Address at the opening of the Standing Committee
Dear colleagues, friends, associates!
Today we are opening not just a new body, not just a structure. We open the responsibility assembly point.
The Standing Committee is not about formalities. It's about action. On systemic work where previously there were scattered efforts.
The world is changing faster than ever. But there are things that never change:
duty, honor, service and responsibility to people. It is on these principles that we build our committee.
We understand the main thing: veterans, defenders, people of service are not the country’s past.
That's her support. It's her moral framework. This is their future, if we can work with them.
Our job is not just to help.
Our job is to create a system.
System:
- rehabilitation and return to full life
- Social Integration
- Transfer of experience and values
- Formation of new leaders
And this system should be: not one-time, not fragmentary, but sustainable, digital and scalable.
The Standing Committee is a platform where:
The State,
society,
examination,
The real lives of people.
There will be no imitation of work.
There will be results.
We're not just launching a committee. We are launching a new culture of interaction.
A culture where: not reporting — but deciding, not promising — but doing, not sharing responsibility — but taking it.
I would like to emphasize that we are open to cooperation.
With the Maresyev Foundation, with the Russian Union of Veterans, with public and international structures.
Because only in cooperation is real power born.
Today is the first step. But behind it must be a system of steps.
Clear. Agreed. Long term.
I'm sure:
If we act not formally, but truly, this committee will become not just a working body, but a reference point of the new social architecture.
Thank you to everyone here today.
And everyone who is willing to work not for the sake of the report, but for the sake of the result.
Here we go.
MANIFESTO STANDING COMMITTEE
1. Start point
We are creating a Standing Committee not as a structure, but as an instrument of responsibility.
The world no longer allows slow, fragmented, and formal action. Society needs solutions. People need a system.
The Standing Committee is the answer to that challenge.
2. Principle of Foundation
We proceed from the simple and unchanging:
A person who has passed the path of service cannot be left without a system of support and development.
Veterans and advocates are not a social category. They are carriers of experience, will and meaning.
And our task is not only to support, but also to include this potential in the development of the country.
3. Mission
Building a sustainable system:
- Rehabilitation and Recovery
- Social Integration
- Professional Implementation
- Transfer of experience and values
We are creating an environment in which each person of service can re-realize himself in a peaceful life.
4. What we change
We refuse to:
- Disjointed initiatives
- Formal Approach
- Reporting for Reporting
- Simulated assistance
We build:
- system instead of projects
- Results Instead of Process
- Responsibility Instead of Declarations
5. Architecture of Action
The Standing Committee is a focal point uniting the state, society and the expert community.
A solution platform where problems are not discussed endlessly, but brought to a result.
an integration system in which each participant understands his or her role and is responsible for its implementation.
6. Working principles
We act on the following principles:
1. Reality instead of formality. Every decision must have a measurable outcome.
2. Systemicity instead of chaos. Every initiative is built into a single architecture.
3. Openness to cooperation. We are competing, not competing for resources.
4. Human-centeredness. In the center is the fate of a person, not a report.
5. Long-term. We build solutions that work for years, not until the reporting period.
7. Cooperation
We are open to interaction with:
- State structures
- Public Organizations
- Development Funds and Institutions
- International Partners
Only through joint efforts can we create a large-scale and sustainable system.
8. Responsibility
Each member of the Standing Committee shall:
- not just included in the process
- It is responsible for a specific result
We create a culture where responsibility is not eroded, but reinforced.
9. A new management culture
We are introducing a new standard:
- not to discuss endlessly, but to decide
- Not to delay, but to act.
- not to transfer, but to take on
It is a culture of action.
10. Treatment
We appeal to everyone who is ready to work not for the sake of formality, but for the sake of result.
To those who understand: the future is created not by words, but by systemic actions.
11. Completion and start
The Standing Committee is not the final point. It's the beginning.
The beginning of a new interaction architecture.
Beginning of System Solutions. The beginning of responsibility as a norm.
We're starting.
