"PARKS OF THE WORLD • EQUILIBRIUM"
The project is a comprehensive model of development of the territory of the new generation, which combines:

Educational and cultural spaces
Environmental Solutions
- innovative transport system
Maritime and mountain integration
The key feature of the project is the synergy of the coastal and mountain environment, which forms a unique complex:
- Sea lagoon with elements of biosphere restoration of the water area
- Central Park "EQUILIBRIUM" (cultural and educational core)
- Mountain cluster (ecotourism, premium infrastructure)
- Intelligent transport system (including string transport)
The project is focused on:
