ANNEX VI

TECHNICAL ARCHITECTURE OF INSPECTION, APPROVAL AND VALUATION STRUCTURE

(EUT / KRISTALL741)

1. Purpose of the Application

This Annex establishes an internal technical model used for:

• classification of confirmed contributions,
• structuring the sources of value of MURDE,
• Ensuring comparability, transparency and reproducibility of accounting.

The application is methodological in nature and does not create independent legal obligations.

2. Unified Unified Technology (EUT)

2.1. Definition

Unified Unified Technology (EUT) is

A set of procedures, standards and tolerances that ensure:

• Comparability of results of different nature;
• a unified approach to the assessment of social and systemic significance;
• prevention of arbitrary or inconsistent accounting.

2.2. EUT Levels

The ATS comprises six functional levels:

Each confirmed contribution is tested for at least one applicable level.

3. Crystalline modular structure (KRISTALL741)

3.1. General principle

KRISTALL741 is an internal modular classification scheme,

used for addressing, grouping and matching deposits.

It consists of 741 functional module, covering all major areas of life.

3.2. Modular Structure Layers

3.3. Assignment of modules

Each module:

• represents the type of result, not a specific project;
• is used as an accounting address, not as a standard;
• Allows multiple implementations in different countries and programs.

4. The connection between EUT and KRISTALL741

• KRISTALL741 answers the question:
  What type of system value is the result?
• The EUT answers the question:
  under what conditions this result can be recognized as acceptable for accounting.
• The accounting units of MURDE is possible only when:
• having an address in KRISTALL741;
• passing the procedures of the EUT.

5. Coding and traceability

5.1. Uniform accounting code (example)

MURDE–EUT[3]–K[302]

Where:

• EUT[3] — the level of process feasibility;
• K[302] is a module of processes and economic cycles.

The code is used exclusively for internal traceability.

• The Role of Intellectual Procedures
• To ensure the integrity of the assessment is applied

intellectual-analytical contour, providing:

• identification of systemic effects;
• prevention of local optimization to the detriment of the whole;
• Agreeing on short-term and long-term consequences.

Contour does not have independent power and does not replace the decisions of the participants.

7. Lack of centralization

• Neither EUT nor KRISTALL741:
  
• are not management bodies;
• not belong to an individual participant;
• They cannot be used to impose decisions.

It is a methodological language of harmonization.

8. Compatibility with international practice

Model:

• does not contradict the UN standards and international law;
• compatible with sustainable development programmes;
• allows adaptation to regional and national characteristics.

9. Status of the Annex

This Annex:

• is a technical addition;
• It is not ideological;
• can be updated according to the agreed procedure;
• It is used to ensure uniformity of practice.

FINAL FIXATION

EUT and KRISTALL741 are established as

neutral, modular and reproducible

technical architecture of value accounting,

Ensures transparency, comparability

and sustainability of MURDE

in an international context.
