The key basis and technological core of the project is developed under the auspices of IGMASS, system EQUILIBRIUM and with the participation of the First Sovereign Russian Neuronetwork global forecasting monitoring system MAXM. This system has an official patent MAXM (IGMASS) and scientific substantiation, provides for the use of automated control system (automated control system) of advanced convergent technologies and combines aviation, ground and satellite components capable of providing early warning of natural and man-made threats in the interests of all Mankind.
