a suprasystem, and Russia as a bearer of a great tradition and a source of cultural revival. We believe that culture should be the core of a long-term development strategy.
In this regard, we invite you to consider the possibility of your participation in the METACULTURA project as a co-founder, spiritual mentor or trustee of the platform. Your authority, experience and mission are extremely important for the formation of a new cultural paradigm.
We are ready to provide detailed materials at any time convenient for you, discuss possible formats of interaction and answer any questions.
With deep respect and hope for cooperation,

This letter also informs us about the preparation of the launch of the METACULTURAL Portal, which will present the Master Plan for the Establishment of Galactic Culture on Planet Earth as a new phase of the spiritual and cultural awakening of mankind.
One of the central initiatives of the platform is the SPIRITUAL BREAKFAST project - a holistic system of support and disclosure of human nature, based on traditional and new forms of ascent of the spirit, culture and self-knowledge.
Particular importance is attached to the People's Self-Development Program FENIX - a living response of society to the challenges of the time, where every person can become the Creator of his destiny and an accomplice in the evolution of the country and the planet.
Russia in the framework of these initiatives is conceived as a God-centered superpower - a carrier of civilization code that can offer the world a new synthesis of spirituality, justice, culture and technology.
The symbol of the unification of the Earth and Space becomes the Baikonur International Spaceport - as a cultural and spiritual center, in which the birth of the Single Goal of Humanity, Nature and Space is possible.
We are also laying the foundation for the architecture of the One Technology, a universal principle of integrating the sciences, arts, economics and spirituality as the foundation for a sustainable and harmonious future.
All these initiatives are part of the UN’s EVOLUTION program, a new perspective on the future of international organizations based on ethics, meaning and cooperation of a new type.
With respect,
Sokolov Sergey Leonidovich
