When the arcs of consciousness are united, the Light reigns and the highest purpose is established. That is the only way to achieve the supreme law! This is how we create.

131. Therefore, when We proclaim Hierarchy, We know the spatial battle that calls for the realization of the supreme law. Creativity requires the affirmation of the conscious principle of Hierarchy. 275. Touching the spatial wire is a powerful consonance of fire centers. Touching the spatial fire causes new stresses - so in Space you can assert the greatness of harmony. How can we not reflect on the great principles that guide life? To remove the guiding forces is to cut off the silver thread and to cut oneself off from the chain of Hierarchy. The planet is sick because it has lost its higher principles. This is how the most vital understanding of the great principles and the silver thread connecting the worlds must be manifested. Thus We establish the principles of Hierarchy.

276. How many unnecessary phenomena people build themselves! How many extra karmic difficulties create themselves! And all from the unwillingness to accept the Hierarchy in the heart. Thus, all statements can only enter life when consciousness can accept Hierarchy. Every evil in the world is born out of opposition to the great principle of Hierarchy. Each victory is obtained only by the principle of Hierarchy, therefore it is necessary to establish itself on the established Hierarchy.

293. Therefore, humanity is so exhausted, showing separation from the Higher Will. That is why We assert the focus so powerfully, for without the center one cannot accept the Higher Will. We are called to the Hierarchy.

299. Each concept has its own balance. The veneration of Hierarchy has a balance in the concept of guaranty. If the top is the veneration of Hierarchy, then the bottom is the guarantee. There is even a teraphim of guaranty. You have seen the guarantee of the teraphim; so the guarantee is inviolable as long as the Hierarchy is realized.

307. Therefore, humanity must understand the beauty of the higher laws. What will show the way to creativity, if not true understanding and respect for the Hierarchy? What will draw the spirit to the Supreme but following the law of Hierarchy? What, then, will guide the spirit to the phenomenon of truth, but an understanding of Hierarchy? Therefore, for the highest understanding, one must accept Hierarchy with the heart and constantly strive for the highest law of Hierarchy.

315. Rebuilding the world is straining all the forces of the Cosmos. If mankind understood that reconstruction requires aspiration of the spirit, then it would be easy to establish a balance in the world, but the peoples do not think about what to put on the scales and where the advantage will be. Therefore, the chaos of thinking is so disastrous for humanity, and the peoples who are displaced in this way go to the bottom and do not take measures for spiritual transformation. It is time to think about spiritual pursuits. When cosmic perturbations require powerful tension, humanity must know where to look for the center of salvation.

Therefore, the search for a spiritual center will inevitably lead to Hierarchy. Humanity has lost the necessary formula for salvation. Therefore, the saving anchor is the focus of Hierarchy. Only a conscious search for and affirmation of Hierarchy will produce the phenomenon of salvation, yes, yes, yes! Therefore, We have given the basis of actions and deeds that are based on beauty.

323. If people understood what earthly superiority is built on, then, indeed, it would be possible to give the highest principles! But who thought about the principle of creative impulses? When there is isolation and the law established by the right of the Great Being is violated, then, of course, the main basis is destroyed. Even insects know the greatness of hierarchy. Knowledge of the foundations of life can transform life, therefore only the greatness of the law of Hierarchy will give humanity the aspiration to the higher stages of evolution.

324. Therefore, knowledge of the spirit is such a powerful guide, for it will always lead to the foundations of being. This is how the concept of Hierarchy should be accepted as the highest Service; this is how the knowledge of the spirit strains the disciples on the path to Hierarchy. Thus it is necessary to deploy the Banner of Peace with all the forces of the spirit; it contains all the foundations of culture.

325. The underdeveloped mind always stumbles over a seeming contradiction. He cannot combine Hierarchy with resourceful self-activity. Without synthesis, of course, the most homogeneous concepts will crumble, like a masonry without cement. The realization of synthesis will lie down as a stepping stone to the transformation of race. Correct observation about the immortality of single-celled. But what can we turn to unity of our heterogeneous elements? 338. How does humanity think to approach the higher without the recognition of the earthly viceroys of the Hierarchy? How can there be a connection when humanity does not recognize the greatness of the chain of Hierarchy? The mind is so poisoned by the poison of self-importance that the entire cosmic equilibrium is disturbed. Thus, on the way to Us, we need to accept all statements concerning Hierarchy as a saving anchor. Truly, how wonderful light is for humanity Hierarchy! 344. In the reconstruction of the world, we can only hold on to the approval of a new world. The establishment of the manifest solution can come into life only by a great understanding of the world’s rebirth by the great law of Hierarchy. Therefore, those who seek a new world should strive to establish the covenant of hierarchy as the leading approved Hierarchy. That is the only way to find balance in the world. Only a fiery heart will show salvation. This is how the world needs to assert the law of Hierarchy.

Therefore, the Hierarchy is legitimately established in the displacement of countries and the replacement by fire of all that goes away. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt the law of Hierarchy, for without a chain one cannot build a great ladder of ascent. This is how one must accept the fiery affirmation of the greatness of the law of Hierarchy.

345. Don’t be embarrassed by the need for repetition. First, nothing is repeated, even the same words at different times are completely different. Thus, on the ruins of the old world, a new evolution grows, and the age of fire completes the Kali Yuga and saturates space with the fire of the new world. Thus the all-embracing Banner of the Lord calls to pure creation. Thus the assertion of Hierarchy comes into life. So all things for good, We welcome. So all, full of pure aspiration to go the upper way, We welcome.

370. One of the most harmful actions will be to condemn the Hierarchy for the consequences of its own mistakes. Nothing but treachery so severs the connection with the Hierarchy as such ignorant condemnation. Hierarchy in everything reduces the consequences of malicious errors, but to reject the Hierarchy means to assume the entire stream of consequences. One experienced sailor advised: "Never try to change from one ship to another during a storm." One can recall how people often, having made a mistake, tried to explain its consequences as a victim of Hierarchy, but not realizing that they were already condemning Hierarchy.

373. Work hard, do good, honor the Hierarchy of Light - this covenant of Ours can be written in the palm of the hand of even a newborn. So easy is the beginning that leads to the Light. To accept it, you only need a pure heart.

382. Cosmic justice permits all karmic connections. And how little humanity thinks about the statements that carry us in space. If we were to think about the statements that carry us into the higher realms, we would inevitably come to Hierarchy. Thus, humanity would be clothed with a consciousness of truth. So in the unification of the arcs of consciousness, we build the future.

395. Humanity is mired in survivals, in old thinking, beyond the awareness of an approved being. Thus the spirit of the shifting peoples smolders on the outgoing energies, like bigotry, superstition. The basis of this corruption, a church that sows terrors, is unacceptable! A state that acts as a means of betrayal cannot exist. So the rebirth of the spirit must remove these horrors that consume the planet. Therefore, only a chain of Hierarchy can restore the human form. This is how a new affirmation is constructed through the eternal Hierarchy.

396. When the world shudders and mankind is in turmoil, the only way to salvation remains. How not to understand the path of the highest and creative ascent of the spirit? It is when all the old ways are destroyed; when the old energies are outlived; when the planet itself moves its crust, how can we not accept all the new affirmations and regenerating energies emanating from the power of the chain of Hierarchy?! Only in this way can humanity be attracted to the higher energies. Following the foundations of the cosmic magnet, the phenomenon of the higher will attract the spirit to the higher. Thus the supreme law of Hierarchy works for good, affirming a better future construction. Hierarchy is based on precise laws. When the fire sign of Hierarchy is established on the planet, of course, conditions are strained by life-giving fire. Thus the great affirmation is established by the highest fire of the life of the Hierarchy.

411. When the world is plunged into the darkness of denial, then, of course, we must expect the destruction of the old unfit foundations, for how can the world be reborn? How can humanity wake up, if not the shock of all bad foundations? Only when approved.

The new great principles of Hierarchy are recognized by mankind, it will be possible to affirm the salvation of mankind.

In this way, We are working hard to bring the planet to the principles of the Hierarchy of Good. The loss of higher concepts must be compensated, for every lost principle brings cosmic upheavals. This is how humanity should be revived by the principle of Hierarchy.

414. What thorns people weave themselves into the wreaths of life! What forces people spend on opposing the principles on which life itself rests! How many unnecessary thorns surround people, turning their lives into regression! For men of the highest wisdom will not understand, without first understanding the law of Hierarchy; that on which all life rests; that on which the world progresses; that on which evolution is composed; that on which the best steps and pages of history were built. We cannot escape from the great law of hierarchy. Only self-destruction can give the direction in which those who are devoid of understanding of the Hierarchy go. Thus the thorns directed against the Hierarchy turn into the dark path. It is necessary to protect the great law of Hierarchy as the leading principle.

416. Hierarchy is systematic cooperation, as one might call this part of the Teaching, but we are not afraid if you use the old Greek word hierarchy. If anyone interprets it in his conventional sense, he will only prove that his brain is not ready for cooperation.

420. Lightening of the spirit! How can you reach this stage? What can penetrate the Source of Truth without following the Hierarchy? The Spirit can only be illuminated by the source of Light. Where can you find the guide if not in the Hierarchy? Humanity drew its power not from itself, but from the great Hierarchy. So for centuries, our creativity has led humanity. In this way one can direct man only by the higher power of the Hierarchy. The illumination of the spirit is, of course, the path of the higher Hierarchy. Therefore, those who seek the truth can only find the meaning of being on the path of ascending to the Hierarchy. Otherwise, life remains enchanted by the circle, and for centuries the spirit will not find liberation. So the law of Hierarchy is the leading principle.

421. The spirit cannot establish itself and manifest power without drawing strength from the Hierarchy. The spirit cannot manifest power without recognizing the supreme power. Therefore, every creator of life is a link in the Great Hierarchy. Our guidance is the great Viceroyalty.

425. Our ways are indeed unknowable. It seems ignorant that there is no invisible world; there is a prejudice against everything that is insensibly gross. No man is able to find the way to life, and no man is able to find the way to life. After all, a person must realize and feel all the subtle sensations, otherwise there can be no correspondence and affirmation, manifested by the understanding of the Hierarchy.

THE BASIS OF JEARCH

IMPORTANCE ON THE PLANET

28In this book, we will not examine the steps that led to the foundation of Hierarchy on our planet, nor the conditions that preceded the arrival of these great Beings. This can be learned from other occult books of the West and from the scriptures of the East. Suffice it to say here that in the middle of the Lemurian epoch, about eighteen million years ago, a great event occurred which meant, among other things, the following: The planetary Logos of our earthly scheme, one of the Seven Spirits before the throne, was incarnated physically, and in the person of Sanat Kumara, the Eternal, Lord of the World, descended upon our dense physical planet, remaining with us ever since. Because His nature is extremely pure and He is (from a human point of view) sinless and therefore unable to respond to anything on the dense physical plane, He was unable to accept a dense physical body such as ours and is forced to act in His etheric body. He is the greatest of all Avatars, or Coming Ones, as he is a direct reflection of that Great Being who lives and breathes and functions through all the evolutions on our planet and keeps everything in His aura, or magnetic sphere of influence. In Him we live, move and exist, and none of us can go beyond His aura. He is the Great Sacrifice, He has left the glory of high places 29And in the name of the developing sons of men, he took for himself a physical form in the image of man. He is the Silent Watcher of the development of that which is directly concerned with our humanity, though in reality the Planetary Logos itself, on the higher plane of consciousness on which He functions, is the true Silent Observer of the planetary scheme. Perhaps this can be formulated as follows: The Lord of the World, the One Initiator, is as much about the Planetary Logos as the physical manifestation of the Master is about the Monad of that Master on the monadic plane. In both cases, the intermediate state of consciousness, the consciousness of the Ego, or higher self, is absent, and what we see and know is a direct manifestation of the pure Spirit itself, created by itself. That's where the victim is. It must also be understood with regard to Sanat Kumara that His point of evolution is as far ahead of the adept's point of evolution as the adept's point of evolution is ahead of the animal's point of evolution. This will be discussed in more or less detail in the following chapters.

Along with the Eternal came a group of other highly developed Beings who represent His own individual karmic group, and those Beings who are the expression of the triple nature of the Planetary Logos. If I may say so, they embody the forces emanating from the head, heart, and throat centers, and have come together with Sanat Kumara to form the focal points of the planetary force to promote the realization of the great Plan of self-conscious revelation of all life. Their places were gradually taken by the sons of men as they developed, although until recently there were very few representatives of our present earthly humanity. Those who now constitute the inner group of the Lord of the World are recruited mainly from the ranks of those who have been initiated into the lunar chain (the cycle of evolution, 30] preceding ours) or have come from other planetary schemes together with some astrologically regular streams of solar energy; however, the number of triumphant representatives of our own humanity is rapidly increasing, and they occupy all the smaller positions relative to the central esoteric group.

THE IMMEDIATE RESULT IS AN ANNOUNCEMENT.

The result of their arrival, millions of years ago, was of great importance, and its consequences are still felt. These effects can be enumerated as follows: The planetary Logos, on its own plane, has been enabled to produce more directly the desired results for the realization of its plan. As is well known, the planetary scheme, with its dense globe and inner more subtle globes, is to the Planetary Logos what the physical and subtle bodies are to man. To illustrate, therefore, Sanat Kumara’s incarnation was analogous to the emergence of a strong grasp of self-conscious control by the Ego of the human being over its vehicles upon reaching the necessary stage of evolution. It is said that there are seven centers of power in the head of each person, which are connected with other centers of the body, and through which the ego’s power spreads, circulates and thereby fulfills the plan. Sanat Kumara, along with six other Kumaras, plays a similar role. These central seven are similar to the seven centers in relation to the whole body. They are the guiding agents and transmitters of the energy, power, purpose and will of the Planetary Logos on His own plane. This planetary head center works directly through the heart and throat centers and thus controls all other centers. This is just an illustration and an attempt to show the attitude 31] Hierarchy to its planetary source, as well as a close analogy between the functioning of the Planetary Logos and man, the microcosm.

In those days, the third kingdom of nature, the animal kingdom, reached a relatively high stage of development, and animal man reigned on Earth; it was a being endowed with a powerful physical body coordinated by the astral body, or the body of sensations and feelings, and the germ of the mind, capable of subsequently forming the nucleus of the mental body. Left to himself for long eons, animal man would eventually progress from the animal kingdom to the human kingdom and become a self-conscious, functional, rational entity, but how slow this process would be seen in the example of the Bushmen of South Africa, the Vedas of Ceylon and the hairy Ainu.

The decision of the Planetary Logos to accept the physical vehicle gave a strong impetus to the evolutionary process, and through His incarnation and His methods of power distribution He achieved in a short period of time what would otherwise have been done unimaginably slowly. The embryo of the mind was stimulated in the animal man. The fourfold lower man, that is: a. Dual physical body: ethereal and dense, b. Vitality, life force, or prana, c. Astral, or emotional, body, g. The embryo of the mind,

was coordinated and stimulated, and became a suitable receptacle for the entry of self-conscious entities, those spiritual triads (reflections of spiritual will, intuition, or wisdom, and higher mind) who had long been waiting for this situation. Thus arose the fourth, or human, kingdom, 32] and the self-conscious, or rational, unit, man, began his career.

Another consequence of the advent of Hierarchy was a similar, though less conscious, development in all the kingdoms of nature. In the mineral kingdom, for example, some minerals, or elements, received additional stimulation and became radioactive. A mysterious chemical change occurred in the plant kingdom, plants began to smell. This change has contributed to the processes,

The connection between the vegetable kingdom and the animal, just as radioactivity is a way of eliminating the gap between mineral and mineral kingdoms. Over time, scientists realize that each kingdom of nature is connected to another, and that when the units of one kingdom become radioactive, they connect with the next kingdom and enter it. However, we do not need to be distracted from our topic. A hint is enough for those who have eyes to see and intuition to grasp the meaning of terms limited by purely material interpretations.

In the Lemurian era, after the great descent of spiritual Beings to Earth, the work they planned to do was systematized. Positions were distributed, and evolutionary processes in all areas of nature were subject to the conscious wise guidance of that original Brotherhood. The Brotherhood of Light hierarchy still exists, and the work continues. They all exist physically, either in the dense physical bodies that many Masters use, or in the etheric bodies that are occupied by higher rank assistants and the Lord of the World. It is important for people to remember that They are in physical existence, that They live on this planet with us, managing its destinies, guiding its affairs and directing all its evolutionary processes to ultimate perfection. 33] The central point of the Hierarchy is in Shambhala, the center in the Gobi Desert, which in ancient books is called the “White Island”. This center exists in etheric matter, and when the human race on Earth develops etheric vision, its location will be established and its reality will be recognized. Judging by the newspapers and current literature, such vision is developing rapidly, but the location of Shambhala will be one of the last ethereal sacred places to be discovered, since it exists in the matter of the second ether. Several Masters live in physical bodies in the Himalayan Mountains, in a secluded place called Shigaze, far from the ways of man; most Teachers are scattered around the world, live in different places among different peoples, remaining unrecognizable and unknown. However, each of them in his own place forms the focus of the energy of the Lord of the World, being for his environment a distributor of the Love and Wisdom of the Godhead.

OPENING OF THE DOOR OF Dedication

Here it is impossible to consider the history of the Hierarchy for many centuries of its activity, one can only mention some outstanding events of the past and pay attention to some results. For a long time after its foundation, the work was depressingly slow. As millennia passed, human races appeared and disappeared from the Earth before it became possible to entrust developing sons to human at least the work done by the initiates of the first degree. However, by the middle of the fourth, the Atlantic, indigenous race, an event occurred that led to a change, or adjustment, of the hierarchical method. Some of the members of the Hierarchy were recalled for higher work elsewhere in the solar system, and therefore it took 34] to introduce into the Hierarchy a number of highly developed units of the human family. In order to enable others to take their seats, all lower-ranking members of the Hierarchy were moved up a notch, leaving vacancies among the smaller posts. Therefore, three decisions were made in the Consultative Chamber of the Lord of Peace: 1. Close the door through which human animals passed into the human realm, for a time allowing the Monads on the higher plane to no longer appropriate bodies for themselves. This

limited the number of units of the fourth, human, kingdom to the number of units existing at that time.

2. Open another door, and allow those members of the human family who were willing to submit to the necessary discipline and make the required effort to enter the fifth, or spiritual, kingdom. Thus, the ranks of the Hierarchy of earthly humanity. This door is called the Portal of Initiation and still remains open under the same conditions that were established by the Lord of Peace in the days of Atlantis. These conditions will be outlined in the last chapter of this book. The door that separates the human kingdom from the animal will be reopened in the next great cycle, or “circle,” as it is called in some books, but since this event is still a few million years away, it does not concern us.

It was also decided to establish a clear demarcation line between the two forces: the force of Matter and the force of Spirit; the duality inherent in every manifestation was highlighted in order to teach people how to free themselves from the limitations of the fourth, human, kingdom and thus pass into the fifth, or spiritual, kingdom. The problem of good and evil, of light and darkness, of truth and falsehood, was posed solely for the good of mankind, in order to enable men to cast off the shackles that imprison the spirit and attain spiritual freedom. This problem does not exist in kingdoms below human, nor in those that surpass human. Man must by experience and through suffering learn the fact of the duality of all existence. And having assimilated it, he chooses that which pertains to the fully conscious spiritual aspect of divinity, and learns to focus on that aspect. Having thus achieved liberation, he finds that in reality everything is one, that Spirit and Matter are one, since there is nothing but that which is in the consciousness of the Planetary Logos and, in the larger spheres, in the consciousness of the Solar Logos. Thus the Hierarchy has taken advantage of the mind’s inherent ability to discern, which is the distinctive quality of humanity, to enable it, by balancing pairs of opposites, to achieve its goal and find its way back to the source from which it came.

This decision led to the great struggle that divided the Atlantic civilization and culminated in its destruction under the name “Flood”, which is mentioned in all the Scriptures of the world. The forces of light and the forces of darkness were built against each other - and this in the name of helping humanity. The struggle is still going on, and the world war we just experienced was a new outbreak of that struggle. Of the people on both sides of the world war, two groups could be distinguished: those who fought for the ideal as they saw it, for the highest that they knew, and those who fought for material and selfish gain. Many were drawn into the struggle of these influential idealists and materialists, who fought blindly and unconsciously, being captured by racial karma and common misfortune.

These three decisions of the Hierarchy have and will have a strong impact on humanity, but the desired result is achieved, and rapid acceleration is achieved 36] the evolutionary process and the significant impact on the mental aspect of a person can already be seen. It will be useful to mention here that as members of the Hierarchy there are a large number of beings whom Christians call angels, and the inhabitants of the East - devas. Many of them went through the human stage many centuries ago and are now working as part of a large evolution parallel to human evolution

Evolution. This evolution, among other factors, includes the builders of the objective planet and the forces that create through these builders all forms, familiar and unfamiliar. Consequently, those who cooperate with the Hierarchy of Devas deal with the aspect of form, while other members of the Hierarchy deal with the development of consciousness within form.

THE WORK OF THE JEARCH

Although the theme of the occult Hierarchy of the planet has a deep interest for the ordinary person, its real meaning will not be understood until people are aware of three related points.

First, the whole Hierarchy of spiritual beings is a synthesis of forces, or energies, consciously controlled to advance planetary evolution. This will become more apparent as we go on.

Second, the forces manifesting in our planetary scheme through the great Persons who make up our Hierarchy connect it and all that it contains with the greater Hierarchy we call the Solar One. Our Hierarchy is a miniature copy of the greater synthesis of those self-conscious Beings who manipulate, control, and manifest through the Sun and the seven sacred planets, as well as through other large and small planets entering our Solar System.

Thirdly, the work of this Hierarchy of Forces has four main directions:

DEVELOPMENT OF SELF-REASONING IN ALL SUBSTANCES

Hierarchy tries to create favorable conditions for the development of self-consciousness in all beings. It does this primarily in man, by merging the three higher aspects of the Spirit with the four lower aspects, by its example of service, sacrifice, and renunciation, and by continually 21And the light of it is shining (in the light of the Spirit). Hierarchy can be seen as a combination of forces of the fifth kingdom of nature of our planet. This kingdom is entered into by the full development of the fifth principle, the principle of mind, and by the attainment of control over it and its transmutation into wisdom, which is literally the intellect applied to all states through the full conscious use of the faculty of discerning love.

CONSCIOUSNESS DEVELOPMENT IN THE THREE LOWEST KINGDOMS

As is well known, the five kingdoms of nature on the evolutionary arc can be defined as follows: mineral kingdom, vegetable kingdom, living kingdom, human kingdom and spiritual kingdom. Each of them embodies a certain type of consciousness, and the work of the Hierarchy is to develop these types of consciousness, to bring them to perfection through the settlement of karma, through force and through the creation of favorable conditions. One can get some idea of this work by summarizing briefly the different aspects of consciousness to be developed in different kingdoms.

In the mineral kingdom, the work of the Hierarchy is directed toward the development of the function of distinction and selection. All matter is characterized by some kind of activity, and at the moment when activity is directed to the construction of forms, even the most elementary, the ability to distinguish is manifested. This is universally acknowledged by scholars who, recognizing this fact, approach what is known of Divine Wisdom.

In the vegetable kingdom, the ability to respond to sensation is added to the ability to distinguish, and the rudimentary state of the Second aspect of divinity is observed, just as in the mineral kingdom there is an analogous rudimentary 22] reflection of the Third aspect, the aspect of activity.

In the animal kingdom these rudimentary activities and sensations are intensified and the signs (if such an inadequate expression is permitted) of the First aspect, or the rudimentary will and purposefulness, may be called the investigative instinct, but in reality this faculty is the manifestation in nature of the aspect of the goal.

H. P. Blavatsky wisely determined that man is a macrocosm for the three lower kingdoms, since in him these three lines of development are synthesized and reach their fullness. He is indeed the Intellect, active and wonderfully manifested; he is the awakening Love and Wisdom, even if they are still the top of his aspiration; besides, he has that rudimentary dynamic Initiating Will, which will reach its fuller development after he enters the fifth kingdom.

In the fifth kingdom, the consciousness that is to develop is group consciousness, and it manifests itself in the full bloom of the capacity of love-wisdom. Man only repeats the work of the three lower kingdoms on a higher turn of the spiral, just as in the human kingdom he manifests the third aspect, the active intellect. In the fifth kingdom, which is entered at the First Initiation and which covers the entire period of time during which a person receives the first five Initiations and works as a Teacher, as part of the Hierarchy, Love-Wisdom, or the Second aspect attains its perfection. In the Sixth and Seventh Initiations, the First aspect or aspect of the Will is manifested in full brilliance, and from the Master of Compassion and the Master of Love, the adept becomes someone even higher. He enters into an even higher consciousness than the group consciousness, he enters into the consciousness of God. Now he has access to the great will, or purpose, of the Logos.

To contribute to the development of the qualities of divinity, to help in the disclosure of self-consciousness in all beings - such is 23] the work of those Beings who have reached the goal, who have entered the fifth kingdom and made the great decision to sacrifice their own growth and remain within our planetary scheme to promote the plans of the Planetary Logos on the physical plane.

TRANSFER OF THE PLANETARY LOGO WILL

They act as transmitters to people and devas, or angels, of the will of the Planetary Logos, and through Him of the will of the Solar Logos. Each planetary scheme, including ours, is the center of the Logoic body and expresses some form of energy, or force. Each center demonstrates its own special type of force in three ways, thus giving rise to three aspects of manifestation. One of the great realizations that comes to those who enter the fifth kingdom is the awareness of that particular type of power, the embodiment of which is our own Planetary Logos. A wise student will reflect on this statement, as it is the key to much that is happening in the world today. The mystery of synthesis is lost, and only when people get back the knowledge inherent in them in previous cycles (mercifully taken away from them in the Atlantis era) about the type of energy that our scheme should show, will the world's problems be resolved and the world rhythm stabilized. This is not yet possible, because this knowledge is dangerous, and at present the race as a whole does not yet possess group consciousness and therefore cannot be trusted to work, think, plan and act for the group. Man is still too selfish, but there is no reason to be discouraged because of this; group consciousness is already something more than just the ego.

Just by vision, brotherhood and recognition of its responsibilities are already beginning to penetrate 24] in the consciousness of people everywhere. This is the work of the Hierarchy of Light to show people the true meaning of brotherhood and to stimulate in them a response to this ideal hidden in everyone and in everyone.

AN EXAMPLE FOR HUMANITY

People should know and be aware as a basic fact that the Hierarchy consists of those who have triumphed over matter and achieved the ultimate goal, having gone through exactly the same stages that other individuals go through today. The members of the Hierarchy, these spiritual persons, these adepts and teachers, fought and fought for victory, for domination over the physical plane, they resisted the miasms, darkness, dangers, anxieties, sorrows and pains of daily existence. They went step by step the whole path of suffering, experienced everything, overcame all difficulties and won. These Elder Brothers of the race have all gone through the crucifixion of their personal self and through that complete renunciation of all that is the fate of every aspirant at the present time. There is not a single torment, not a single heart-breaking sacrifice, not a single sorrowful path that they would not have to go through in their time, and this determines their right to serve and the strength of their call. They, who have learned the quintessence of pain, who have learned the depth of sin and suffering, are perfectly aware of the needs of any individual; at the same time, their awareness of liberation, achieved through pain, punishment and suffering, and their understanding of the freedom gained through the sacrifice of form through purgatory lights, is enough to give them strength, the ability to persevere (even if it seems that form has already undergone a full measure of suffering) and love 25It is based on patience and experience. These Elder Brothers of humanity are characterized by inexhaustible love, always acting for the benefit of the group; knowledge gained at last through many, many lives, in which They have advanced their path from the very beginning of evolution almost to the top; experience based on time itself and numerous personal reactions and relationships; courage, which is the result of this experience, accumulated over centuries of effort, failures and new efforts, and in the end, can triumph and serve. This latter fact underlies the aphorism that all true occultists are distinguished by knowledge, dynamic will, courage, and silence. “To know, to want, to dare and to be silent.” Knowing the plan well and having a clear, enlightened vision, they can unshakably and unswervingly direct their will to accomplish the great work of creation through the power of sound. This causes them to remain silent when an ordinary person speaks, and to speak when an ordinary person is silent.

When these four facts are assimilated by men and established in the consciousness of the race as accepted truths, then it will be possible to wait for the return of the cycle of peace, peace, and justice foretold by all the Scriptures of the world. Then the Sun of Righteousness will rise, bringing healing on His wings, and the world that is beyond all understanding will reign in the hearts of men. 26] In the work of the Hierarchy, a book intended for the general public, much must remain unspoken. The mention of these personalities intrigues the average person, excites his curiosity, but people are ready for the most general information. For those who have gone from curiosity to the desire to seek and learn the truth as it is, more will be revealed when they themselves do the necessary work and undergo training. It is desirable to study; that mental attitude,

Which, one hopes, will cause this book, can be expressed as follows: these statements seem interesting, and it is possible that they are true. The religions of all peoples, including Christianity, provide guidelines that seem to support these ideas. Therefore, we will accept them as a working hypothesis about the outcome of the evolutionary process occurring in man and his work on achieving perfection. Let us therefore seek truth as a fact of our own consciousness. Every religion promises that those who seriously seek will find what they seek; therefore we will seek. If in the process of searching we find that all these statements are only dreams of the dreamer, bringing no benefit and leading us only into darkness, time will still not be wasted, since we will know where to look is not necessary. If, on the other hand, in the process of searching there will gradually come confirmation of what has been said and the light will shine brighter, let us continue in the same spirit until the day comes when the light shining in the dark will enlighten the heart and brain, and the seeker realizes that the whole direction of evolution is not to lead him to this expansion of consciousness and to this enlightenment, and that the consecration process and entering into the fifth. Every person should make sure of this. Te, 27Who knows, they can say this or that, but a statement made by someone else, and the presentation of the theory helps only by giving the seeker a confirming sign. Every soul must become convinced of itself, find the truth within itself, always remembering that the kingdom of God is within, and that only those facts that are realized as true in the individual consciousness are of real value. Meanwhile, what many people know and what they have seen inside themselves as indisputable truths can be stated here; thus, the thinking reader will be able to responsibly verify their falsity or truth.

THREE DEPARTMENTS OF JEARCH

We have already talked about the foundation of the Hierarchy on Earth, how it arose, and mentioned some crises that have occurred and that still determine events on Earth. When discussing the work and goals of the members of the Hierarchy, it is impossible to list all these goals, nor to tell in detail about all the active personalities who have acted during the past millennia of the Hierarchy.

Many great Beings of planetary, solar, and once or twice cosmic origin, sometimes provided their help and stayed on our planet for a short time. Through their energy and their profound wisdom and experience, they have stimulated the evolution of the earth and have greatly contributed to the realization of the planetary Logos. Then they left, and their places were taken by those members of the Hierarchy who were willing to undergo special training and expand their consciousness. These adepts and Masters, in turn, were replaced by initiates, and thus there was always an opportunity for pupils and highly developed men and women to move into the Hierarchy; there was a constant circulation of new life and blood and the arrival of those who belonged to a particular period or age. The great names of some of them who lived in later ages are known to history: Sri Sankaracharya, Vyasa, 38] Mahomet, Jesus of Nazareth, Krishna and dedicated to lesser degrees: Paul the Tarsian, Luther and some other prominent figures in European history. These men and women have always been the agents of racial purpose, the creators of group conditions, and the drivers of human evolution. Sometimes they were beneficial forces, bringing peace and prosperity with them. They often come as agents.

Breaking down old forms of religion and government so that life within a rapidly crystallizing form can be liberated and build for itself a new, better vehicle.

Much of what is said here is already well known and has already been given in various occult books. However, a wise and accurate exposition of the facts gathered and a comparison of them with what may be new to some students provide, in the end, a synthetic understanding of the Great Plan and a wise all-round awareness of the work of the great group of those liberated souls who, in complete self-denial, silently stand behind the world stage. By the power of their will, by the power of their meditations, by the wisdom of their plans, and by the scientific knowledge of the energy they possess, they direct the power currents and the builders of forms which create all that is visible and invisible, all that is moving and stationary in the realm of creation in the three worlds. All this, together with their vast experience, makes them capable of being intermediaries distributing the energies of the Planetary Logos.

Buddhas of action. These

At the head of all affairs, leading each unit and directing all evolution, stands the Sovereign, the Lord of the World, Sanat Kumara, the Youth of Eternal Summer, the Source of the Will (manifested as Love) of the Planetary Logos. With Him, three persons act as His advisors, 39] called Pratieka Buddhas, embody the Active Intellectual Loving Will. Having achieved in the previous solar system all that man now aspires to, they represent the intellect in full bloom. In the early cycles of our system, they began to show intellectual love, and from the point of view of the ordinary human being, they are perfect love and perfect intelligence, although from the point of view of Existence, including even our planetary scheme in His body of manifestation, their aspect of love is still in the process of development, and the will is still only in its infancy. In the next solar system, their will aspect will reach its fullness just as love will reach its full development in our system.

Four

Around the Lord of the World are, though remote and esoteric, three more Kumaras, complementing the seven planetary manifestations. Their activities remain hidden and incomprehensible to us. The three exoteric Buddhas, or Kumaras, represent the totality of activity, or planetary energy, and the three esoteric Kumaras embody the types of energy not yet fully manifested on our planet. Each of these six Kumaras is a reflection and a mediator, distributing energy and power, one of the six other Planetary Logos, the six other Spirits before the Throne. Only Sanat Kumara is self-sufficient and self-sufficient in our scheme, being the physical embodiment of one of the Planetary Logos, which is not allowed to be disclosed, since this is one of the mysteries of initiation. The life force of one of the six Rays passes through each of the Kumaras, and by discussing them, one can summarize their work and position as follows: 1. Each of the Kumaras embodies one of the six types of energy, and the Lord of the World synthesizes and embodies the perfect seventh type, our planetary type of energy. 2 Each of them is characterized by one of the six colors, and the Lord of the World shows a full planetary color, the additional shades of which are the first six.

3. Therefore, their work is connected not only with the distribution of power, but also with the transition to

our scheme from other planetary ego schemes seeking earthly experience.

4. Each of the Kumaras communicates directly with one of the sacred planets.

Exoteric or

5. In accordance with astrological conditions and in accordance with the turn of the planetary wheel of life, one or another Kumara is activated. The three Buddhas Actions change from time to time and become alternately esoteric as needed. Only the overlord is unshakable and alert in active physical embodiment. In addition to these chief Supreme Persons ruling in the Shambhala Council Chamber, there is a group of four Beings who are representatives on our planet of the four Maharajas, or the four Masters of Karma of the Solar System. These Beings are specifically working on the evolution of the human kingdom. They are engaged in: 1. The distribution of karma, or human destiny, as applied to individuals

and, through individuals, to groups.

2. Maintaining and systematizing akashic records. They are in charge of the Archival Halls, or “records in the book of life,” as the Christian Bible says. In the Christian world, they are known as angels who keep records.

3. Participate in solar councils. They alone have the right to go beyond the periphery of the planetary scheme and participate in the solar Logos during the world cycle. Thus, they are literally planetary mediators representing our Planetary Logos and all that has to do with Him, in a more encompassing scheme of which He is only a part. A large group of initiates and devas cooperate with the Karmic Masters,

who are engaged in the settlement:

a. World Karma; b. Racial Karma; c. The National Karma; Group Karma; d. The individual karma,

and who are responsible to the Planetary Logos for the correct manipulation of those forces and builders who attract suitable Egos on different Rays at the right time and time.

We have little relation to all these groups, as they are contacted.

Only dedicated to the Third Initiation and even higher rank.

The rest of the State of Hierarchy is divided into three main and four additional groups; at the head of each group, as can be seen in the attached diagram, stands one of the Ones whom we call the three Great Masters.

WORK OF MANU

Manu is in charge of the first group. His name is Vaivasvata Manu, and He is the Manu of the fifth root race. He, 42] the ideal man, or thinker, defines the type of our Aryan race and has been leading it since its inception about a hundred thousand years ago. Others have come and gone, and his place in the relatively near future will be taken by someone else. He will do other, higher work. Manu, who is the prototype of the fourth root race, works closely with Him and has a center of influence in China. He is the second Manu of the fourth root race, taking the place of the previous Manu in the final stages of the destruction of Atlantis. He stayed to accelerate the development of this racial type and eventually bring it to extinction.

The terms of office of the different Manu partially coincide, although there is currently no representative of the third indigenous race on the globe. Vaivasvata Manu lives in the Himalayan Mountains, He gathered around Himself in Shigatsa some of those who are directly engaged in Aryan affairs in India, Europe and America, and those who will later be engaged in the future sixth indigenous race. Plans are worked out for many centuries to come; energy centers are formed thousands of years before they are needed, and the wise foresight of these Divine People leaves nothing to chance; everything moves according to established cycles in accordance with rules and laws, albeit within karmic limitations.

Manu's work consists mainly in governing, in implementing planetary policies, in creating, directing, and destroying racial types and forms. He is charged with carrying out the will and carrying out the plan of the Planetary Logos. He knows the immediate task of the evolutionary cycle for which He is responsible, and His job is to make that will a fait accompli. He works more closely with the deva-builders than His Brother Christ, for He is 43] destined to define racial types; to single out groups from which races will come; to manipulate the forces that displace the earth's crust; to raise and lower continents; to influence the minds of statesmen everywhere in order to guide the race in the right direction and create conditions conducive to the development of each particular type. This work can now be observed in North America and Australia.

The energy flowing through Him emanates from the head center of the Planetary Logos and is transmitted to Him through the brain of Sanat Kumara, who focuses all the planetary energy in Himself. He works through the dynamic meditation within the head center and achieves His results through full awareness of what needs to be done, through the ability to visualize what needs to be done to achieve what is desired, and through the ability to transmit creative and destructive energy to His assistants. And all this is carried out by the power of the proclaimed sound.

THE WORK OF THE WORLD TEACHER OF CHRIST

The second group is led by a World Teacher. He is the Great Being that Christians call Christ. He is known in the East as the Bodhisattva and Lord Maitreya, He is the One whom devout Muslims expect under the name of Imam Mahdi. It is He who controls the destinies of life from about 600 B.C., it is He who appeared before among men, and it is He who is expected again. He is the great Lord of Love and Compassion, as His predecessor, Buddha, was the Lord of Wisdom. 44] Through Him flows the energy of the Second aspect, coming to Him directly from the heart center of the Planetary Logos through the heart of Sanat Kumara. It works through meditation centered within the heart. He is the World Teacher, the Teacher of Teachers, the Teacher of Angels; He is entrusted with the guidance of the spiritual destinies of people and the revelation in every human being of the realization that he is a child of God and a son of the Most High.

Just as Manu provides the type and forms through which consciousness can evolve and gain experience, thus making possible existence in the deepest sense of the word, so the World Teacher directs this inner consciousness in its aspect of Life, or Spirit, by trying to energise it within the form so that in time the form can be cast away and the liberated Spirit can return to where it came from. Always since He left the earth, as is more or less accurately told in biblical history (although many details are distorted in it), He has remained with the sons of men; He never really

He did not leave, but in reality, in a physical body, He can only be found by those who know the way; He lives in the Himalayas and works closely with his two great brothers, Manu and Mahachohan. He daily blesses the world, every day at sunset He stands under a large pine tree in His garden with His hands erased in the blessing of all who sincerely and seriously aspire. All who seek Him are known, and although they may not be aware of Him, the Light He gives them stimulates their desire, feeds the spark of life breaking through, and spurs on the aspirants until the great day comes and they come face to face with Him who, “being ascended” (in the occult sense), draws all men to Himself as Initiators into the sacred mysteries.

THE WORK OF THE POWER OF THE CIVILIZATION OF MAKHACHOKHAN

45] Mahachohan is at the head of the third group. He governs the group for a longer period of time than both of His Brothers, and can hold His post for several indigenous races. It represents the totality of the aspect of intelligence. The present Mahachohan is not the One who originally held this office at the founding of the Hierarchy in the Lemurian era. Then it was occupied by one of the Kumaras, or Lords of the Flame, who came into incarnation with Sanat Kumara. Our Mahachohan took up this work in the second sub-race of the Atlantic root race. He became an adept in the lunar chain, and it was with His assistance that a large number of the current most advanced human beings incarnated on Earth in the middle of the Atlantic indigenous race. Karmic connection with Him was one of the prerequisites that made this event possible.

His work is aimed at strengthening, strengthening that connection between Spirit and matter, Life and form, the “I” and the “not-I”, the result of which is what we call civilization. It manipulates the forces of nature and represents the main source of electrical energy as we know it. As a reflection of the Third, or creative, aspect, He receives energy from the throat center of the Planetary Logos, and it is He who in many ways makes possible the work of His Brothers, whose plans and desires are in harmony with Him, and He gives instructions to numerous devas performers.

Will, Love, and Intelligence are represented by these three great Masters. The self, the non-self, and the connection between them are synthesized in the unity of manifestation; the management of race, religion, and civilization constitute one coherent whole; physical expression, the aspect of love, or desire, and the mind 46] Planetary Logos are revealed objectively. The closest cooperation and unity exist between these three Persons, and every movement, every plan, and every event is represented in their combined foresight. They are in daily contact with the Lord of Peace in Shambhala, and all management of affairs is in their hands, as well as in the hands of the Manu of the fourth root race. The World Teacher is associated with both the fourth and fifth indigenous races.

Each of

The heads of departments direct the work of several subordinate units, and the Mahachohan department is divided into five departments to cover the four smaller aspects of hierarchical work.

Under Manu's direction, there are regents from various world offices, for example, Teacher Jupiter, the oldest of the Masters currently working in physical bodies for mankind, is the regent of India, and Teacher Rakoshi, the regent of Europe and America. Here it must be remembered that although the Master of Rakoshi, for example, belongs to the Seventh Ray and therefore enters the energy department of Mahachokhan, by hierarchical work He can obey and temporarily obey Manu. The Regents hold in their hands the reins of the continents and nations,

It is their destiny, though unknown. They influence and inspire statesmen and rulers. They pour mental energy on the ruling groups, causing the desired results if they meet among the thinkers of cooperation and intuitive perception.

The World Teacher guides the destinies of the great religions through a group of Masters and Initiates who guide the activities of these various schools of thought. For example, Master Jesus, the inspirer and leader of all Christian churches, 47, although an adept of the Sixth Ray in the Mahachohan department, is currently working under Christ for the benefit of Christianity; other Teachers hold similar posts related to the great Eastern faiths and various Western schools of thought.

In the Mahachohan department, a significant number of Teachers in five departments work with the deva evolution and the aspect of intelligence in man. They are divided according to the four small Attribute Rays, which are:

4. Ray harmony, or beauty. 5. The Ray of Concrete Science, or Knowledge. 6. The Ray of Devotion, or Abstract Idealism. 7. Ray of ceremonial law, or magic,

Just as the heads of the three departments represent the three main Rays:

I. Will, or Power. II. Love and Wisdom. III. Active Intelligence, or Adaptation.

The four Rays, or attributes of the mind, synthesized by Mahachohan, together with the Third Ray, the Ray of Intelligence, form the totality of the fifth principle, the mind, or manas.

Below is a diagram that is an outline of the Solar and Planetary part of the Hierarchy for the present time. It is a general description of a part of the Hierarchy of our time and shows only those outstanding Figures which are connected with human evolution. Such a diagram would look different from the point of view of the deva of evolution.

The various energies which affect and determine the disclosure of the human being form his field of experience. Two words, discovery and experience, are always connected, because one causes the other. As experience is gained in the world of form, a parallel revelation of consciousness is carried out. Since disclosure causes a constant change in awareness and, as a consequence, a constant shift to a new state of awareness, it inevitably leads to a new experience - the experience of unfamiliar phenomena, new states of being and previously unknown dimensions. Hence, the student’s frequent concern with the fact that he can not reach a point of rest. Achieving a state of rest was the goal of the Atlantic aspirant. The goal of the Aryan disciple is realization. It can never be static, it can never rest, it is constantly adapting to new states, constantly learning to function in them, then discovering that they, in turn, have given way to new states. This continues until his consciousness is stabilized in the Self, in the One. Then for the initiate 375] he will recognize himself as observing Unity, following the phenomenal phantasmagoria of life in form.

He passes from a sense of unity to a sense of duality, and from him again to a higher unity. At first, the self identifies itself so much with the aspect of form that all duality disappears in the illusion that the self is form. Then the form obviously forms all that is. This is replaced by the stage when the inner self begins to be aware of both itself and form - then we express ourselves in the concepts of the higher and lower self, we talk about the “I” and its shells, about the “I” and “not-I”. The stage of duality is characteristic of the aspirant and the student up to his preparation for the Third Initiation. He begins with the knowledge that he is a spiritual entity limited in form. His consciousness remains for a long time mainly a consciousness of form. Gradually it changes - so gradually that the aspirant learns the lesson of patience (up to the ability to tolerate the "not-self"!), until a life of balance occurs, when neither the influence of the soul nor the influence of the form has a preponderance. This causes a state of apparent negativity, inertness, which can last one or two lives, and it seems that he is not moving in either direction. This will serve as a valuable hint to employees when communicating with people. Then the balance is disturbed and the soul begins to dominate, increasing its influence, and the whole aspect of consciousness begins to shift to the highest of the two aspects. However, duality still remains, since man is identified with the soul, then with the nature of form; this is the stage at which many of the most diligent students are now. Gradually, however, a person becomes “immersed” into the soul, or “absorbed” soul, and thus comes into contact with all aspects of the soul in all forms, until the day comes when he realizes that there is nothing but the soul, and then the highest state of unity comes.

All of the above requires reflection and understanding, as there are schools of thought (such as Vedanta and other mystical schools of thinkers) that emphasize the aspect of life and seem to deny duality. Other schools (such as the Theosophical one, for all its refutations) teach the existence of the “I” and the “not-I” and thus operate with the concepts of duality. Both are right, and both need each other. It should be remembered that in the process of manifestation we move from relative unity through duality to full unity as follows:

c) through the gradual stimulation of mental capacity in animal man and the constant vitalisation of the latent germ of the mind, until it blossomed into a manifest mind.

This took a long time, and when the Brotherhood had already established its headquarters in Shambhala and from there directed its actions, it was deemed necessary during the first sub-race of the Atlantic Root Race to make certain additional efforts to advance the evolution of the race in accordance with the Plan. The students of the mysteries should remember that although Shambhala is spoken of as existing in physical matter and occupying a certain place in space, the physical matter mentioned is etheric, the Lord of the World, with His assistants of the higher degrees, occupy bodies formed from etheric matter.

About seventeen million years ago (given that the coming of the Hierarchy and the founding of Shambhala took place about eighteen and a half million years ago) it was decided to establish on the dense physical plane an organization, headquarters for the Mysteries, and to assemble a group of Adepts and Chohans, who would function in rapidly bodies dense physical awakening of mankind.

The first outpost of the Brotherhood of Shambhala was the original Temple of Ibez, located in the center of South America; in a much later period, one of its branches was the ancient Maya institutions, practicing basic worship of the Sun as the source of life in the hearts of all people. The second branch was later established in Asia and is represented by the Himalayan and South Indian adepts, although their work has since changed significantly. In the future, discoveries will be made that will prove the reality of an ancient form of hierarchical work; ancient records and monuments will be discovered, some on the surface of the earth, and many in underground citadels. As the mysteries of Central Asia are revealed, much of the early history of the Temple of Ibec workers is planned to be made public, stretching from Chaldea and Babylon through Turkestan to Manchuria, including the Gobi Desert.

Here we emphasize that the word "Ibec", like acrostic, hides the real name of the Planetary Logos of the Earth, one of the principles of which is manifested in Sanat Kumara, thus making Him the direct embodiment of the Planetary Logos and the expression of His divine consciousness. These four letters represent the first letters of the real names of the four Avatars, who embodied on the four globes of our earthly chain four of the divine principles. The letters E B E C are not the real letters of the senzar, if such an inaccurate expression is allowed in relation to the ideographic language, but are Europeanized distortions. Their true meaning is communicated only at the Fourth Initiation, when the nature of the Planetary Logos is revealed and a concrete contact with His four Avatars is made through the direct mediation of Sanat Kumara.

7. As to the work of the Adepts of Ibets and their Mysteries, it must be emphasized that the whole focus of their work differed, as it should be, from that of the Adepts of our time. Their purpose was to stimulate mysticism and the kingdom of God in the human atom. It is extremely difficult for the average person of our time to understand the nature of their work due to a different state of their consciousness. Ibez's adepts had to deal with an infant humanity whose polarization was absolutely unstable and coordination very imperfect. Mentality was quite undeveloped, and people were almost completely astral; they functioned on the astral plane even more consciously than on the physical plane; part of the work of the early adepts working under the guidance of Shambhala was

develop the energy centres of the human unit, stimulate the brain and make it fully self-conscious on the physical plane. Their aim was to bring about awareness of the kingdom of God within the human being, and in teaching Their disciples They paid little attention to fostering awareness of God in nature or in other units. In those days, methods with a much stronger effect on the physical body were necessary than are permitted today. Methods of physical stimulation were used, and the laws of energy operating through the various centres were taught, until the time came for another major change in hierarchical methods: the door from the animal kingdom into the human kingdom was closed, and the door of initiation was opened. The Hierarchy considered the human being sufficiently self-centred and individualised to withstand a radical change in methods and practice. All this took a long period of time. The phallic teachings, tantric magic and practices of hatha yogis that have survived in a degraded form are remnants of ancient temple training. The infant humanity of Lemurian and early Atlantean times had to be taught through symbols and methods that to us 381] would be crude and inapplicable—methods that the race transcends over millions of years.

That individualization must cease until man not only co-ordinates the physical and astral bodies and begins to think self-consciously, but his consciousness also transcends the physical and astral levels. Gradually the teachings were reorganized and the program expanded; little by little, as the people became ready, the mysteries were revealed, until finally the wonderful Mystery Schools of Chaldea, Egypt, Greece and many others appeared.

9. Three points should be mentioned:

(a) the relatively low point of evolution of many human beings and their natural

physical polarization;

b) the work of black adepts and followers of the left path. When the adepts of Ibets (again, under the guidance of the Shambhala Masters) began to withdraw to the temples in order to make the mysteries less accessible and to counteract abuses and distortions, a number of their original followers, many of whom possessed great power and knowledge, entered into a struggle with them, this was one of the reasons for the appearance of Black and White magic and one of the reasons why the purification of the waters was recognized as necessary.

c) powerful thought forms that were built in the early mysteries of Ibets and which (especially in America) have not yet been destroyed. This gigantic "Guardian of the Threshold" of all true Mysteries must be killed without regret before the aspirant can go on.

10. The work of the adepts of Ibets and the mystery of the Temple of Ibets still exists and is carried out throughout the world by teachers and adepts in physical embodiment. They teach the meaning of the psyche, the ego, or soul, and the human unit, so that man can really become what he is — a God walking on earth whose lower nature (physical, astral, mental) is completely controlled by the soul, or aspect of love, and not theoretically, but practically.

In this case, the physical body will not tempt the real person, the emotional nature, the body of desire, will no longer be misleading, and the mind will not overshadow everything true and spiritual, and God will use the three bodies as tools to serve the race. Then the human kingdom will be transcended and man will pass into the spiritual kingdom to undergo further lessons there, just as infant humanity, having emerged from the animal kingdom, was trained and trained in its functions and work with the help of the mentors of Ibez.

In the days of Atlantis, the goal that the Hierarchy of Teachers set for itself was to awaken in man the nature of love, which was a step towards the awakening of the heart center. Therefore, before the Third Initiation, students should strive to work exclusively with mental energy in an attempt to gain control over it, to master it and use it. Their effort then concentrates on the transmission (from the egoic levels) of the will aspect of the soul. This will must be subjected to the personality until it becomes an automaton of the soul. Then intuition begins to exercise control, and the energies of the intuitive or buddhic plane begin to influence the nature of form, personality. This period of intuition control is preceded by many lives, during which there are glimpses of intuition and the student learns the essence of enlightenment. However, until the Third Initiation, it is the enlightened mind that is the dominant factor, not purely intuitive perception, or pure mind. After this great bestowal, which marks a certain departure from the consciousness of form, the initiate is able to function at will on the plane of intuition, and his mind is steadily pushed into the background until it becomes part of the instinctive apparatus - the same part of the same subconscious instinctive is emphasized by materialistic psychologists. Intuitive perception, pure vision, direct knowledge and the ability to use the undifferentiated energies of the Universal Mind are the main characteristics of Aryan adepts. I use the word "undifferentiated" in the sense of freedom from multiplicity; of course certain basic differences remain. 384] The will of the soul, if we consider the soul as being on one of the seven Rays, is supplanted by the Will of the Whole.

These words mean little or, at best, only theoretical meaning to students. When I tell you that the will transmitted through the controlled mind is embodied in seven types of energy, and that these seven types are matched by seven types of people, you will no doubt say that all this is clear and easy to grasp. But do you really understand? The seven types of energy and the seven types of responsive mentality depend on the seven types of rays! In this statement we note the differentiations of the aspect of the soul perceived by the mind. These are the seven differentiations, of which there are many differences that characterize the aspect of form. And all these differences and differentiations retain their power over man up to the Third Initiation. Thanks to them, he is involved in certain main areas of activity and life trends in accordance with the Ray on which he is. These are all mental differences. And since all souls on the mental plane take the form

Solar Angels, or the divine Sons of Mind, so they form different groups and focus different energies, allowing the Plan of the Ages to run through the seven main divisions.

At the next stage, after certain major changes in consciousness have taken place and form has lost its hold, even these distinctions disappear. The Plan is seen as a whole, Life is recognised in its essential unity, and the concept of the “Monad” begins to acquire real meaning. Students must always remember that all distinctions and categories are products of the activity of the mind, arising from modifications of the thinking principle and from mental energy’s control over form. Since the central Thinker of the Universe works through the power of thought, 385] overcoming these distinctions and particulars remains practically impossible until the aspirant comes fully under the control of the Second aspect of divinity, emerging from the domination of the Third, or material, aspect. Until the Third initiation, however, even the Second aspect—the aspect of love—implies duality, for duality is inherent in love itself: there is always the Lover and the beloved, the One who desires and the desired, the Seeker and the sought. Only when the First aspect, that of energising, unifying Life, which brings all forms and all dualities together in one great synthesis, begins to be felt at the Third initiation will the words I have dictated acquire practical meaning or be realised.

Let’s try to express this topic in three clear statements. In them we will sum up the work done by the student as he struggles with and masters the energies of the mental world.

1. Working on the mental plane leads to the realization of duality. The student tries to connect the soul with its guide, and does it consciously. He wants to bring them together. He wants to know that they are the same here and now. Combining the “I” with the “not-I” is his goal. The first step in this direction is taken when he ceases to identify himself with form and begins to realize himself (during the transition period) with duality.

2. A properly used mind thus becomes able to register two types of energy, or two aspects of the manifestation of the One Life. It records and interprets the world of phenomena. It records and interprets the world of souls. He is sensitive to the three worlds of human evolution. He also becomes sensitive to the kingdom of the Soul. He is a great mediator in this period of dual recognition.

3. Later, the soul and its instrument are so united, acting as a whole, that duality disappears, and the soul 386] recognizes itself as all that is, all that was, and all that will be.

There is a curious ancient Atlantic chant that is no longer used, but in those days was performed by initiates receiving the Third Initiation - the final dedication of that era. That's it. The translation of the symbols in which it was recorded inevitably led to a loss of rhythm and expressed power:

I stand between Heaven and Earth! I see God; I see the forms that God takes. I'm not looking for any of them. They mean nothing to me, for I cannot reach one of them, and I have no love for the lowest of them.

I'm in pain. I don’t know the world and I don’t want it. Time and its myriad forms are known to me too well. I am hanging between the two of them, wanting neither.

God speaks from the high sky. There's a change. I listen with my ears and turn my head. What I see, although it is unattainable, becomes closer to my heart. The old desires appear again, but die quickly. The old chains ring loudly. I'm moving forward.

Myriads of voices sound and knock me off the Path. The sounds of the earth drown out the voice of God. I turn away from the straight path and again see the joys of the earth, flesh and kinship that have held me for a long time. I'm losing the vision of eternity. God's voice is dying.

I'm struggling again, but only for a short time. My little self is rushing back and forth like a bird, soaring into the sky and returning to the tree. But God is still holding the little bird in His high place. So I know that God will win and eventually subdue my mind and myself.”

Hear my joyful song of victory; the work is done. My ear is deaf to all the calls of the earth, except the quiet voices of souls hidden in outer forms, for they are like me; I am one with them.

The voice of God is clearly heard, and in its tones and overtones the small voices of small forms are quieted and disappear. I live in a world of unity. I know all souls are one.

I am drawn to universal life and on my way forward — the way of God — I see all the lesser energies subside. I am the One; I am God. I am the form in which all forms are united. I am a soul in which all souls are fused together. I am the Life, and in this life there are all the little lives.”

The singing of these ancient formulas on special selected notes had the most powerful effect and gave certain results in some ancient, long-vanished ceremonies.

To the three brief assertions above, add a fourth. 4. When the chitta, or mental substance, is induced to be active by abstract ideas (i.e., embodied thoughts of the divine mind, carrying the energies of its creator and hence the cause of phenomenal effects in the three worlds) and when divine understanding and a synthetic comprehension of the will and purpose of God are added to this, then the three aspects of the mind are combined. We’ve looked at them before and called them:

They must unite in the consciousness of the aspirant. As a result, the student

When this is done, the egoic body has already served its purpose. The Sun Angel has done his job, and the formal side of existence is no longer necessary in the sense in which we understand it and use it as a means to experience. Man enters into the consciousness of the Monad, the ONE. The causal 388] body disintegrates, personality (but not individuality!) disappears, and the illusion ends. This is the completion of the Great Work, and another Son of God enters the Father’s house. That he may need to go out into the world of phenomena in order to work on the Plan is quite likely, but he will not have to go through the processes of incarnation for this, as the ordinary person has to do. Now he is able to form a body of manifestation for himself to work. It can work through energy and with energy in accordance with the Plan. Note these last words, for they hold the key to manifestation.

In all considerations concerning the given energies 389] remember that these energies come to us through or rather form the bodies of certain lives, which we call devas, large or smaller groups of devas. Thus, we are constantly working in bodies made up of these lives, and therefore we are influencing them. Those who have studied the "Treatise on Cosmic Fire" will find it useful to highlight the following points:

1. The lower types of devas, or builders, on the evolutionary path are the purple devas; then come the green and finally the white devas. They are all run by a fourth special group. They control the exoteric processes, the processes of existence of the physical plane.

2. It should not be forgotten, however, that at the lower level of the ladder of evolution there are other groups of lives, erroneously called devas, which work in accordance with the law and are controlled by higher entities. These are, for example, dense forms of gaseous life, often called salamanders, elementals of fire. They are under the direct control of the Master of the Agni, the Master of the mental plane; in our mental age, the element of fire is, as never before, part of the mechanics of life. Eliminate all technologies where heat is used, and you stop our civilization, you have to give up all vehicles and lighting, you eliminate all production. In essence, these fiery lives are contained in everything that burns and in the warmth that sustains the entire life structure on earth and causes the prosperity of all living things.

3. According to the Law of Correspondence, the mental plane is analogous to the third sub-plane of the physical plane, the plane upon which science is now beginning to penetrate. The chief expression of the mind in the material world is what we call our scientific civilization.

4. Agni rules on the mental plane and also dominates on the 390] third subplane of the etheric planes. He is the Lord of the fifth, or mental, plane, counting from top to bottom, to use symbolic terminology. In the present world cycle, Agni dominates, although Indra, the Lord of the buddhic, or intuitive, level, exercises a more subtle and ever-increasing control. The whole of humanity is striving for a fourth plane, which unites the three higher and the three lower planes, although at the present time the plane of mind, or fire, is most important.

5. It should be remembered that just as in specific incarnations people are focused or polarized in different bodies - sometimes in the astral, sometimes in the mental, so in our time we can state that our Planetary Logos is focused in its mental body. It has been said that He seeks the Fourth Cosmic Initiation, which makes it possible for us to achieve the fourth.

Initiation, because He moves us along with Himself and on our specific level we develop as cells of His Body.

6. In time, Indra will gain control, and the age of air will come. More and more, as the buddhic principle manifests itself and unity is achieved, we will see the manifestations of the age of air. Confirmation of this can be seen in the gradual development of human air. In the esoteric sense, everything in the future will become easier, more refined and more ethereal. I choose the words carefully.

7. "Our God is a consuming fire" refers mainly to Agni, the controlling factor of our age. The fire devils will play an increasingly important role in all earthly processes. They were given work to prepare for the onset of the New Age, the emergence of a new world, a new civilization and a new continent. The last great transition was under Varuna’s control.

8. Agni controls not only the fires of the earth and controls the mental plane, but is also specifically related to the work of awakening 391] of the sacred fire, the Kundalini. Pay attention to the analogies. Most of the fifth root race, perhaps three-fifths, has approached the Path of Trial, and with the advent of the New Age and the coming of Christ in due time and in His own place (note the caution of my statement; dogmatic assertions in the concepts of the human particular mind are undesirable) many will find it possible to make the necessary super-effort that will enable them to accept the First Main Initiation. They will start moving from the fifth to the fourth plan. The Lord of Fire will successfully perform his specific work for this cycle, awakening the fire of Kundalini in the masses of those who are ready. This process will begin in our century and will continue actively for a thousand years.

In your work, you may later be shown (it all depends on the degree of your preparedness) methods of approaching these dominant forces, but this will happen subjectively and not thanks to magical work and formulas. Achieving the right vibration will happen automatically when you reach the right states and make the right connections.

Again, I would like to emphasize that we will not waste time exploring the complex planetary connections and interactions of solar energies, but will study the laws of practical spiritual life. I am only seeking to expound a few thoughts which are relevant to the coming age and will enable man to advance towards his glorious heritage, into which he must inevitably enter according to the good Law and through the experience of regeneration. Through regeneration, he learns to dominate the form and use it correctly.

The forms themselves are not expressions of personality. Let us explain the last term: there must be three types of energy - three types, combined, fused and coordinated into a single functioning organism. So, the person is a fusion of mental energy, emotional energy and vitality, and they are all disguised, hidden 392] or disclosed (mark the terminology) using an outer shell, or a form of dense physical matter. This outer crust is itself a form of negative energy. As a result of the unification of the three energies in an objective form, self-consciousness appears. Their merging creates that sense of individuality that justifies the use of the word “I” and that connects any event with itself. If there is such a central conscious entity using the mind, feeling and reacting through the emotional body and energizing the dense physical body (through the vital body), then the person is a person. It is a self-conscious existence in form. It is an awareness of one’s individuality in relation to other individuals, inherent in both God and man. However, the sense of individuality exists only during the creative process, only before the

So long as the aspect of matter and the aspect of consciousness are the eternal duality of nature. In our evolutionary development, this feeling is not conscious of prehuman forms, it is conscious of the human kingdom and conscious, but subordinated and nullified by the larger forms and consciousnesses that we call superhuman.

A personality is a state of awareness that is conditioned by a mental substance, but this state can be transcended when the mental substance ceases to hold control. Since the individual mental substance is an integral part of the Universal Mind and since the principle of mind is inherent in all forms, a sense of individuality and self-consciousness is always possible. However, in the higher states of consciousness, it eventually takes a subordinate position. For example, God can always and invariably be aware of the reality that forms the “I” and that determines the integrity of the solar system and the interaction between the solar and other systems, but the consciousness of divinity, the awareness of the solar Deity is not focused on the awareness of oneself as an individual. The latter as a result of past world periods and experiences 393It is below the threshold of divine consciousness and has already become as much a part of cosmic instinctual nature as any human instinctual manifestations. The focus of Eternal Attention (if I am entitled to use such an unusual expression, in which words inevitably express almost nothing!) is in the realms of awareness beyond our comprehension. His awareness is as much beyond our comprehension as the knowledge of the Master of Wisdom is beyond that of an ant or mouse. Therefore, this topic is useless to discuss. For us now, the achievement of the personality, that is, the achievement of full registration, or awareness of the inner “I”, is relevant; this is the use of the personality and ultimately its donation for the benefit of the group, with the subsequent merger of the “I” with the single “I” and the individual soul (consciously and voluntarily) with the Supreme Soul.

“I am” is the cry of every human being. "I am That" is the cry of every individual who is conscious of his individuality and who uses his personality to express the will of the living entity, the true man. “I am what I am” is the cry of an individual soul that has dissolved into the Whole and is conscious of its oneness with the Soul, or “I,” of everything.

When the last stage is reached, the three energies that form the personality are successfully combined, and the mechanism or instrument of the inner self becomes a useful and valuable asset. A person is a strong personality and becomes the center of a group; he becomes a focus for other lives and is an influential magnetic individual, guiding others, connecting human units into groups and organizations. Often he becomes the head of an organization or party, a religion, a political entity, or a nation. Thus the most influential individuals appear, so they discover 395] the difference between the center of power, the self, and the equipment; in the end, they are aware of their calling in the true sense of the word.

It should be emphasized that such a consistent development is accompanied by an inner increase in the awareness of the soul, although the way this inner growth is expressed depends largely on the Ray on which the spiritual Being is located.

There is one point to which the aspirants should be cautious. Usually, the words “spiritual growth” mean the growth of religiosity. Usually a person is considered spiritual if he is interested in the world’s Scriptures, if he is a member of the church or lives a righteous life. But this is not a true definition, because it is not exhaustive enough. It is due to the influence of the Age of Pisces on human thought and terminology, the influence of the Sixth Ray and the work of the Christian Church, all of which are highly necessary and part of the Great Plan, but (separate from it) lead to excessive emphasis on some divine expressions, overlooking other vital expressions of the divine consciousness.

The true meaning of the words "spiritual growth" is much broader and more inclusive than their interpretation in religious or mystical literature or organizations for the dissemination of metaphysical truth. Power, purpose and will are divine qualities and expressions that are equally distinctly manifested through Mussolini and the Pope. The degree of modification and reduction of these qualities depends on the mechanism of expression, which in any case serves as an obstacle. A powerful personality can function in 396] in any sphere of human expression, and its work will justify the word "spiritual" as much as it is based on high idealism, the greatest good for the greatest number of people and self-sacrifice. These three traits — idealism, group service, and sacrifice — are characteristic of those individuals who are becoming increasingly sensitive to the aspect of the soul, because the qualities of the soul are knowledge, love, and sacrifice.

That is why the main emphasis in all truly esoteric schools is on motive. People with strong individuality who develop group consciousness inevitably find their way into esoteric schools in some life and must be guided so that, when revealed, the nature of the soul subordinates and uses the personality. The most pronounced personality traits that are not yet centered in the soul, not controlled by it, are: a sense of superiority, ambition, pride, lack of love for the whole, although they often have love for those who are necessary for them to realize their plans or to ensure their comfort.

Thus, in the consistent development of mankind are observed

1. Stage of animal consciousness. 2. Emotionally polarized individualism, egoistic and driven by desire. 3. The first two stages plus an increasing intellectual understanding of the surrounding conditions. 4. Stage of responsibility for family or friends. 5. The stage of striving to satisfy ambitions, to achieve influence and power in any area of human expression. This leads to a new aspiration. 6. The stage of coordination of personal equipment under the influence of the previous stimulus. 7. Stage of influence, selfishly used and often destructive, as higher considerations are not yet perceived. 8. The stage of steadily increasing group awareness. She's seeing:

The task is to determine at what step of the ladder, at what stage a person is at a given time. Behind every human being extends a long series of lives, and some are now reaching the stage of dominance of egoistic personal expression, making themselves fully conscious individuals. This is as much a step forward for them as it is for you all - apprenticeship. Others are already personalities and begin to experiment with the energy flowing through them, and gather around them those who vibrate on their note and for whom they carry a certain message. Hence the myriads of small groups all over the world working in any known field of human expression. Others have emerged from this stage, are beginning to reorient themselves from personal expression in the three worlds of human life, and are motivated by energy, which is the highest aspect of personal energy. They no longer work, plan, or fight to express their identity, to individually influence the world, or to magnetically gather around themselves a group of people who look up to them with reverence, thereby nourishing the sprouts of their pride and ambition and making them influential and significant. They begin to see things in their new, more authentic perspective. In the light of the Whole, the light of the small self goes out, just as the light of every atom of the body is focused and then dissolved in the light of the soul as it flashes into all its glory. 398] When the stage of selflessness, service, submission to the One Self and sacrifice in favor of the group becomes the goal, one reaches the position where he can be accepted into the group of world mystics, knowers and group workers.

EXTERNALIZATION OF THE JEARCH

In saying this, I am referring to one aspect of the astonishing initiative taken by the Hierarchy in this cycle: Her appearance, expression, and activity on the physical plane, for the first time since She retired to the subjective side of life and focused herself on the mental plane (instead of the physical) in the time of ancient Atlantis, after the war between the Lords of the Shining Face and the Lords.

The Dark Face, as they are called in the Secret Doctrine. For many thousands of years, as a result of the victory of evil that then occurred, the Hierarchy stood silently behind the scenes of world events, engaged in the following work, which will eventually be continued on the exoteric, not on the esoteric plane:

1. Hierarchy is a wall between humanity and excessive evil. Do not forget that humanity is protected in such a way that its intercession extends to all prehuman kingdoms for which the fourth kingdom, the human kingdom, is the Macrocosm. Preventing the catastrophic spread of excessive evil emanating from cosmic sources requires the skill of the Hierarchy and the decree of Shambhala.

4. Hierarchy directs and controls (to a greater extent than humans realize) the cyclical unfolding of cultures and civilizations that then develop adequate forms, 520] temporarily beneficial to the emerging Soul of humanity. The character of civilizations is given special attention.

5. Hierarchy receives and transmits

with the corresponding results both for the Hierarchy itself and for humanity, as well as for the Soul of everything that is in all the kingdoms of nature.

6. Hierarchy accepts that esoteric “Fire of God” that puts an end to cycles, ideologies, organizations, and civilizations when the time comes. This is done in order to make room for better and more adequate forms that do not limit the awakening consciousness and the unfolding Life.

7. Hierarchy prepares people for Initiation through the following methods:

a) Admission to the Ashrams of the Teachers. b) Offer them service in connection with the Plan. c) Transfer through the students of the present period of new methods of preparation necessary for Initiation. Each major cycle takes on new forms of the same ancient fundamental teaching. This is the current cycle, and it is a significant part of my own work.

To many of you, all these activities of the Hierarchy are theoretically well known, and to some even first-hand, which is very useful to realize. All these activities were carried out “behind the veil” and, of course, represent only a small part of the total work of the Hierarchy. A lot of it will be completely incomprehensible to you. Nevertheless, if the students and initiates of the modern world are at the level of the requirements of the opportunity, all this can be done not only openly, but also in cooperation and with the conscious activity of thinking people around the world, as well as under the condition of obedient, silent (and blind) acceptance by ordinary people.

I try to highlight for you, to the best of my ability, some of the new activities that will be brought to the attention of the students in the physical embodiment, some of the large-scale plans for externalization and what you can do to prepare for this tremendous change, as well as some of the huge difficulties along the way.

Among other things, the attention of the Masters is focused on the manifestation of their ashrams for the subsequent external plan envisaged by the enterprises. If the training can be carried out, other activities will be possible. Expansion of the ashram is highly desirable. It was for this purpose that I began a new work in May 1941 and selected many of my New York students. I also began to teach about the stages of discipleship and suggested to a group of students to meet for all afternoons in silence and peace. I wanted them to spend all this time talking, understanding, discussing group issues that affect group service, and above all, trying to get closer to Hierarchy through a single in-depth meditation and unified knowledge. This would help them to act together as a group to help peace. I asked them to investigate the relationship between the Master and his students.

The groups intended to manifest exist on the inner side as part of a single inner group; they must be manifested for the purposes of service. The fact of the possibility of externalization indicates certain events that were the result of the past disclosure of the growing ability of mankind to realize reality, the prayers of the masses, the directed appeal of the spiritual people of the world and the result of the world war (1914–1945 years). All these factors led to enormous destruction in the materialistic world and to a very real 522] expansion of human consciousness. In addition, one of the Great Teachers, who you do not know, remarked a few weeks ago at a meeting of the Hierarchies: “One of the doors is open; those who are ready can enter, but now we can go through it in a new sense and more directly. Let Shambhala help us.”

All members of the Hierarchy are aware that they are facing a great test of higher initiation. Students should try to realize the enormous sacrifice that this movement of Hierarchy is associated with outside, into worldly existence. In particular, I find it easier to communicate with you than some of the Chohans, such as the M. or K.H. Masters. I am closer to you because I still use the same physical body in which I took the Fifth Initiation almost ninety years ago. The dedication of Chohans is even higher; They are the focal points of the mighty Ashrams, and their task of correction is much more difficult. Their appeal to the Lord of Peace in the Shambhala Consultative Chamber has recently increased. It is called the “Prayers of Alignment” because the members of the Hierarchy feel and know that the great return to earth that the Hierarchy is planning after such a long absence will require a fuller expression of the Spiritual Will than even they can realize. They know that it will require cooperation with Shambhala, as well as with humanity.

What I have to say about the externalization of the Hierarchy and its Ashrams can be clearly divided into the following points, which form the basis of the presentation. We will try to stick to this plan.

This will also require the adaptation of students and those seeking increased stimulation and to express some fundamental statements.

Work of the Manifested Ashrams:

Creating and filling with the life force of the New World Religion. Gradual reorganization of the social structure. Public introduction of the Initiation system. Exoteric Teaching of Disciples and Humanity in the New Cycle.

We can start with the first point, but only students who are an integral part of the Hierarchy and who maintain an active connection with any Ashram can benefit from this information. For example, those of you associated with my Ashram (or another Master’s Ashram) who are undergoing a stage of pre-training and functioning on the periphery of the hierarchical center will be able to gain a general understanding and 524] develop (if you try) an intuitive perception of the proposed hierarchical integration and future work.

Do not be offended by the expression “functioning on the periphery,” as it means a great opportunity for service. Teachers need many people like you on the fringes of their ashrams to help with hierarchical work, because it is easier for you than it is for them to connect with the wider population, and you can express the teachings in a much more appropriate way than more advanced students. You and the disciples like you are a part of the Hierarchy; you are in a very useful place when you are functioning in the Ashram, which I ask you to always remember. Therefore, I will give you all the information that is allowed to pass, but if necessary, much will remain unsaid.

Hierarchical Adjustments and Alignments

What do I mean by “alignment” in relation to Hierarchy? Adaptation to karma, to personality, to the Soul and to circumstance in the three worlds, to the influence of astral forces or to mental streams emanating from those who are not focused on the Kingdom of God, who are not included in the training conducted for students who have reached the Third stage of initiation. The initiates of this stage and above have surpassed similar reactions, while those below the Third Initiation are rapidly undergoing a process of adaptation and correction. I use the word “adaptation” in the sense of reorientation, and in this sense much can be said.

Throughout the aeons and countless cycles, the Hierarchy operates in silence, moving away to higher levels of the mental plane and the buddhic levels at which only those students who have made themselves capable of this kind of connection through discipline, development, and service can establish contact with it. Reorientation and manifestation on the physical plane will require serious efforts on the part of the Hierarchy Members. Just as it was not easy for me to establish and maintain contact with 525] you, although you have earned the right to it, so it will be even more difficult for them to be in contact with those who are not even a disciple.

During the aeons and cycles, the members of the Hierarchy were subject to the need to learn in order to respond correctly to the more complete contact between Shambhala and the Hierarchy. Mark that expression. Such contact is possible as a result of the influx of certain outside planetary energies, as well as due to the “act of decisive direction” emanating from the advisory chamber of the Lord of Peace. Get me right. The hierarchy has always been in contact with the “Place of Purpose” (as it is called) through its Chohans and Senior Board Members such as Christ, Manu, and the Master of Civilization. These great Beings gradually revealed their purpose to the members of the Hierarchy so that they could understand and embody the Plan. But even Teachers need to besiege the energy of Shambhala, just as the energy of Hierarchy requires adaptation for the average student and the aspirant if they want to respond constructively to it.

However, something has changed today. The new flowing energies and the partial “sealing” of evil in its own place (the effectiveness of which will increase over time) made it possible to establish closer ties. The teachers were a little free from the most difficult work of the past cycles. Some available energies of Shambhala are absorbed directly by humanity and some prehuman kingdoms, especially mineral ones. When this process is fully completed, it will eventually lead to volcanic activity and earthquakes that will change the face of the Earth by the time the sixth indigenous race comes into manifestation. This direct infusion into kingdoms functioning exoterically in the three worlds has eased and will still alleviate to some extent the pressure on the Hierarchy which would otherwise become excessive, and will also serve as a great levelling antahkarana between the three planetary centers. In my instruction, I 526] I mean precisely this alignment - the alignment of the three centers on this planet and the correction that they cause and inevitably strengthen.

First of all, for the sake of humanity and, secondly, for the sake of the development of prehuman kingdoms, the Hierarchy made complex corrections and alignments between planetary centers, the consequences of which were mandatory. Keep in mind, therefore, that the corrections that the Hierarchy may subject itself to have little to do with the one you resort to in your personal life. They are all marked by the idea of serving the whole. Hierarchy does not have a personality in the proper sense of the word through which it can express itself, which greatly complicates its problems encountered in planning external manifestation and external work.

Correction and alignment within the Hierarchy

What is ultimately a hierarchy? It is the great service of salvation, the body of the devoted liberated Units of Life, working in group unity with all forms and lives of all kingdoms, and especially with all Souls. The emphasis in this work of Hierarchy is exclusively on the aspect of consciousness of all forms; at present, the mediator in its work of salvation and ministry is the mind, expressed through the minds of all humanists, aspirants, students of all Rays and Degrees, and all initiates. In addition, the Hierarchy can express itself through streams of thought and ideas and thus imprint hierarchical concepts in the embryonic minds of the masses; It also directs educational work in all nations so that the underdeveloped masses can eventually become a reasonable public.

As you know, the Hierarchy operates through three main departments with the appropriate Staff and under the direction of the three Great Masters. I have dealt with this subject in some detail in the book “Dedication, human and solar”, and

527] in his work; more information would be of no use to you at present.

The hierarchy also works through the seven major Ashrams and their branches; these “seven, of whom forty-nine,” represent the fullness of the Seven Rays with subjunctives. There are also custodians, transmitters, and distributors of the energies of the Seven Rays to the seven planetary centers and, through these centers, to the centers of the Fourth Kingdom of Nature (as they unfold over the centuries), and through them to the seven centers of individual human beings. This is how synthesis happens.

Each of the seven main centers, or Ashrams, of the Hierarchy is headed by a Teacher in the rank of Chohan; the seven secondary centers, or Ashram Branches, are headed by a Teacher or Adept (the Fifth and Fourth Initiations), assisted by the Initiates of the Third Degree and some selected senior students. Some of the seven secondary Ashrams are not yet fully staffed, but vacancies are quickly filled, as they make themselves aware of the spiritual results of the World War 1914–1945. These very real results were a great support for the Hierarchy employees.

Before Hierarchy can manifest itself (as intended), strong bonds must be established between the main and daughter Ashrams, while the bond between the main Ashrams must be more definitely and unconditionally close to Shambhala and subordinate to the influence of this great First Ray Center. The alignment and correction of the forty-nine daughter Ashrams must be effected by the energy of the Second Ray of Love-Wisdom, but a similar aligning and adapting impulse in the seven major Ashrams will be brought by the energy of the First Ray of Will, or Power. This is an extremely important element of occult information, which, however, is of no importance to you as individuals; nevertheless, it serves as proof of the essential occult connection between the three planetary centers. As the third planetary center, 528, humanity has now reached the point of intelligent development, which allows for a closer connection with the Hierarchy, so the Hierarchy has also advanced as a whole, and, accordingly, a closer connection can also be established between it and Shambhala. Just as the Hierarchy’s relationship with Humanity is realized through the aspirants, the disciples, and the initiates in physical embodiment who respond in one way or another to the impulses of the Love-Wisdom of the Universe and who act primarily through the intelligent people, so the closer connection between Shambhala and the Hierarchy is established through the senior Ashrams, and not through the daughter ones. The situation can therefore be described as follows:

III. The Third Planetary Center Humanity,

acting through:

1. The disciples of all the Seven Rays are in manifestation. 2. New Group of World Servers. 3. All humanitarians, educators and people of good will.

This is an approximate and not entirely accurate picture; nevertheless it shows some lines of contact and communication which are 529] true and which are sufficient to

give you a general idea of the new alignment being established between the three major planetary centers and requiring new adjustments.

Specifically, in our time, the emphasis on alignment and correction that lies ahead of the Hierarchy is associated with activity in the Hierarchy itself. Secondary Ashrams are stimulated; new ones are gradually formed, since all forty-nine Ashrams are not yet available; vacancies in the Main Ashrams are filled with all available speed at the expense of employees of the subsidiary Ashrams, whose places are occupied by accepted students who become able to do this work due to their experience, difficulties and tensions of world service. All these changes require a lot of adjustments. The Chohans of the Major Ashrams are responsible for the internal work of hierarchical alignment, while the supervision of internal adjustments caused by new alignments and the acceptance of new staff are carried out by the forty-nine Teachers responsible for smaller Ashrams - both fully staffed and those that are staffed or in the embryonic stage (of which there are already many).

For the first time, one result of hierarchical alignment and adjustment was interaction and movement between the three planetary centres. Today, Chohans move from the Hierarchy into the Council Chamber of the Lord of the World or onto one of the Seven Paths. Senior Disciples take higher initiations and become Chohans; initiates above the Third Degree take the Fourth and Fifth Initiations—both in a single life—and become Masters. Their places are taken by initiates of lower degrees, who in turn guide disciples to take their places. This process of replacement continues until we reach the door that symbolically stands between humanity and the Hierarchy. Today it stands wide open, so 530] that accepted disciples are initiated, pledged disciples are accepted for training, and probationary disciples take the pledge.

Thus a new great movement develops and a tremendously increased interaction takes place. This will continue until 2025. The great changes will take place over the years that separate us from this date, and in 2025, the Great Assembly of the Hierarchy, which is usually held in each century, will most likely set the time of the first stage of the externalization of the Hierarchy. Technically, the current cycle (from now until 2025) is called the “Precursor Stage”. This stage is preparatory in nature, testable in relation to methods, and intended to bring revelation in relation to techniques and results. Thus you see that all Chohans, Teachers, Initiates, World Students, Disciples, and Aspirants associated with the Hierarchy are now undergoing a cycle of great activity.

In the process of adjustment caused by rapidly developing alignment, the members of the Hierarchy adapt themselves to the objective work of public manifestation. This entails much more difficulty than you can imagine or imagine, for it is necessary to develop in yourself a form of “resistance to the attraction of the lower vibration” of which you can know nothing, since this lower vibration is one of the necessary aspects of your normal expression, however much you would like to deny it. You must realize that there is nothing in the Masters and the higher initiates that can respond to the vibration of this kind. Although they cannot perceive it, respond to it, or re-develop it, it is capable of causing them the most acute discomfort and pain; that is why the Son of God was called in the Old Testament “a man of sorrow familiar with sorrow.” It is not, in fact, his suffering for miserable miserable humanity (as orthodox theology selfishly interprets it) but the fact that he had to expose himself to humanity. Therefore, the Hierarchy prepares itself in all directions (many of which I cannot speak) for the experience of physical manifestation; it also seeks to create the necessary apparatus of response, which must be such as 531] so that the members of the Hierarchy can function with a minimum of difficulty on the

The land would have minimal restrictions. This will allow them to devote all their time and attention to the work that they have to carry out in physical manifestation.

They seek to establish a closer telepathic connection and a closer (but completely impersonal) relationship with their disciples on all Rays, in order to create a free interaction of thoughts and, consequently, to achieve greater hierarchical integration - one that in no way could be broken or limited, whatever happens in the three worlds.

Although there is no astral plane for them, they will have to do something extraordinary: learn to work on the astral plane (since it exists for mankind and the animal kingdom), cross this area of obsession, and “show Light in a diffuse fog” in a way for which there has been no name until now. It doesn't make any sense to you, I'm just trying to talk to those who come after you. I have almost nothing more to say to you about adaptation and alignment in the Hierarchy. It is progressing rapidly, and the disciples are involved in this dual process to the extent that they manifest their connection with the Hierarchy on the physical plane and in the three worlds. Are you ready for this?

Correction of communication with the Consultative Chamber of Sanat Kumara, Lord of the World

Since this is one of the seven purposes for which the Masters have achieved the Fifth Initiation, it should be clear to you that I have little to say in this regard. One of the seven paths to which the Path of Higher Evolution prepares the senior initiates is the Path of Earthly Service. As you know, this Path binds Teachers to serve in the three worlds longer than usual. It requires enormous self-sacrifice. Similar 532] just as the student goes on living a double life, and at the same time when one part of his reflective nature and consciousness is focused on the life of the Hierarchy, and the second part of his mental receptivity is focused on life in three worlds, so the Teacher who chose this Path is part of the Consultative Chamber of the Lord of Peace and at the same time consciously works in three worlds through the Hierarchy (of which he remains) with the human and prehuman kingdoms. As he progresses, he will work more and more with the human kingdom, as humanity will assume the duties of the Macrocosm in relation to the smaller kingdoms. Such dual activities require a considerable amount of special training, and when the initiation process becomes exoteric and when people are aware of it and take part in it, the training of the Hierarchy members will cease to be a mystery and a mystery, as it is now. However, the time has not yet come when you can make it public.

Now I can convey only some generalizations, some of which are already known to you, because they are so broad that the conclusions and consequences are obvious. For example, “The Center Where God’s Will Is Known.” Here in Shambhala, there are those who have integrated their personal will with the universal, and this integration always brings knowledge, but not the one that you know. It is a mixture of Wisdom based on knowledge, Understanding based on intuitive perception, and Identification based on alignment in an esoteric sense. In none of our languages is there a word for this particular state or consciousness, and only a trained use of the abstract mind can give you a mere rudimentary idea of it. This type of creative conceptual imagination will become commonplace within the next two centuries, and then what I have said will serve an ultimate purpose. The members of the Council Chamber of the Great Lord cannot fail to understand His Will, as they see it.

As a whole, 533] Initiated Paul alludes to this fact in one of his Epistles; he has been in contact with certain Members of the Hierarchy and has dealt with the theme of Love, the fundamental theme of the Hierarchy. He says: “Now we see dimly through the glass, but then we will see face to face; now we know partially, and then we will know how we know.” He is referring to the future progress of the Hierarchy, which remains only an indefinite promise due to the absence of form. He wrote for initiates, for whom Love was a vital problem, and her practice a Light and the main motive of all life, divine Activity. It is impossible for anyone to reveal the Will of God and the motivating purpose of His manifestation of Himself, except Him who demonstrates perfect love and Who shows no disagreement and disunity.

In Shambhala, the Great Lives not only contemplate the manifestation of the whole and beyond the limits of time, but also feel the Main evolutionary impulses that bring the developing world in accordance with the divine Will. They embody these impulses not in the form of a progressive movement, but in the form of one great divine reaction. It is probably easier for you to grasp this idea in terms of the Eternal AUM, the symbol of the Eternal Now. You have been told and shown that AUM consists of one basic sound, three smaller sounds, and seven secondary vibrational tones. This is also the case with the Will of God, embodied and synthesized by the Members of the Consultative Chamber. For Them, when They “keep the Will of God dissolved, it is one pure note; when They see it in motion, it is three unchanging chords, bearing in all the worlds the Purpose of the ONE who will abide in the ages; when They incite this Will to manifest, it becomes seven vibrating tones, carrying the structure of the Plane into the reflected worlds. Thus the note, chords, and tone carry out the Plan, reveal the Purpose, and indicate God’s Will.” It's a quote 534] from the ancient Archives in the Teachers' Office; they relate to the nature of Shambhala, its work and outgoing energies.

Shambhala, the synthesis of understanding in connection with our Earth, is also the center where the higher Will of the Solar Logos rests upon our Planetary Logos, which, as you know, is only the center in His greater body of manifestation. You may not worry about this information; The Masters themselves are only studying the Will of the Planetary Logos; the objective task of Shambhala is to understand the solar Goal, the Plan of which is realized on the higher planes of our planetary system, just as the Will, Goal and Plan of Shambhala are realized on the lower three planes of our planetary system. Again, this information is intended only to indicate the purposes of the Hierarchy, which extend through time and space into the Mind of God Himself. When you realize how hard it is for you to understand the difference between unity and synthesis and at the same time how hard it is for me to explain it to you, you will realize how little you understand Shambhala's intentions. 535] I can only say that synthesis is, while unity is achieved and is a reward for action and effort. The meaning of unity will be clarified as you progress along the Path of Initiation. When you direct yourself to the Path of Higher Evolution, synthesis will manifest. Saying more doesn’t make sense.

This problem of the apparent impenetrability of the intention and meaning comprehended by Shambhala, of the spiritual impenetrability that holds, in spite of all the instability in the three worlds of human evolution and in the other two worlds of superhuman revelation, creates a situation in which the Hierarchies have to be corrected by alignment. You yourself, on a small scale, are adapting to the Hierarchy by gradually building the antahkarana and thereby helping in the construction of the antahkarana connecting Humanity and the Hierarchy, the first threads of which were created by the sacrifice of some of the Sons of God when the Hierarchy was founded on Earth. Today, the Hierarchy is busy building links between itself and Shambhala and has already made considerable progress. It can be said that the chain of Hierarchy has been completed in the last seven hundred years; I mean that there is a planetary rainbow bridge connecting the three main centers. The task of all three main centers operating in alignment through correction is to strengthen, decorate (if I may say so) and electrify this bridge to create a complete planetary system of mutual communication between the three centers and the four smaller centers, so that “the weight of God’s will, the impulse of Sanat Kumara’s Goal and the Plan of His Representatives can be smoothly transformed from stage to stage, from sphere to sphere and from glory to glory.” Completion of the alignment

The links between Shambhala, the Hierarchy, and Humanity have caused a planetary crisis through which humanity has just passed and, from some points of view, which it is still going through. As I have already told you, Shambhala 536] can now communicate directly with Humanity, the third planetary center, and therefore it has three points of planetary contact: first, through Hierarchy, as has been the case for a long time, and second, directly, when energy is directed directly to Humanity, without intermediaries and therefore without modification of momentum, as has occurred so far. When the first impulse was transmitted to earth through this direct line of spiritual, dynamic electrical energy (after the Great Conference of 1825), it first awakened human thinking in a new all-encompassing direction and gave rise to great ideologies; it awakened concentrated intention and encountered obstacles on the physical plane. Barriers were found along the way. Shamballic energy, being an aspect of the Ray of Destruction, flowed, “burning” in the fire of destruction obstacles on all planes in the three worlds. This was a deeply esoteric, unknown cause of war: the beneficial removal of obstacles to the free flow of spiritual energies into the three centers; this was the factor that caused “evil from its secret place” and raised opposing forces to the surface of being before “sealing” them. Thus, in the World War 1914–1945, mankind became an unfortunate victim of the spiritual situation; nevertheless, from the point of view of the historical past of mankind, it itself created its own destiny. It took millions of years of Shambhala’s esoteric activity and humanity’s exoteric activity to create the conditions that enabled this new alignment and sealing (still slowly ongoing) and plunged humanity into the abyss of war. This stimulating energy, pouring from the highest source, penetrated not only into the heart of humanity, but also into the depths of the mineral kingdom, touching the animal and vegetable expression of the divine Life.

As a result of this direct impulse, which went from Shambhala to humanity, bypassing the Hierarchy, the latter was given the opportunity to work on rehabilitation and salvation, for the sake of reconstruction and the use of the regenerative forces of regeneration. The hierarchy of 537] needed this break and welcomed it, conscious of it as an essential part of the Plan.

Now the “cycle of the shambalistic impulse” has been completed; humanity’s supplication to Christ and His Hierarchy has again redirected the flow of energy of Shambhala through the Hierarchy, and the direct work of the Hierarchy with humanity can acquire new meaning, can take new and in some ways different directions and thereby bring closer the “new heaven and new earth” that mankind has dreamed of for so long. It will take time, but new energies and their manifesting qualities are up to the task, they can make things easier and bring about significant changes when the time comes. Note that the Hierarchies will face three major corrections as a result of the deliberate “bringing it out of alignment,” even temporarily, with Shambhala and Humanity. For us, the symbol of this situation was the Crucifixion, when the Savior hung between heaven and earth. These corrections are as follows:

1. Adaptation to extra-planetary energies that have been released into the upper center,

This is made possible by the following two factors:

(a) Direct impulse from Shambhala to Humanity, or from Will to Reason. Important

b) Temporary inaction of the principle of Love, as the Hierarchy expected

3. Adaptation to a disciplined and reoriented 538] humanity, which now naturally acts in the dark, moving to the touch along new paths, begging the Hierarchy to give more Light and Understanding, but already awakened and ready for change.

These corrections are already being made quickly by regrouping: by a certain action of the Will - in the case of Shambhala and the outpouring of Love - in the case of humanity. This Act of Will is carried out by the three Heads of the Hierarchy Departments under the direction of Christ and the Chohans of the seven main Ashrams. They form a group of ten who are entrusted with this task, because they are the only members of the Hierarchy who have the necessary qualifications, in whom the aspect of the Will is sufficiently developed. The task of pouring out the principle of Love in a new dynamic way is performed by all the Teachers and all the initiates who have reached the Third Initiation. This stream of Love will focus each Full Moon in a special act, or manifestation, of love.

Note also how fully the Hierarchy is engaged in the work of preparing for manifestation, as well as in the plans and activities that will lead to renewed inner work based not on the absence of the former unity, but on the absorption of new energies that have become available through Shambhala, those extra-planetary forces of which I spoke earlier. This pre-disposition reorganization work will be completed by May 1946. Then the work of new alignment with humanity will begin; this great work will continue for several centuries.

In relation to humanity

I will not now touch upon the work to be done in and through mankind for centuries to come, which is the aim of all these adjustments, at least as far as your current interests are concerned. I shall only touch upon the activities of the Hierarchy in establishing more than 539] direct contacts with humanity on a more solid basis. Since 1925, the Hierarchy has been turning its thoughts to man, but it has not intensified either religious movements or churches, in different countries of the world (which it will eventually undertake), nor has it been able to do so.

educational work in the world, nor any activity related to assistance to humanity through social assistance movements. She felt that humanity should demonstrate to itself the essence of the already existing motives for love and unselfishness, do this independently of the hint and influence of the Hierarchy and prove in such a way that it creatively and vividly disposes of what is intrinsic to it and what can be relied on. The demonstration was successful; humanity showed creative Love, the lower aspects of which are goodwill and humanitarian work. The demonstration proved to be better than expected, and this new, full-life alignment between the Hierarchy and Humanity is now perfectly possible and can be safely implemented. Today, the Hierarchy is a much more powerful guardian than before because of its adaptation to Shambhala.

At present, this hierarchical adaptation to humanity is being carried out in the Ashram through the creation of magnetic centers that will influence humanity in the course of a large-scale process of reorientation through directed activity. In investigating this question, you must remember that these are not centers or centers of energies, but groups of students whose qualities are oriented towards humanity and whose power of thought magnetically affects the aspirants and humanists, and through them their work of good will will will reach the broad masses and affect their consciousness. Thus, there is now an adaptation between hierarchical groups and men and women on earth; as you have already been told, it is intended to make Humanity itself the World Savior, acting through Hierarchy, as yet invisible and behind the scenes. When the intermediate work of salvation is completed, the Hierarchy will manifest itself.

Imagine the corrections being made in the Ashrams in preparation: although I am not concerned with this topic, you can imagine the general nature of the effects of internal hierarchical adjustments and alignments on earthly students and aspiring; of course, they will be the first to respond to this activity. Since all this is happening in a difficult recovery period, the enormity of the problem and the tension are extremely high. It is not easy for the disciples now, and the Hierarchy is fully aware of this. This requires another hierarchical adjustment. For the sake of the work to be done, the Hierarchy must establish closer contact between the inner Ashrams and the outer groups, between itself and its older disciples, who bear the burden of external service. This alignment should also be extended to senior students dedicated and those working on the ground.

The purity of the motive that inspires the Hierarchy will be constantly manifesting with increasing clarity in your consciousness, if you at least try to understand its problems to a small extent. There are also other problems about which you can know nothing: problems related to new energies pouring into our planet; problems of new tensions arising from more powerful new alignments and reactions in the face of evil darkness; problems of staff growth, disrupting the rhythm, but necessary due to the need for new workers; problems related to the growth and training of the members of the Hierarchy on the Path of Supreme Evolution; other problems caused by the current crisis of the Hierarchy. This success is proved by the alignment and direct interaction of the three main planetary centers - Shambhala, Hierarchy and Humanity.

They converge in thought on the subjective level of real realities, synthetic and eternal, ignoring any external barriers and sharing differences in mental representations and material routine.

3. To draw close to humanity and become a firm and undoubted fact in the consciousness of His disciples, aspiring to peace and a New Group of World Servers. It is necessary to use more and more practical means: the press, correspondence, personal contacts and, above all, the radio, abandoning the old methods, such as hostility towards individuals, peoples and nations, as well as the ideology of force, coercion and isolation. The forces of today, directed by the spiritual agents of the coming New Age, have defined the field of service. It is the elimination of divisive divisions and the reconciliation of opposing schools of thought.

Those who work on the inner side, as well as the students in charge of carrying out the Plan, have made great efforts to achieve the stimulation of the New Group of World Servers. Their efforts were successful. But this success does not consist in the recognition of Hierarchy by the New Group. Well, if there is such recognition, but success is determined by susceptibility to spiritual messages, which means responsiveness to new ideas, expressing the spirit of fusion, synthesis, understanding and mutual goodwill. Find those who meet these requirements and work with them. Give up the common belief that they should work with you. This requires each development of the spirit of silence, for silence is the best way to develop and accumulate spiritual power. And this will teach us to clearly represent everything that entails any situation (personal, national and international) and work with it from a position of goodwill. For the members of the New Group of World Servers and for people of goodwill, the Hierarchy of Spiritual Drivers has developed the following rules:

1. To seek peaceful relations, harmonious reception and cooperation with the government or state to which they must be loyal and loyal. This does not mean supporting any government policy or strategy, but it does mean refraining from anything that could lead to difficulties. As for the necessary joint work, I can only indicate some areas of activity, and whether to accept them, if desired, or to give such an opportunity to others, it is up to you to decide:

1. Looking for people of good will. You won't find them if you're full of race,

national or religious prejudices.

2. Connect them to the Units of Service in the country where they live. 3. Educate them about the following ideas:

Your meditation and intense inner assistance will provide a channel for the spirit of peace and the entry of the Light forces. Hierarchy is waiting. In terms of opportunity, she's already done everything she can. THE PLACE OF JEARCH

...Our scheme is considered the fourth and most important in the System in this particular cycle for the following reasons:

Since our solar system is a fourth order system and our scheme is a fourth order, our Planetary Logos therefore has a certain favorable opportunity that is given to Him through the implementation of alignment. This leads to the fact that the attention of the fire of the logical kundalini is directed to our center, to our scheme, and the results resulting from this are now in the process of implementation.

In this scheme, we are most interested in the chain, which temporarily acquires a vital value for the Planetary Logos, is the Earth chain, again the fourth in order, which provides another, extremely important alignment. This entails a special favorable opportunity, opening the entrance of force from the Cosmos itself, or an off-system source of electrical vitality. This overstimulation leads to what we observe as cataclysms and colossal destruction of forms, but is simply a necessary consequence of stimulating life in form and breaking the limiting forms that are unable to endure such a cosmic impact. In addition to all this, the globe in the chain, which is currently receiving planetary polarization or, in a special sense, currently embodies the life of the Planetary Logos, is the Earth, the fourth globe in the chain. This leads to another alignment.

Add to the above the acknowledged fact that now is the fourth circle and we will see the fivefold alignment, which is of paramount importance for all of us, although it was even more important and powerful in the fourth indigenous race and led to the most important psychic event - the opening of the door of Initiation before the human Hierarchy.

These very important facts deserve close attention and reflection by all students of occultism. They are the key, thanks to which it is possible to understand to some extent what manas and planetary evolution are. So what do we see in this particular cyclical alignment? These are:

1. Solar system of the fourth order. 2. The fourth scheme in the System. 3. The fourth circuit in the circuit. 4. The fourth globe in the chain.

All of them are active in the same cycle, so they all provide simultaneous alignment, which is expressed in clearing the channel directly from the heart of our circuit through each "ring-not-crime" to its cosmic correspondence outside the solar sphere.

It should be added that we are considering the evolution of the Fourth Creative Hierarchy, and even the most superficial student obviously has a key in these ideas - not only to man, but to the entire cyclic evolution in which he takes part.

The Fourth Creative Hierarchy is essentially the Manas Hierarchy. This is not a play on words, but a statement of deep occult significance. It has already been stated with all accuracy that five of the twelve Hierarchies have passed, and seven more remain. Of these seven, our human Hierarchy is the fourth, that is, the ninth of the twelve. To this it would also be a good idea to add that the five Kumaras, or Celestials, who definitely embody the Manasic principle (or the Five Rays ruled by one who in the system corresponds to Mahachohan), developed the Manas 364] in the previous System; they came out of the wave of Manasic influence when we consider their own Nature.

We must also remember that nine is the number of Initiations, or the Main Initiations of Manas, as a result of which a person becomes a perfect Nine, that is, nine is literally the number of his Hierarchy. This is from the point of view of the three systems, although its current system number may be a four.

In considering all these statements about our scheme and its Ruler, we see that our particular cycle, or incarnation, is of great importance not only to Him, but to the entire System. The planetary Logos of our scheme works mainly with a certain group of units, that is, with those Monads which vibrate on His tone, have the same coloration with Him, are characterized by the same number, and are esoterically known by the same Name. One point should be emphasized here: all Monads fall under the influence of different Planetary Logos at different times, and they are all present in each scheme for some time. This does not mean that every human unit goes through a period of incarnation in every scheme. This means that human units are in each scheme on a globe in the period either before the physical incarnation, or between different egoic cycles (which is fundamentally different from the periods between physical lives), or between different circles or manvantaras, or between different indigenous races and subraces. As stated in various occult books, many representatives of modern advanced humanity have individualized on the lunar chain and began to accept physical bodies on the Earth chain only in the fourth root race, thereby avoiding incarnations in the first three circles and in the first two.

In between they experienced the planetary influence of the Logos of another scheme, and all this gigantic period of time engaged in fomenting the Manasic flame and developing the attributes of the Manas, so that 365] they entered the Atlantic indigenous race already adequately equipped to cope with the conditions of life.

Such participation in the life of different schemes and the influence of these schemes occurs four

The first is the result of being in the interval between the egoic cycles of physical embodiment on the globe of its scheme, numerically corresponding to another scheme, the influence of which is desirable to experience due to either deliberate choice or karmic necessity. Each globe in the chain is occultly connected to the chain and circuit under the same number. For example: Globe 2, Chain 2 and Scheme 2 the Round 2 They are specifically connected, animated and become the focus of special attention from the Logos of this scheme. Similarly (also as an illustration) - globe 2, Chain 2 During the Circle 2 in any scheme, for example the fifth, are aligned, or esoterically related, with the second scheme. This gives units in the body of any Logos a favorable opportunity to fall under the influence of another Logos, under its vibrational radiation.

The second is due to the direct movement of units embodied in any scheme (in between incarnations) to some globe of another scheme, where they are subjected to the stimulation and vibration inherent in this scheme. These two methods are the most common. Such a transition may seem mysterious and impossible until the student realizes that it is about the transition of individual lives, and not about the transition of the forms that they inhabit. This phenomenon is entirely mental and is based on the unity of the anima mundi. It is possible only in those periods when two Celestial People according to the Law of Attraction are mutually oriented towards each other and enter into the radius of attraction of each other.

The third is the conscious transition of the initiate as a result of 366] initiation from one scheme to another. This is done often, and hints of such a transition have been made by various writers and thinkers, although some have confused the globes of their own circuit with the scheme under the same number or have taken another circuit of the scheme for another scheme.

The fourth method of translating consciousness and transferring units of life into the focus of the power of the Lord of the Ray can be carried out thanks to the knowledge of certain mantras and formulas. We will not dwell on this subject, since these mantras are esoteric, and their use is fraught with great danger to the uninitiated.

The planetary Logos of our scheme is called the "First Kumara," the One Initiator. It is said to have come to our planet from Venus, as Venus is “primary to Earth.” This needs some explanation, although so far only a few hints of the truth are allowed. This fact is one of the most mysterious in the development of our scheme, in it is the mystery of our world cycle. It is not easy to express this truth, because words only obscure and conceal the essence.

Perhaps one can only hint that there is some analogy between the coming of the ego to full power and how it acquires power at certain periods of the life of a human being. At the age of seven, we are told, the ego "takes possession," and once more in youth; at twenty-one, this control may increase. Again, over the course of lives, the Ego (human being) subordinates its own with greater conductors and efficiency and completeness. The same process can be observed in the Heavenly Man with his body of manifestation, the scheme. Remember that each system has seven

chains; each chain has seven globes, making forty-nine globes in all; the life of the Logos occupies 367] each globe in turn during the so-called seven rounds, making three hundred and forty-three incarnations, or fresh impulses towards manifestation. To these principal manifestations should be added lesser ones, such as what we call particular races, subraces and their branches. This opens up a depth that astonishes the average student. The planetary wheel of life turns, on a smaller scale, the wheel of life of the little wanderer called man. As it turns, it embodies the life of the evolving Planetary Logos in ever-new forms and enriches it with experience until the Fire of Spirit kindles all the lesser fires.

As noted earlier, each Celestial Man is connected with one of His Brothers in accordance with the Law of Mutual Attraction, which is still so primitively manifested on the physical plane through the life of the human unit enclosed in physical form. Psychically, this is a connection of a completely different nature, and it is precisely this connection that exists between the Planetary Logos of the scheme we call Venus and the Logos of our scheme. This psychic interaction is characterized by its cyclic ebb and flow, just as there is an ebb and flow of every vital force. In Lemurian times, there came a period of close interaction, during which the Logos of our scheme, the Head of Hierarchy and the One Initiator, incarnated on the physical planet. This could not have happened if the Planetary Logos of the Venusian scheme had not been in the position in which it was possible to be closely connected with our own.

Venus and the Earth Chain.

The question of the coming of the Lords of Flame to planet Earth is deeply connected (as stated above) with the relationship existing between the Heavenly Man of the Earthly Scheme and the Lord of the Venusian Scheme. Until the publication of more detailed data on these Great Beings is allowed, it remains only to point out some possibilities and several factors that students need to firmly grasp. It has been said that since the Venusian scheme is in 368] In its fifth circle, its more advanced humanity could have helped us, and such help was given in Lemurian times. This is an example of incomplete truth and its misinterpretation. The Venusian scheme is, as the Secret Doctrine says2, In its fifth and final round, its humanity far outstripped ours in development, but the most important event that took place in the third indigenous race was due not to the factor of greater advancement of any group of human beings, but to the following reasons:

First, the Venusian scheme, seen as a logical center, is more active than ours, so its radiating magnetism spreads much wider. Its radiation is such that, on the Buddhic plane, it has encompassed, by its magnetic radius of influence, that circuit of our scheme which is composed mainly of Buddhic matter. Then, through this chain, it magnetized the corresponding globe of our chain, which led to a special stimulation of the densest planet of this chain, the Earth.

Secondly, just as in man some triangles of force are at different stages of evolution, or (in other words) different centers, such as:

b) The solar plexus, c) the heart or a) the solar plexus, b) the heart, c) the throat, become geometrically connected with each other, so the Heavenly Man and the Solar Logos have similar events. One of these occurred in the current circle with 369] center, which embodies our Planetary Logos. It connected geometrically with two other centers, one of which was Venus, and the logoic Kundalini, circulating with terrifying force through this tuned Triangle, caused that increased vibration in the human race that led to individualization. Here we can list the schemes as the basis for our further work.

The seven planets, centers, or circuits:

1. Volcano (the Sun in the exoteric sense). 2. Venus. 3. Mars. 4. Land. 5. Mercury. 6. Jupiter. 7. Saturn.

Three synthesizing planets:

1. Uranium 2. Neptune. 3. Saturn.

SUN. I would caution you not to attach any importance to the sequence given for the enumeration of these seven schemes, whether it be their degree of development, or their importance, or their position relative to the central planet, the Sun, or relative to each other. At this stage and in our circle, only two schemes can be considered to be exactly expressed by numbers - our Earth, the fourth scheme, and Venus, the second scheme. Venus is either the second or sixth scheme, depending on whether the account is kept from a mystical or occult point of view. Jupiter, by contrast, will be either sixth or second, and it should be remembered that:

a) The planets Venus and Jupiter are extremely closely related to the Earth, forming as a result

Saturn is a synthesizing scheme for the four planets that embody the attributes of Manas, or is the principal solvent of the lesser four, and eventually all seven.

Thus, the Celestial Men of Venus and Jupiter are magnetically connected to the Celestial Man of our scheme. But the connection with the Logos of Jupiter and its influence will not be realized, nor will the 371] be felt before the Sixth Circle comes into full force, although during the Sixth Root Race its vibration will be recognized and felt; in the middle of the Fifth Circle the Logos of Mercury, together with the Logos of the scheme of Venus and our Earth, form a temporary triangle of force. Here is a summary of what has been said so far only by hints, but to which the world is ready in our fifth sub-race of the fifth race and in the present Fourth Circle; in which is the solution of the mystery of our circle.

Thirdly, the statement that the Great Kumara, or One Initiator, came to our planet from Venus is true so far as it expresses the fact that He came to our dense planet (the fourth) in the fourth chain of that chain of our scheme, which is called the "Venerian" chain and which is the second chain. He came through the second globe of our chain; His barely perceptible vibration was felt (occultly) in the Second Circle, but it was only in the third root race of the Fourth Circle that conditions allowed him to physically incarnate and come as an Avatar. It may be observed with all reverence that the first three circles and the two succeeding native races in our chain correspond to the intrauterine period before birth, and that His coming in the Fourth Circle with the resulting Manas awakening in human units is analogous to the awakening of the life principle in the fourth month of the existence of the human fetus.

This analogy is appropriate, since at the end of the seventh circle the Heavenly Man reaches full maturity, but the final process of perfection that he undergoes during the last two periods is still required:

(a) Synthesis into three main schemes; (b) Dissolution into a final unity;

- which again constitutes, respectfully add, nine cycles covering the period of the maturation of the Heavenly Man and preceding his birth into even higher worlds. For a thoughtful student there is a lot of food for thought. Let us also recall that we are talking here only about Logos 372] of our own scheme and that it is necessary to clearly distinguish other cycles of other Logos, which is not yet possible for us. As you study this topic and meditate on it, all the amazing beauty of this plan will appear.

It also contains the key to the idea of the last Avatar. Many temporal incarnations precede this final incarnation, in which the Celestial Man, in the ultimate beauty of his completed seven cycles, before merging with his synthesizing ultimate goal, will manifest himself as the expression of that perfect quality, or logical aspect, which he predominantly expresses. As the center of the Logoic body, it will be fully saturated with life energy, and the Logoic Kundalini will be stimulated and perfected by His systemic Lotus. Within a short period, it will shine in its glory like the Sun, after which the Kundalini fire will move to the higher progressive spirals and He will gradually concentrate in the corresponding logical Head Center, the higher triangle, or three main schemes. Let us take as an example the human being, the Microcosm. A person reaches a period of high development when his Heart and Throat Centers have reached perfection and are saturated with vital energy; they become radiant vortices of fire, active in four dimensions and connected with each other and with another center; they also become the object of attention of human Kundalini. This is a period of great activity and magnetic fitness. It is followed by another period, when the three head centers synthesize seven of their small correspondences, and the Kundalini force passes through them. Both above and below specifically mentioned these two centers of the Microcosm, as they are directly related (on a larger 374] scale) to the specific cycles through which our Planetary Logos passes, and also because they represent its Third and Second Aspects.

It should be remembered that the stimulation of centers is of three types, between which

A clear distinction must be made.

The first is the saturation of the logical centers with vital energy, or

The passage of the logical Kundalini through seven circuits during giant cycles. Then, saturation with the life energy of the planetary centers, or the passage of the planetary Kundalini through the seven circuits of the scheme.

Finally, the life-energy saturation of the centers of the Planetary Logos during any particular main incarnation, or the flow of the Kundalini through the seven globes of the chain.

The main embodiment is that in which the Planetary Logos accepts any initiation. He can and does go through many incarnations without taking initiations. When He receives the initiation, it is interesting to note that He passes the initiation in such an incarnation, in which He uses a conductor of etheric matter, as He does at present.

The logos of our scheme is preparing for initiation, and this easily explains the terrible

the tests inherent in life on our planet in the current cycle. The Logos of our scheme, Sanat Kumara, will take over the main initiation in the middle of the Fifth Circle, and He is now preparing for a small initiation.

The Logos of our scheme is in physical embodiment (having a body of etheric matter) from the middle of the Lemurian root race and will remain with us until the so-called "Doomsday" in the next circle. At this point in his progress, he will achieve the necessary revival of the center that now occupies his attention, and will be able to “see the feat of his Soul” according to 375] relation to the units of the human Hierarchy that are part of this center; he will leave his current form, focus his attention on another, higher center and give his strength to units of another level, from another branch of the human Hierarchy, which respond to the vibration.

Here it is useful to say more about the connection between Venus and the Earth, which is hinted at by some occult books and which we have touched upon in part in this one. I have already said that the interaction between these two schemes is largely due to their positive and negative polarity, in relation to each other, and pointed out that a similar connection exists between the Pleiades and the seven schemes of our Solar System, as well as between Sirius and our System itself. Thus, it involves three great Systems in close interaction:

The Sirius system, the Pleiades system, the system whose focal point is our Sun,

As we have noted, the space triangle. In our system there are several similar triangles at different stages of interaction; depending on their relationship to each other, the differentiated force of different schemes can pass from scheme to scheme, so that units of life located on different rays, or fluxes of force, can temporarily mix. In all of these triangles (cosmic, system, planetary, and human), one vertex of the triangle is positive polarity, the other negative polarity, and the third represents a point of equilibrium, synthesis, or fusion. This should be borne in mind in the study of both macrocosmic and microcosmic centers, since this explains the differences in manifestation, in form and in quality.

We will also point out the compliance that will help those who have eyes to

see.

In the Venusian scheme, as it is in the Fifth Circle, the fifth Manas principle is coordinated and developed, four small Manasic aspects are synthesized, and the Buddhic aspect has the means of expression in the form of the fifth principle revealed to perfection. Our Celestial Man will reach a similar point of evolution in the Fifth Circle, and the fifth principle is said to no longer be the object of his attention in relation to human units.

The five stages of activity mark the development and use of the principle of mind: there are three stages of acquisition and two, which use what has been acquired. This is too complex a topic to delve into; it can only be understood by the initiate, as it implies knowledge of the cycles of the previous solar system. It can be observed, however, that (by considering the Microcosm on planet Earth) this

exactly what was to be expected. Man developed Manas in our Fourth Round in the Third, Fourth and Fifth Races and uses it to develop intuition and higher consciousness in the Sixth and Seventh Races. The Logos, during incarnation in a chain, manifests through its seven centers, or globes, the manas on three globes for one circle and uses it for specific purposes on the last two. This is a smaller cycle in relation to where the seven chains are considered as its seven centers. These words are carefully selected; I am not saying that the Logos “acquires manas” — it only reveals what it possesses. It must be remembered that just as the plans of the solar system have different purposes, vibrate to different tones and serve their own special purposes, so the globes perform a similar function.

a) Globe 1 is the globe of maximum dilution and generation. This is initial

globe of manifestation.

b) The Globe 2 – This is the first shell in which the Heavenly Man is clothed 3, 4, 5 – Those through which He demonstrates mastery of the Manasic principle 6, 7 – through which he manifests buddhis through the forms created by the Manasic principle. The same can be said about the chain when projecting on a larger scale. In connection with the seven schemes, an advanced student may also discover an interesting correspondence of a deeply occult nature. There are two schemes which can be considered to be predominantly archetypal, causal, or in disarray; three on which manas is manifested, and two on which buddhi is demonstrated through the medium of manas. One of these two is Venus, and hence we have three and two, which are the five schemes of the five Kumaras, which are Brahma.3 Just as Venus is negatively polarized with respect to our Earthly scheme, so the seven Pleiades stars are negatively polarized with respect to our seven schemes.

A very pertinent question can be asked here. Because Venus is polarized negatively, as are the Pleiades, one might ask: If they are donors and not recipients, why should they be called negative, for to be negative is to receive? This is true, but the question arises from a lack of information and the misunderstanding caused by it. Venus could have been very involved in the stimulation that caused the great events on Earth, through the Venusian chain of our scheme, but our scheme mysteriously gave more than it received, although this gift was another 378] nature. The emergence of Venusian influence on our chain and our planet, with the subsequent stimulation of some groups from the Fourth Creative Hierarchy, the Human, caused a parallel event of even greater significance in the scheme of Venus. It had an impact on the Sixth Hierarchy, one of the deva Hierarchies inhabiting the Venusian scheme. This stimulation radiated through our sixth chain (or second, depending on the angle of view) and affected the corresponding chain of the Venusian scheme. The difference between the stimulations can be seen in the fact that in our case only one globe was affected, whereas the effect of our scheme on the Venusian was such that the whole chain was stimulated. This was done thanks to the positive polarity of the Heavenly Man of the Earth scheme.

Thus, expanding this concept, we can say that our Celestial People are transmitters - through their seven circuits - to the seven Pleiades stars. Our solar system is negatively polarized towards the sun Sirius.

It affects the whole of our System psychically through three synthesizing schemes - Uranus, Neptune, Saturn - the latter, Saturn, being the focal point of the transmission of the Cosmic Manas to all seven schemes.

CREATIVE JEARCHES

Here it would be appropriate to introduce a diagram or table of some of these interacting energies that cross, stimulate and energize every part of our solar system, permeating it in all directions. They evoke a conscious response only when the vehicle of expression and response is adequate to the impulse; this is true of the Solar Logos, the planetary Logos, and all forms of 33] in all the kingdoms of nature on our planet. Of course, there are also unconscious reactions, but only in general, or on a mass scale. Many energies are pouring out on us from these distant constellations through the Fifth Creative Hierarchy. This Hierarchy, being on the verge of liberation, is on the intellectual level of consciousness and, therefore, can serve as a focal point and transmitter of higher energies to our solar system and our planet. If you carefully examine the table of Creative Hierarchies (on page 34]), you will find that this Hierarchy operates and is influenced by the Seventh Ray of Magical Order and Ceremonial Organization. The main function of this ray is to combine spirit and matter and generate a manifested form. It is closely related to the zodiac sign of Cancer, the mass sign and one of the "gates" to manifested life.

The following information about Hierarchies may be helpful. It's assembled

I want to remind you that the seven plans of our solar system are the seven plans of the cosmic physical plan. The four Creative Hierarchies that have already attained liberation are now focused on the cosmic astral plane; hence their power, despite being beyond manifestation. The Fifth Creative Hierarchy is on the highest etheric plane and is approaching liberation; it will join the other four when the Sixth Creative Favorable Hierarchy of Opportunity. It should be noted that in the Secret Doctrine, the Hierarchy has a different numbering for the purpose of concealment, and this tends to cause confusion among students.

6. The first four Hierarchies achieved liberation in the first Solar System.

Their influence reaches Earth through the Fifth Creative Hierarchy. 37] 7. They are thus related to the four Rays acting as small Ray-Attributes within the framework of the great Third Ray of Active Intelligence.

8. The Pisces sign is at the top of the list of zodiac signs, as it governs the modern large astrological cycle of 25000 years. It was also one of the dominant signs for our planet at the time of individualization, when the human kingdom was formed. It is fundamentally connected with the First, or higher, Creative Hierarchy, which, in turn, is connected with the Third Ray of Active Intelligence, being a product of the first Solar System. Achieving enlightenment through awakened intelligence is humanity’s first goal.

9. The Fifth Creative Hierarchy (also referred to as 8) is on the verge of liberation. It is connected in a special way with the tenth Creative Hierarchy, with the constellation of Capricorn and with the human personality, temporarily hiding the principle of Christ behind the form and principle of the mind. In some numerological systems, the number eight is considered the number of Christ.

10. The work of the Greater Builders and the Lesser Builders, acting on the second and third planes of our solar system, is reflected in the activity of the Moon Lords and elemental lives.

11. You will find that the human Hierarchy (line 9-IV-4) does not assign any particular element, since its task is the fusion and synthesis of all elements. This is part of the great tests of initiation under the sign of Scorpio.

1. They are the mediators between spirit and matter. 2. They are transmitters of power from sources external to the Sun.

Each of these groups of beings is also septenary in nature, and the forty-nine fires of Brahma are the lowest manifestation of their fiery nature. Each group can equally be considered in the cosmic sense of “fallen”, because it is involved in the construction process and inhabits the forms of a certain degree of density.

Hierarchy I.

The First Great Hierarchy emanates from the Heart of the Central Spiritual Sun.4 She is the Son of God Himself, the Firstborn in the cosmic sense, just as Christ was “the Elder in the great family of brothers” and “the first flower on the human tree.” The symbol of this Hierarchy is the Golden Lotus with twelve folded petals. (The Secret Doctrine, I, 233-250; II, 565-566).

It should be remembered that this Hierarchy is the sixth, since the five Hierarchies ended their existence as a product of the previous system, the purpose of which was Intelligence, or Manas. The five liberated Hierarchies collectively represent the sum of Manas. It is the fifth Hierarchy, which we are told is in the process of attaining final liberation, 39] or accepting its Fourth Initiation, that causes certain phenomena on our planet, which have earned it the name of the "Star of Suffering". There is a karmic connection between the animal kingdom and the Fifth Creative Hierarchy of the previous system, which is felt by man as the need to crucify his animal physical nature, especially sexually. We must remember that Hierarchies work according to the Law of Attraction. It is the law of builders.

The type of energy of this First (sixth) Hierarchy is the first aspect of the sixth type of cosmic electricity, so it has special power over the lower fire, or "fire of friction", manifested on the sixth plane. These lives, called the “burning Sons of Desire,” were the Sons of Necessity. The "Ancient Comment" says:

“They were eager to know. They broke into the spheres. They are the passion of the Father for the Mother. That is why they suffer, burn and desire passionately through the sixth sphere, the sphere of feeling.

Hierarchy II.

The Second Hierarchy is closely related to the Great Bear. We are told that the constituents of her Life entered through the second ventricle of the Sacred Heart and became (as reported in The Secret Doctrine) prototypes of Monads. They are the source of the Monadic Life, but not the Monads. They're much higher.

This Hierarchy, literally the seventh, represents the influx into our system of those Lives which in the first Solar System remained on their own plane, being too sinless and holy to seek for a favorable opportunity for themselves in that excessively material and intellectual evolution. Even in the present system, they find it impossible to do more than to influence the incarnate Jeeves by imparting to them the ability to comprehend the nature of group consciousness, the quality of the seven Celestial Men; but they are not able to fully express themselves. The student can 40] to obtain a certain key to this mystery, if we remember that our solar system, our seven planes, constitute only the physical body of the Logos, and that the physical body limits the expression of His threefold nature. The First (sixth) Hierarchy may be thought to express the mental vibration of the Solar Logos, and the Second to express its emotional or cosmic astral nature.

The type of force of the Second (seventh) Hierarchy is the second aspect of the seventh type of force of the set. Some idea of the relative point of evolution

The Solar Logos can be obtained by examining the various forces He is demonstrating in the present incarnation. It is this energy that draws the Monads into physical embodiment, as it is felt on the seventh plane. There are those energies that were revealed by the Logos and found by Him in previous incarnations. Inevitably, there are also gaps, some types of force are absent, because in a cosmic sense, He still has much to achieve.

It is the energy of this Hierarchy (numbers two and seven) that leads to the manifestation of the Divine Androgyne and the seven centers of power, which are the seven Spiritual Energies.

Hierarchy III.

The third (or eighth) Creative Hierarchy is of particular interest. Its representatives are called “Triads” because they contain the possibilities of a triple evolution: mental, mental and spiritual. These Triads of Life are essentially the three Persons of the Trinity and, from a certain point of view, the flower of the previous system. On the other hand, if we consider them as the “flower of the previous Eight”, they are eight-points waiting to burst. They are the devas, ready to serve, 41, which is to give the other Hierarchy some of the qualities it lacks. The Third Hierarchy is considered to be a collection of great donors of immortality, who themselves "are sidelined by incarnations." They are the Lords of Sacrifice and Love, but they cannot pass from the Logoic etheric body into the dense physical vehicle.

The Third Hierarchy governs the third aspect of the electric force of the first type of cosmic energy. Her life is controlled during the periodic cycle of this first type of energy, symbolized by the number 8. The formulas of these electrical energies are too complex to be cited here, but the student must bear in mind that all these Hierarchies express:

1. Sevenfold Space Energy. 2. Space prana. 3. Solar energy, or electric fire, solar fire and friction fire.

Each Hierarchy exhibits a triple energy, or one aspect of each of the energies listed, which results in a nine-terrestrial differentiation, since the first two Hierarchies are triple, as is the third. It is the rejection of these Triad Lives by the units of the Fourth Hierarchy, the Hierarchy of Human Monads, that ultimately plunges man into the eighth sphere when he refuses to become Christ, the Savior, and remains self-centered. We have discussed the first three Hierarchies, which are considered eternally “seeing the Face of the Deep Ruler,” or so pure and holy that their powers are in conscious contact with the emanating source of these Hierarchies.

Now let us briefly consider two Hierarchies closely related to human self-conscious beings, that is, to us. There are literally three of these groups, for the Fifth Hierarchy is dual; it is this fact that has caused confusion and constitutes the occult significance of the ominous number thirteen. The Fifth Hierarchy's Lives - "The Seekers of Satisfaction" and the Cause of the Second Fall in Birth - The Fact Behind the Ego's Acceptance 42of lower nature. The Fourth and Fifth Hierarchies are literally the Ninth and Tenth Hierarchies, or "Initiates" and "Perfect." All human beings, or Immortal Jivas, are evolved through a series of initiations initiated by themselves or, on our planet, by external help. Initiations are achieved by them through “marriage” with the nearest Fifth Hierarchy. Then they become complete, or perfect. By virtue of this occult fact, the Fourth Hierarchy is considered male, and the Fifth is considered female.

The Fourth Creative Hierarchy is the group in which the highest aspect of man, his “Father in Heaven,” is located. The lives that are part of it are points of fire.

Which should be a flame. They achieve their goal through the Fifth Hierarchy and the four wicks, or the two dual lower Hierarchies. Therefore, as can be seen, in relation to man, the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Hierarchies are, during the cycle of incarnation, his true self. They are the Lords of Sacrifice and the Lords of Love, the flower of Atma-Buddhi.

One of the most valuable lessons to be learned in the study of these Hierarchies is the place and significance of the person in the schema. For example, the Hierarchy, which is the essence of the intangible Life of the Spirit, the Buddhi principle, is the esoteric cause of the cosmic marriage between Spirit and matter, based on the love and desire of the Logos. Moreover, each Hierarchy expresses itself in the form of some specific manifestation, which is considered by the limited mind of man as this Hierarchy itself. In fact, this is not the case, and caution is necessary in distinguishing these Hierarchies. Hierarchies are latent germs of power centers that manifest subjectively. They warm and revive groups 43] forms; they flourish and express themselves through the medium of form or other Hierarchy. All these Hierarchies are interconnected, being negative or positive towards each other.

As stated in The Secret Doctrine, the Fourth Hierarchy is the nursery for the incarnating Jeeves; 5 it carried within it the germs of Lives that had reached the human stage in the last Solar System, but were unable to advance further due to the onset of pralaya, which plunged them into a latent state. The state of this Hierarchy is similar, on a cosmic scale, to the state of the germs of human life held in obscuration during the period between the chains. The first three Hierarchies (the First, Second and Third) have completely passed through the human stage (in the preceding kalpas - logoic manifestation). Therefore, they are arupa, or groups devoid of form, while the rest remain rupa groups, that is, having form.

The Fourth Creative Hierarchy, or literally the ninth, must always be regarded as occupying in our solar system what can be considered the third place, i.e., the third place.

The first place is occupied by Life, or the three Persons of the Trinity, the second - the Prototypes of man, the seven Spirits.

The third is the person, or the lowest manifestation of the self-conscious aspect of the Spirit.

All these propositions must be carefully considered; they do not relate to the aspect of form, but exclusively to the nature of Life, expressed through other lives, which are also self-conscious, or have fully developed intelligence. Some hierarchies are not. The four lower Hierarchies are associated with manifestation in the three worlds, or in the dense physical body of the Solar Logos. They are able to reject the etheric body of the Solar Logos, or pass through it, and take forms of gaseous, liquid, or dense substance. Others can't. They are not able to "fall" into physical birth.

Students should take into account that, from the point of view of the Logos, the Solar Angels on the mental plane (the fifth subplane of the Cosmic Physical Plane) are in physical embodiment, and their position is qualified as a “second fall”. The “first fall” refers to the taking of form from cosmic etheric matter, as in the case of Celestial People, the prototypes of human Jeeves. In this latter case, the bodies used are called "formless" (from our point of view), being "living bodies" animated by cosmic prana. In the case of ourselves and the other groups, forms are composed of the substance of the three lower planes (those of the lower planes).

which the Logos does not regard as principles), that is, from matter still responding to the vibration of the previous system. This means that the four lower Hierarchies are the link between the life of the past and the future. They're real. They have not completed their contacts with the active intellectual principle of the preceding kalpa and therefore must continue them in the present one. They will work out these contacts in our system; four will become three and constitute the three higher arupa of the Hierarchy of the next system.

Before proceeding further with specific Hierarchies, it is necessary to point out that some of them are called “dominant Hierarchies”, while others are called “additional Hierarchies”. By this is meant that some of them are expressed in our solar system more fully than others, 45] as a result of which their vibration is inevitably felt more strongly than the vibration of additional groups. The dominant groups are the Second, Fourth, and Fifth Hierarchies, because: a) The Second is the great expression of duality, the Son who brings life to the world.

The sun;

b) The fourth is the Hierarchy of human Monads, Mediators, or

synthesizers; they express the achievement of the System 1 and purpose of the system 2;

c) The fifth, or literally tenth, is closely related to the five liberated Hierarchies and is an expression of their synthesized life. Therefore, it is possible to represent the five liberated groups, the Fourth is a symbolizing group of our system, and the Second represents (for a person, or for both groups together) what is an aspect of the Spirit, the Father, the Unknown.

The Fifth Hierarchy

The Fifth Creative Hierarchy, as we know from the study of the Secret Doctrine, is the most mysterious. This mystery stems from the connection between the Fifth Hierarchy and the five liberated groups. This connection, when applied to our particular planet, which is not sacred, can be partially understood by understanding the history of the Buddha and his work. A hint of this is in the third volume of The Secret Doctrine.6

The connection of the Fifth Hierarchy with a particular constellation also has to do with this mystery, hidden in the karma of the Solar Logos, concerning His relation to the other Solar Logos and the interaction of power between Them during the great mahakalpa. It is the true “secret of the Dragon”; it is the influence of the Dragon Constellation, or “snake energy,” that has caused the influx of Manasic energy, or mind energy, into our solar system. Closely 46] is intertwined with the karma of both of these cosmic Entities and the karma of the lesser cosmic Entity - the Life of our planet, the Planetary Logos. It was the influence of this triple karma that led to the emergence in the Lemuria era of the “snake religion” and the doctrine of “snakes, or Dragons, of Wisdom” associated with solar and planetary Kundalini, or snake fire. The implication is that the Dragon Constellation has as much to do with WHO is bigger than our Logos, as the center at the base of the spine is to the human being. The influence of this constellation provides stimulation, revitalization and subsequent coordination of the manifested lights.

The key to this mystery is also in the relation of the fifth group to the two approaching poles. Its representatives are five-fold connecting links, "Merciful Uniters" and "Creators of Redemption". Esoterically, they are the "Saviors of the Race," and from them emanates that principle which, in conjunction with the higher aspect, raises the lower aspect to Heaven. When these secrets are thoroughly studied and the lives of these greatest exponents of the unifying principle are given due attention, it will become obvious how great and important their place in the scheme is.

It is for this reason that the units of the Fifth Hierarchy are called "Hearts of Fiery Love"; they save by love and, in turn, are especially close to the great Heart of Love of the Solar Logos. These great Redeemer Angels, who are the Sons of Man on their own mental plane, are always described as taking the form of a twelve-petalled lotus. This symbolism unites them with the "Son of Divine Love" manifested by the solar system, which has been said to be the cosmic twelve-petalled lotus, as well as the logoic causal lotus, also having twelve petals. 47] Thus there is a direct flow of energy flowing through:

(a) Logoic twelve-petalled egoic lotus on the Cosmic

mental plan;

b) Solar twelve-petalled lotus; c) Planetary logoic heart, also twelve-petalled lotus; d) Twelve-petalled human egoic lotus on the mental plane; e) Twelve-petalled heart center of human being.

Or, in other words, energy comes directly from:

(a) The Solar Logos through three great space centers:

1. Central Spiritual Sun; 2. Heart of the Sun; 3. The physical sun.

b) The Heart Center of the Planetary Logos, the center located on the fourth

the cosmic etheric plane (our buddhic plane).

The egoic lotus of a human being on the mental plane. This lotus literally corresponds to the Heart of the Sun. The Monadic Point is a reflection of the "Central Spiritual Sun" in the human system.

d) the Heart Center of a person on the etheric subplane of the physical plan - the center,

This in turn corresponds to the physical sun.

So the tiny atom, man, connects with the great central Life.

In addition, the Fifth Hierarchy, according to the law, is the energy distributor for the fifth sub-planes of each plan in the system. We just have to keep in mind that in the three worlds, this is the fifth subplane, if you count from the top down, while in the worlds of superhuman evolution, this is the fifth subplane, if you count from the bottom up. 48This Hierarchy governs, as is known, two aspects of Manas, one in three worlds and the other, which is felt in the higher realms.

It should be noted that all these groups

(even if they are called “formless”) are the true forms of all things, since they are all in the etheric body of the Solar Logos or the Planetary Logos. This needs to be emphasized. For too long the students have thought of the dense physical body as a form, whereas for the occultist the physical body is not a form, but a gross Maya, or illusion, the true form being the body of vitality. Thus, these Hierarchies are the sum total of the energy lives and the substrate, or substance, of all things. This subject can be considered as follows:

(a) The four supreme groups are Hierarchies expressing themselves through three

space air: the second, third and fourth;

b) The two lower groups are those lives which function as the involutional matter (organised and unorganised) of the physical body of the Logos, dense, liquid and gaseous, plus the living substance of the four higher subplanes of the system dense physical body;

c) The Fifth Hierarchy occupies an interesting position as the body of the “intermediary” between the four higher and those on the three lower subplanes. Between the seven head centers and the seven ego groups on the mental

There is a vital correspondence to the plan, and there is also the occult (the pineal gland, the analogy between the three head centers of the pituitary and the center of the alto) and the expression of these seven groups of Egos in the three worlds. This is the most important esoteric fact, and all those who meditate on the laws of unity should take this analogy for consideration.

49] It is useful to remember the place of these Hierarchies in the scheme, and also to realize that on the totality of these vital bodies the dense manifestation that we consider as evolutionary matter is gradually collected. Forms (from the forms of atoms to the body of the Ego, from the shape of a flower to the giant planetary or solar lotus) are built because there are Hierarchies as a set of life-seeds that give an impulse, a model or pattern, and provide - by their very existence - a holistic reasonable basis for everything that is on all planes. Hierarchies VI and VII. The appointment of the Sixth and Seventh Hierarchies, which provide the forms of substance in the three worlds, is vital, and the place they occupy is very interesting. From a logical point of view, they are not considered principles, but from the point of view of man, they provide him with human lower principles. To the Logos they have the same relation as the dense physical body has to man, and everything concerning the evolution of man must (in this particular place) be studied as taking place within the physical logical vehicle. These Hierarchies deal with the expression of physical energy, with the attainment of all divine goals in the physical vehicle, and with the physical organization of a certain great cosmic Life.

This is what we see when we consider the last two Hierarchies. It is the lower "sediment" or "remnant" of the previous system and the energy of that matter (liquid, gaseous and dense) which the Logoic constant atom (on the Adi plane) attracts to itself by its vibration in the construction of divine forms. For clarification and generalization, it can be noted that the Seventh Hierarchy is life, or energy, in the heart of each atom, its 50] positive aspect, and the Sixth Hierarchy is the life of the forms of all the etheric bodies of each material object. The function of this Hierarchy is well described in the "Ancient Comment":

"The virgins hear the spoken word. They sacrifice themselves and build the desired form out of their own substance. They extract life and material from themselves, obeying the divine impulse.

Before continuing with the analysis of the tables and showing the internal relationships between the twelve signs of the zodiac and the twelve planets in the current zodiac cycle, I would like to point out some features related to the zodiacal constellations. They are generalizations, but they can be derived from the private and the concrete.

First, I would like to point out that the twelve planets that govern the twelve houses are concerned mainly with the physical plane of human expression; they have a powerful effect on the personal aspect of man. Their influence, combined with karmic conditions, creates those environmental conditions and those circumstances that create a favorable opportunity for development and, ultimately, for the control of form by life. Secondly, the twelve constellations are associated mainly with the stimulation of the soul within the form and cause subjective activity, which, in turn, generates changes in external expression by merging the energy of the constellation with the energy of the planets. The effect is broken down into two stages:

1. In the first stage, a person is controlled by a solar sign, gradually making him able to respond to the soul. His hidden abilities for this life are revealed. The influence of the solar sign is sometimes called the "power of the Sun Probability".

2. In the second stage, the response to the energies hidden by the ascending sign increases. They awaken the unexpected and cause the acceleration of the evolutionary process and the disclosure of inner life. In esoteric language, the ascending sign is called the "Sun of Opportunity."

Due to the energy coming from

A person prepares for a “reorientation crisis”, when he slowly and gradually changes the course of his development, chooses the opposite type of movement along the wheel of life and begins to consciously move back to his source. Now it moves from Aries to Pisces through Taurus, Scorpio and Capricorn instead of moving from Aries to Taurus through Sagittarius, Leo and Cancer. The triads of the constellations mentioned in the description of these two great paths along the zodiac have a certain important effect and are called “the most important signs of influence”. Throughout this process, a mental principle that distinguishes the mind develops, and in this regard (but not at all) the emphasis is placed on the influence of Aries, Gemini and Libra. Under this influence, a person learns to overcome desire by experimenting and experiencing all types of desire and

egoistic impulse. Thus, gradually and through infinite suffering, the human soul learns to function, firstly, as a member of the human family and, secondly, as a spiritual entity, the divine soul.

It follows from the foregoing that some of the propositions of esoteric astrology are contrary to those of present-day orthodox astrology. The reason for this is that the ideas which are precipitated from the plane of ideas are "turned over" on the astral plane and are exposed to a great illusion; astrologers have to finally free themselves from such an "inverted" idea. A correct understanding of the effects of different energies and forces will make it obvious that when the conditioning planetary forces, the expanding energies of the solar sign and the prompting energy of the ascending sign are taken under control and directed by an enlightened, spiritual person, you will find your soul on the very threshold of liberation.

As a result, the energies of the twelve constellations and, in the final stage of experience and development, of the three great constellations that underlie the Solar Logos merge with the inherent energies of the seven Rays, or seven planetary Logos. This marks the point of perfection. The external energies (I mean the energies of the three main constellations) are connected to the Earth through the seven sacred and five non-sacred planets, and when the full fusion of the corresponding energies is achieved and hence their full expression, the great world period comes to an end. During this long cycle of reincarnations and periods of manifestation, the human being is conditioned almost exclusively by the activity of non-sacred planets, of which, as you know, there are five:

Sun (covering the planet) Moon (covering the planet) Earth Mars Pluto

A man, symbolically speaking, is a “five-pointed star; from the ends of its fiery rays the forces of man are poured out, and at every fiery point a center of perception appears.” It is a metaphor, but its meaning is clear. At the same time, the influence of the sacred planets is steadily increasing as one approaches the Path of Discipleship. When the last, fifth initiation is passed, the non-sacred planets cease to have an influence, although the initiate completely controls their energies pouring out through his conduits of reception, response, and expression, since all three activities and intentions must be maintained.

The energies of the twelve constellations are mixed with the energies of the twelve planets, but the strength of the awakened response to the constellations and the degree of conscious perception, recognition and use 54] their energies depend entirely on the type of planetary Life response apparatus and the individual person. It has been correctly pointed out that consciousness depends on the vehicles of consciousness, on the degree of their development and the ability of the individual to identify with the energies and impulses that come to him, and does not depend solely on what is already his conscious part or aspect of himself. It can be said that a higher response to the realities and qualities discovered and made available by the impulse of the energy of the signs of the zodiac, to some extent depends on the reduction of the ability of the planets to subordinate the conscious aspect of a person. Think about it, for these words contain a profound esoteric truth. Thus, two powerful streams of energy - cosmic and systemic - reach man through the conditioning planetary centers of power (the seven planetary schemes in the solar system and the corresponding seven centers of the planet on which we are located

We live) and through them pour into the symbolic “twelve houses”. It is for this reason that our solar system is spoken of as a system of "essential duality" (love-wisdom), and the main task of man in this system is to "regulate pairs of opposites." Thus, throughout the history of human evolution, there is a theme of dualities, the alignment of which is steadily continuing on all three planes of human revelation.

In this connection, what is true for the individual is true for humanity as a whole, for the Planetary Logos of the Earth, for all planetary Logos, and for the Solar Logos. For example, one can see an analogy between the merging of pairs of opposites on the physical plane and the conscious and controlled merging of planetary forces with the energy of any other planet or group of planets. There is also an analogy between the discernment, adjustment, and control of the strength of pairs of opposites on the astral plane, and the perfect control and coordination of the energies of the solar sign and the planets. This analogy can also be drawn further to the mental plane: when the energies of the solar sign and the ascendant are combined and expressed harmoniously (both in the case of individual and planetary Life), a point of crisis is reached at which the soul and personality meet face to face. The Angel of Presence, who distributes the sun's fire and holds the focus of the electric fire, and the Guardian of the threshold, who expresses and uses the fire of friction, recognize each other through "hidden occult knowledge." Then the door is wide open through which, after the third initiation, the life and light of the three principal constellations may become occultly available to the Initiate, whether he be a liberated human being or a Planetary Logos.

When astrologers understand the true meaning of the constellation of Gemini, and the dual forces that flow through this sign and affect our planetary life (these forces are sometimes called 56] "conflicting forces", or "squabbling brothers"), then the true method of resolving opposites will be known. It is also interesting to note that the seven symbols of the twelve signs of the zodiac are dual in nature and indicate duality. These are:

Two horns of the ram in Aries. Two bull horns in Taurus. Two figures of Gemini in Gemini. Two crab claws in Cancer. Two cups in the balance. Two parallel lines of force in Aquarius. Two fish in a fish.

These seven constellations are closely related to six of the seven sacred planets and one non-sacred. Two signs are simple symbols that are not related to duality:

The lion’s tail is just a lion’s tail. Arrow in the symbol of the Sagittarius.

They embody the idea of isolated separation and unidirectional desire.

The structure of the two signs is clearly threefold, which has an obvious meaning for the esotericist:

In human experience, these two signs mark a key, turning and critical moment, as they point to the true purpose of the triple form and to the release of the person in the form through trials in Scorpio, where he proves to himself and to the world the reality of what was hidden in the Virgin.

12. The symbol of Capricorn is perhaps the most mysterious. He hides the secret of the Crocodile, or Makara. It is written wrongly, and certainly purposefully misleading. It must be regarded as a mystery and therefore not subject to precise definition. Later we will look at these signs and their relation to sacred and non-sacred planets.

So, to summarize: a person should be studied as a trinity, a complex

An individual who (in three worlds) expresses:

(a) The spiritual soul reflecting the Monad. (b) The human soul reflecting the divine soul. (c) The nature of form, which is to reveal two higher principles.

The person in embodiment is conditioned by three Creative Hierarchies: 4 (or 9), 5 (or 10) and 6. They create a person in cooperation and at the same time constitute the area of his expression. Therefore, man, being a divine Flame, is a particular type of electric fire and, in the end, acquires the ability to respond to the three main controlling influences. He is the Sunfire, being the Sun Angel in manifestation, and gradually gains the ability to respond to the influences of the twelve constellations. It is also a fire of friction and is influenced by the planets. The following table provides further explanations:
