Dear Margarita Vladimirovna!
On behalf of the International Global Monitoring Aerospace Association (IGMASS), we express our deep respect and gratitude for the key role of Russia Today media holding in shaping a positive international image of Russia and promoting advanced initiatives in the field of space.
Within the framework of international activities IGMASS, recognized by the UN and UNESCO, and in cooperation with the leading space agencies of the world, we initiated the project of creating the Baikonur Information Interstate Space Portal. The portal will become a communication platform for global coverage of achievements and initiatives in the field of peaceful space exploration, sustainable development, international cooperation and humanitarian missions.
The key basis and technological core of the project is developed under the auspices of IGMASS, EQUILIBRIUM and with the participation of the First Sovereign Russian Neuronetwork global forecasting monitoring system MAXM. This system has an official patent and scientific justification, provides for the use of advanced convergent technologies and combines aviation, ground and satellite components capable of providing early warning of natural and man-made threats in the interests of all mankind.
As part of the project, we are also developing a unique system for distributing exclusive information, capable of reaching an audience of more than 6 billion people worldwide every day. This will be a digital tool for communication on a large scale, based on neural-network, language and multimedia technologies synchronised with Russia Today platforms and international partner networks.
In this regard, we propose to create a joint editorial and analytical group under the auspices of Russia Today, IGMASS, EQUILIBRIUM the First Sovereign Russian Neural Network:
- multilingual support of the international space agenda;
- creation of content and coverage of the activities of countries within the UN, BRICS, SCO;
promotion of the Unified Joint Space Program and Sustainable Development Goals through modern media;
- broadcasting scientific, cultural and educational projects in the field of space exploration.
We are ready to discuss the initiative in the format of a working meeting at any time convenient for you.
With respect and hope for strategic cooperation,
Menshikov Valery Alexandrovich
