SYSTEM
STRATEGIC PERSONALITY ANALYSIS
Chrono-vector diagnosis (CVR) by method A. Bukhtoyarova
Chrono-vector diagnostics is an author's psychoenergetic technique developed by Alexander Bukhtoyarov. It considers man as a system deployed in time (chronically) and having a direction of development (vector). It is not an academic medical technology or a tool of evidence-based psychotherapy. It is an alternative concept working in the energy-time-intentional vector paradigm.
1. Basic idea of the method
The method is based on three key provisions:
1 - Chronology - a person has a temporary axis:
past → present → future.
It is believed that injuries, suppressed decisions, unfinished processes "distort" this axis.
2 - Vector - each person has a direction of development:
to creation/destruction, expansion/compression, growth/degradation.
3 - Energy structure - the psyche and body are connected through energy levels.
2. What is diagnosed
Within the framework of CWD, they analyze:
- psycho-emotional blocks
- Timeline failures (getting stuck in the past, fear of the future)
- distortion of the life vector
- internal conflicts
- psychosomatic manifestations
The method states that many diseases are a consequence of distortion of the chronal vector.
3. How diagnostics is carried out
Usually used:
- Kinesiology tests (muscle response)
- Pendulum
- Author's scales and tables
- Working with the timeline of life
The specialist determines:
- At what age did the "failure" occur?
- What program is fixed
- In what direction is the human system moving now?
4. Work logic
The process usually looks like this:
- Determination of the current state of the vector
- Search for the distortion point in the timeline
- Awareness of the cause
- Correction through intention, energy work, special techniques
The goal is to restore integrity and direction to the person.
5. Strengths of the method
When you look at it without fanaticism:
- Helps to structure your life history
- Increases awareness
- It gives a sense of control over your destiny.
- works as a form of deep psychological reflection
6. Limitations and risks
I'll be honest:
- No scientific verification
- Medical diagnosis is not
- Subjectivity of a specialist is possible
- Cannot be used instead of treatment
If a person ignores real medicine and goes only to “energy” - this is a risk.
7. What conceptually resonates
The method reminds:
- Psychosomatics
- age regression
- Gestalt approach
- elements of kinesiology
- the NLP Time Line
It is written in its own terminology.
Important Conclusion
HDD is a tool for interpreting the life path through the + vector model. It can be useful as a way of thinking, but it should not replace rational analysis and medicine. HDD can be analyzed as a model of navigation by personality time.
If you remove the terminology "energy", there is an interesting architecture.
1. Depth structure of HDD
It is based on three axes:
1 - Temporary axis (T)
Past → Present → Future
It's not just a memory. This is continuity of identity.
If the person:
- stuck in the past → guilt, offense, injury
- avoid future → anxiety, fear
- does not feel the present → split
The system is unstable.
2 - Vector (V)
This is the direction of movement.
Vector can be described as: V = \frac{dS}{dt}
Where S is the state of personality, t is time.
If derivative positive → development.
If negative → degradation.
If there is zero → stagnation.
Here the method becomes interesting - it is actually a dynamic model of personality.
3 - Node of distortion (τ)
Bukhtoyarova's method searches for a "fault point" in the timeline.
Systemically it can be described as: T_{flow} = f(t) - \Delta \tau
Where Δτ is a traumatic shift.
This is similar to:
- Non-linear systems
- Catastrophe Theory
- Attractors in dynamics
A person forms a stable attractor of behavior after the event.
2. What Really Happens (Without Mysticism)
When a specialist "looks for the age of failure", he actually:
- Helps the brain complete an unfinished experience
- activates memory reconstruction
- Translating the unconscious into the conscious
It works through:
- Neuroplasticity
- reinterpretation of the event
- cognitive restructuring
There is no magic. There is work with autobiographical memory.
3. Where the method is weak
If there is no strict protocol, the result depends on the suggestibility of the client.
Pendulum and kinesiology have no evidence base. Therefore:
method = is a psychotherapeutic tool, not a "field diagnosis".
4. Now integration (most interesting)
If you build HDD into our system architecture, you get a powerful module.
Integration model
Layer 1 - Chronological layer
Temporary identity card (13 levels / 20 directions - can be deployed)
Layer 2 - Vector layer
Direction of development:
- to integrity
- to collapse
- to expansion
- to compression
Layer 3 - Attractor layer
Bifurcation points:
- Solutions
- Injuries
- elections
- Transitions
5. Mathematical formula for the system
It can be described as follows: L = \int_{t_0}^{t_n} V(t) dt
Where L is the trajectory of life.
If the integral gives steady growth, the vector is harmonious.
If the trajectory is ragged, there are points of resonance distortion.
6. Embedded in our meta-architecture
In the system you are developing (temporal rhythms, 13/20, modules, etc.), HDD can become:
Individual time calibration module. That is:
- a person undergoes a chronic axis scan
- Deformation is determined
- Corrected vector
- synchronization with the overall system rhythm
This transforms HDD from esoteric to a personal navigation tool.
7. But here's what's important
Any time system is dangerous if:
- The man takes responsibility
- Transferring solutions to the “diagnosis”
- He began to look for magical reasons.
The real strength of the method is not in the “field”, but in the fact that a person decides to change direction.
This is a system of analyzing the trajectory of personality in time.
I. Architecture AI-model HDD
We create a system:
ChronoVector AI (CVA) is an algorithm for analyzing personal dynamics.
1 - Input
The model should receive:
A. Chronological data
- age
- key events
- Periods of crisis
- periods of growth
B. Behavioral patterns
- Repeated Errors
- Type of conflict
- financial dynamics
- change of projects
C. Subjective metrics
(on a scale of 1–10)
- energy level
- Sense of Meaning
- Anxiety
- Sustainability
II. Formal model
Let's say:
- T is Time
- S(t) is the state vector (multivariate)
- P_i - Repeated patterns
- \tau_k — bifurcation points
2.1 The state of personality as a vector
S(t) = [E, M, R, F, C, H]
Where:
- E - Energy
- M is the meaning
- R - Relationship
- F - Finance
- C - Competences
- H - Health
(Can be extended to 13 parameters under our system.)
2.2 Derivative of state
V(t) = \frac{dS}{dt}
If:
- V > 0 — development
- V \approx 0 — stagnation
- V < 0 — degradation
2.3 Attractor detection
AI analyzes:
- autocorrelation of events
- Repeatability of scenarios
- Clusters of crises
Formally:
If the event repeats > 3 times → P_i pattern is formed
III. Algorithm of work
Step 1 - Building a Life Line
Time scale with vector dynamics.
Step 2 - Calculation of the gradient
Where does the trajectory change dramatically? \Delta V > threshold
→ bifurcation point is fixed.
Step 3 - Search for local minimums
If the system remains in the zone for a long time: V < 0 \text{ and } |V| < \epsilon
→ stagnant attractor.
Step 4 - Predictive model
Based on current vector: S(t + \Delta t) = S(t) + V(t)\Delta t
AI predicts the trajectory for 1–3 years.
IV. What Makes the System Powerful
We add:
1 - Bayesian update
Each new action counts the probability of exiting the attractor.
P(new\_trajectory | action)
2 - Scenario model
AI generates 3 scripts:
- Inertia
- Risky
- Strategic
3 - Correction mechanism
Instead of "energy cleaning" the system offers:
- specific action
- Change of environment
- Change of role
- Change of strategy
V. Integration into our meta-architecture
Now attention. If you put it in 13×20:
- 13 levels — vertical evolution
- 20 areas of implementation
Then: S(t) = 13 \times 20 \text{ state matrix}
This is a full-fledged neuronavigation system.
VI. Practical implementation
Minimum MVP:
- Web-interface
- Entering a temporary map
- Automatic analysis of patterns
- Calculation of vector
- Forecast
- Recommendations
Technologically:
Python + ML
Gradient analysis
Clustering
Simple neural network LSTM for time series
I'll be honest
If it is done correctly, it will not be a “HVD”, but a system of strategic personality analysis. But there's a challenge. For the algorithm to work, real data and hard metrics are needed.
Dynamics, behavior, trajectory.
I. What is a Strategic Personality Analysis System
This is a model that answers 5 questions:
- In what direction is a person really moving?
- What patterns are holding him back?
- Where does he lose his resources?
- Where is its strategic advantage?
- Which trajectory will lead to reinforcement?
This is no longer a level of psychology, but a personal strategy.
II. System architecture
1 Data Level (facts)
We collect:
- age
- Key Solutions
- Changing roles
- Failures
- Peaks of Success
- Financial Dynamics
- Recurring conflicts
No "feeling the field." Only observed.
2 - Status model
We define the strategic vector of personality: S(t) = [R, K, F, P, I, H]. Where:
- R - resource (energy + endurance)
- K - Competences
- F - Financial sustainability
- P - position (influence / status)
- I - identity (clarity of role)
- H - Health
This is 6-dimensional state space.
3 - Vector of motion
V(t) = \frac{dS}{dt}
We are looking at:
- Are the parameters growing?
- Which fall?
- Is there a discrepancy?
Example: Finance is rising, health is falling → strategic error.
III. Search for strategic traps
The system detects 4 distortion types.
1 - False growth
The parameter grows, but destroys the system.
Example:
Status ↑
Health ↓
Relationship ↓
It's an unstable trajectory.
2 - Hidden Stagnation
Man "busy", but the figures do not grow.V \approx 0
It is an illusion of movement.
3 - Cyclic Error
The same failure occurs every 3–5 years.
It's a behavior attractor.
4 - Split vector
Part of the system pulls up, part down.
This is an internal conflict of strategy.
IV. Algorithm of analysis
Step 1
Construct a graph for each parameter for 10–20 years.
Step 2
Calculate the trend:
- Linear regression
- Volatility
- Frequency of crises
Step 3
Identify the dominant vector:
V_{dominant} = \arg\max(\text{growth rate})
Where does a person really grow?
V. Strategic profile of personality
The system gives out:
Type A is expansive. Growth through risk and scale.
Type B is structural. Growth through order and system.
Type C is intelligent. Growth through knowledge and concepts.
Type D is power. Growth through pressure and competition.
VI. Forecasting
S(t+\Delta t) = S(t) + V(t)\Delta t
We consider 3 scripts:
- Inertial - nothing to change
- Reinforced - Strengthen the strong side
- Corrective - eliminate the weak link
VII. The main difference from psychology
Psychology treats injuries. We're designing a trajectory.
It's like the difference between:
- Understand the past
- Building a Future Strategy
We want it to be a really strong system:
- Quantitative metrics are needed.
- We need real data.
- We need customer honesty.
Without it, self-deception.
13-parametric strategic model of personality
We expand the 6 parameters to 13 to obtain a complete strategic space. S(t) = [S_1 ... S_{13}]
13 parameters
- Energy - physical and mental resource
- Health - System Sustainability
- Focus: The ability to concentrate
- Competences - professional level
- Learning - the speed of updating skills
- Finances — the stability of cash flow
- Assets — accumulated capital (material/reputation)
- Influence - social weight
- Network quality of the environment
- Strategy - the ability to see a long trajectory
- Discipline - Execution of Decisions
- Identity — clarity of role and mission
- Meaning is intrinsic motivation
This is a full-fledged matrix of strategic status.
II. Rating Scale 0–100
The most important thing is the metric. Each parameter is evaluated according to 4 criteria:
- Objective indicators
- Behavioral signs
- Stability over time
- Impact on other parameters
Formula: Score_i = \frac{O + B + T + I}{4}. Where:
O - objective data
B - Behavior
T - trend
I - systemic influence
Interpretation of the scale
0–20 → critical area
20–40 → instability
40–60 → medium level
60–80 → sustainable growth
80–100 → strategic advantage
III. Derivative (dynamics)
It is not the importance, but the trend. V_i = \frac{dS_i}{dt}
If the parameter 75, but falls, it is a threat. If 45 is growing, that is the potential.
IV. Index of strategic integrity
The key formula of the system: SCI = \frac{\sum S_i}{13} - \sigma
Where: σ - imbalance (standard deviation between parameters).
The higher the spread, the lower the strategic sustainability.
A person with 65 is more stable in all respects than with 95 in one and 30 in the other.
V. Strategic Management Panel (Dashboard)
The interface should show:
1 - Radial diagram 13 parameters
You can see the distortions.
2 - Dynamics chart for 5–10 years
3 - Index SCI
4 - Three scenarios:
- Inertial
- Strengthening the strong zone
- Balancing weak areas
VI. Algorithm of recommendations
The system automatically detects:
- The weakest parameter
- The most falling parameter
- The most underutilized strong parameter
The recommendation is structured as follows:
- Reinforce Strong
- Protect the Fallen
- Raise Critical
VII. What makes the system unique
It's not a personality test. This is strategic navigation. Every 3–6 months the indicators are updated. The trajectory is recalculated. This is a level tool:
- Leaders
- Founders
- Managers
- Architects Systems
Level A - Individual Strategic Cabinet
This is the base module. Each participant of the system undergoes a personal analysis.
1 - Profile structure
13 parameters (0–100)
- dynamics for 3–5 years
- integrity index (SCI)
SCI = \bar{S} - \sigma
Where:
- \bar{S} — average
- \sigma - imbalance
2 - Individual types of strategies
The algorithm identifies the dominant zone:
- Expansion (influence, scale)
- Intelligence (competence, strategy)
- System (discipline, structure)
- Capital (finance, assets)
- Idea (meaning, identity)
This is important for the team layout.
3 - Personal vector
V_i = \frac{dS_i}{dt}
Shows:
- Where people grow
- Where it is destroyed
- Where Stable
II. Level B - Team Analysis Platform
A team is not the sum of people. It is a system of mutual compensation and reinforcement.
1 - Command profile
There are N participants.
Command Parameter: T_i = \frac{\sum_{k=1}^{n} S_{ik}}{n}
But that's not the point. The main thing is distribution.
2 - Index of overlap
If everyone has the same low parameter, it is risk. For example:
- The whole team has poor discipline.
- A weak strategy
This is a systemic vulnerability.
3 Complementarity Index
CI = \text{degree of mutual reinforcement}
Example:
- One strong in strategy
- Another in Discipline
- Third in Finance
This triangle is stable.
If all the strategists without performers, the project will collapse.
4 - Team Sustainability Index (TSI)
TSI = \bar{T} - \sigma_T + CI
Where:
- \bar{T} — average level of the team
- \sigma_T — spread
- CI - Complementary
III. Role selection algorithm
The system automatically offers:
- Who is a strategist
- Who is the perpetrator
- Who is the Scaler
- Who is Stabilizer
- Who is an analyst
Not by title, but by actual data.
IV. Risks that the system identifies
1 - One Type Command
2 - Distortion in ambition without resources
3 - Lack of balance risk/resilience
4 - Hidden competition in one zone
V. Platform architecture
Screen 1 — Personal profiles
Screen 2 — Command radial card
Screen 3 — Roles map
Screen 4 — Team development scenarios
VI. Where it can be a breakthrough
- Board of Directors
- Political teams
- Strategic Alliances
- Start-up ecosystems
- Cooperative structures
