and
Non-profit Consumer Cooperative "Scientific and Production Association"SPECZASHCHITA" "NPK "NPO "SPECZASHCHITA" INN 9709066128, KPP 770901001, OGRN 1207700383087, the Chairman of the Board NPK "NPO "SPECZASHCHITABerdnikov Alexander Ivanovich, acting on the basis of the Charter and Legislation of the Russian Federation 55 The U.S. Government, hereinafter referred to as Party B,
Together, the Parties have concluded this Agreement on the following conditions:
1. SUBJECT OF THE TREATY.
1.1. The agreement is based on the understanding that the Parties are combining their efforts to achieve the goals of the Parties and make a profit.
1.2. The parties to this Treaty agreed to carry out joint activities in the field of investment programs.
1.3. The Parties shall use the opportunities presented by them and jointly carry out commercial, financial investment and other activities beneficial to the Parties.
1.4. The Parties shall purposefully concentrate material and financial resources at a certain stage of joint cooperation or specific priority areas of joint activities determined by them in order to achieve the intended results in order to ensure mutually beneficial Programs. The parties have the right to pay for each other, as well as to transfer their property to each other.
1.5. Funds, guarantees, production facilities, real estate, technological developments, support structures, and other assets belonging to both parties and third parties, individuals and / or legal entities are involved in the implementation of each type and direction of activities. For each type and direction of activity, the Parties shall draw up and sign an Annex, which is an integral part of this Treaty.
1.6. Business partners of the Parties to this agreement may be banks, industrial companies and firms, financial corporations, charitable and state, and non-state, pension and other funds.
1.7. To carry out joint activities, the Parties have the right to issue their own securities (bills, bonds and others, exchange these securities, receive guarantees, guarantees, guarantee the fulfillment of obligations for each other, transfer funds to each other), the list of which is fixed in the Annex, which is an integral part of this agreement.
2.COMMITMENTS OF THE PARTIES.
2.1. The Parties undertake:
2.1.1. Distribute the profits received as a result of joint activities in accordance with the Annexes for each type of joint activity that are an integral part of this agreement;
2.1.2. To maintain confidentiality with respect to the information received, as well as knowledge, the experience of which is specifically stipulated, that they are of an unconditional confidential nature;
2.1.3. To use its capabilities, forces and means, as well as material, technical, financial, intellectual and other resources on the basis of relevant agreements or annexes adopted by the Parties under this Treaty.
2.2. Commitments of Party A:
2.2.1. Provide the financial instruments and/or funds necessary for the performance of this contract, attracting assets and funds from both own and other companies.
2.2.2. To find and provide resources for financing joint projects of the Parties.
2.3. Obligations of Party B:
2.3.1. ensure that Party A concludes the necessary contracts and contracts with Contracting Parties for the implementation of the ongoing investment, trade and production programs of Party A.
3. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
3.1. All disputes and disagreements that may arise from this Agreement or in connection with it shall be considered in the Arbitration Court at the location of the defendant in accordance with the claim procedure, with a response period of 30 days from the date of its receipt.
3.2. The preliminary claim procedure for resolving disputes arising in connection with the performance of obligations under this Agreement is mandatory.
4. FORS-MAJOR
4.1. The Parties shall be exempt from liability for partial or complete non-fulfillment of obligations under this Treaty, if it was the result of objective circumstances of force majeure (fire, flood, earthquake, other natural disasters, war, military operations of any nature, blockade, or other circumstances beyond the control of the Parties). The party for which it was impossible to fulfill the obligations under the Agreement must notify the other party within five days from the date of occurrence of such circumstances (by telegram, telex, fax). Adequate evidence of the existence of the above circumstances and their duration will be the conclusions issued by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia or its structural units.
5. FINAL PROVISIONS
This Agreement may be amended, supplemented, or terminated by a bilateral written agreement signed by authorized representatives and certified by round seals, which from the moment of signing becomes an integral part of the Agreement.
The parties are obliged to immediately inform each other about the change of addresses and details provided for in the Agreement.
The exchange of documentation and other information can only take place in writing.
In everything else not provided for in this Agreement, the parties are guided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
All information under this Agreement is confidential and is not subject to disclosure to third parties. In case of non-compliance with this condition by one of the parties (except for the conditions provided for by the current legislation), it compensates the other party for the losses caused by this.
The contract is made in 2 copies with the same legal force.
The transfer of any of the parties to the right of claim under this Agreement to third parties is carried out with the written consent of the opposite party.

concluded this Supplementary Agreement No. 1 to the Agreement on Cooperation No. CKH-CWT of "21" December 2023 of the following:
Pursuant to the Agreement on Cooperation No. IKH- of "29" July 2025, the Parties undertake the following obligations:
Under the terms of p.2.2. the Treaty on Cooperation No13/SZ-741 the " From29" July 2025 Year and Decisions of the General Meeting of LLC "Investment Company CHRONOS & K", Party A transfers to Party B, bearer bonds in the amount of 700 000 000 000.00 (Seven hundred billion) Russian Rubles.
According to the conditions, p.2.3. the Cooperation Agreement No 13/SZ-741 the " From29" July 2025 year, Party B performs work on preparation, registration and conclusion of contracts by Party A on placement of financial assets and attraction of funds.
In this case, Party B may act on behalf of Party A on the basis of this Agreement and the Supplementary Agreement, as well as the corresponding Power of Attorney.
Party A undertakes to use the received funds under contracts for the use of assets and / or funds in banking programs to increase capital.
The Parties may not, under any circumstances, withdraw from this Agreement without mutual consent.
This Agreement is drawn up in two copies, is an integral part of the Main Agreement and has equal legal force with it.
