Declaration on financial opportunities and proposal for strategic cooperation in public-private infrastructure projects
It is an honour to confirm on behalf of the Board of Directors of the International Consortium5 Golden Leaves (5GLC) our reliable ability to interact with public and private entities in large-scale infrastructure projects within the framework of public-private partnership (PPP). This includes the financing, design and construction of mass residential complexes, shopping centers, office premises, as well as the development of integrated cities.
We hereby confirm our readiness and desire to promote investment projects for the Commonwealth, CIS and BRICS countries. Therefore, as well as to start our cooperation with various organizations, we registered 5GLC as a Russian company in Moscow.
To implement the plan, we have the Assets, a description in the Annex to this letter, which we offer as collateral under a loan agreement for one year with the possibility of extension to three years. We suggest discussing the terms, amount and procedure in the near future in a convenient form for everyone.
