Dear Nikita Sergeevich!
We appeal to you with deep respect and gratitude for your outstanding contribution to the development of culture, the humanitarian mission of Russia and the strengthening of the spiritual core of the people. Your path and position serve as a guide for many who seek to preserve and transform the civilization code of our country.
We hereby inform you about the launch of the investment platform and venture financing system of the METACULTUR Portal, a strategic initiative of Russia aimed at forming a new spiritual and cultural space and image of our state in the global world. Metaculture is the Psi-Bank - Planetary Domain and Barter Hub as the main creator, synergetic architect and social designer and integrates traditions, art, technology and education into a single architecture, where culture becomes a suprasystem and source of national and planetary navigation.
The project is implemented within the framework of the program EQUILIBRIUM - the architecture of semantic civilization, and includes key platforms:
HYPERION - a system of convergent technologies and evolutionary management;
— VANIC — World Academy of Science, Arts and Culture;
An evolutionary financial system is an economy of the future based on design, mission and cultural value.
The purpose of our work is to establish Russia as a God-centered Supreme State, designed to unite spiritual strength, creative power and technological leadership in the peaceful evolution of the planet.
The key directions of the METACULTURE Portal are:
General Plan for the Establishment of a Galactic Culture on Planet Earth;
- Spiritual Breakthrough - the ascent of the Creator Man through culture and tradition, the history of Civilizations analysis of the origins of fascism - the attack of Russia through the Trial (scritum) "Nurenberg -2" and withdrawal from the programs of self-destruction of Humanity;
- FENIX - People's Program of Self-Development;
- INTERNATIONAL COSMOPORT BAIKONUR as a symbol of the Earth-Space interface;
- UNIFORM TECHNOLOGY as a synthesis of science, art and spirit;
- ONE GOAL OF HUMANITY, NATURE AND SPACE;
- The UN is a new paradigm of international dialogue.
That is why we appeal to you with a proposal to consider the possibility of your participation in the METACULTURAL Spherical Project - in the status of Leader and Flagman, spiritual adviser and honorary trustee. Discuss Planetary Social Contract, Smart Money, and Tokenized Ethical Economics
Your name, energy and worldview can give the project a spiritual height, without which a real cultural breakthrough is impossible.
We are ready to present materials at a convenient time for you, hold a personal meeting, as well as discuss possible formats of participation and further co-creation.
With deep respect, faith and openness to dialogue,
Sokolov Sergey Leonidovich
