Dear colleagues!

We hereby send for consideration the initiative to implement in the territory of the urban district of Syzran and Syzran district of the Samara region a set of socially significant programs "EQUILIBRIUM", as well as the opening of a regional representative office of the project.

The project is initiated by Cooperative "SPECZASHCHITA" with the participation of a consortium of organizations: MIC "PREINTRAST", Non-profit organization "SOYUZ", EUT, MURDE.

The aim of the project is to form a pilot model of sustainable development of the territory, aimed at improving the quality of life of the population, developing social infrastructure, creating new jobs, as well as strengthening the environmental, cultural and economic potential of the region.

As part of the project, it is planned:

— opening of the regional representative office "EQUILIBRIUM" in the city. Alignment as a focal point;

- implementation of programs in the field of health and rehabilitation (including veterans);

- development of environmental initiatives and natural areas;

- creation of cultural and educational platforms and youth programs;

- development of domestic and scientific tourism;

- introduction of cooperative models of the economy and support of employment.
