OCEAN 80Revival of the Russian Navy
Sea and river fleet of the new generation: dredgers with productivity 26 800 m³/h, seven multi-functional shipyards on 30 vessels per year and dredging of key transport corridors. Real ships have already been built - the project is ready for an investment launch.

Russia needs a navy.
the Government of the Russian Federation 5 November 2021 № 2868-R approved construction program more 250 Sea Transport Vessels, 1500 "River-sea" vessels, 1640 Fishery, 350 Dredgers, 90 Scientific Court and 24 Icebreakers. North-South, One Belt, One Road, and Northern Sea Route corridors need sufficient depth — and therefore, powerful dredging.

In 2023, OCEAN signed a contract with the Chinese SOURCE TECHNOLOGY LIMITED for the construction of three ice-class dredgers without prepayment. Eight months later, the ships were built, passed sea trials and are ready for transfer to Russia. The Chinese shipyard is ready to supply a set of equipment for seven multifunctional shipyards - 30 vessels per year each.

Investment mechanism
Protected model through OFZ
Return to the investor is provided with government bonds of the federal loan. Transparent structure for 15 years through PJSC "Promsvyazbank".
Purchase of OFZ
Investor acquires OFZ nominal value 20 trillion ₽ by price 40% from the denomination, the term 15 years.
Yield 15%
The investor annually receives 15% from the nominal value of OFZ as a commission.
Project credit
OCEAN 80 takes 60% funds at 2% per annum, deferment of the first payment of 3 years.
Implementation
Funds go to the national project "Shipbuilding" - shipyards, ships, dredging.

Feasibility study
Unit Economics of the Flagship Dredger
Calculation for one year of two-shift work: ground rise, transportation at 10 km, emission at great depths. Customers — FSUE "Hydrographic enterprise" (SMP) and "Rosmorrechflot".
