Systems development and interconnection programs
25 programs of the cooperative and 13 related project concepts: descriptions, source statuses and direct access to documents. A separate SUR development management system package is also provided.
The registry consolidates previously published sources into one entry. “Approved by the Council” refers to the documented status of the program. Concepts and archived proposals are shown separately; their presence in the catalog does not imply launch or confirmed participation of organizations.

Biocenoses ECO-PPA
Territory as a living system.
Project concept
The concept of “Biocenoses” considers the territory as a single controlled circuit in which natural systems, humans, infrastructure, economy, energy and data are connected through seven directions and modular solutions. The proposed pilot must begin with a territory passport and basic indicators, undergo an independent examination and end with verification of the result before possible replication.
EQUILIBRIUM Industrial Framework
From engineering concept to joint work.
Project concept
EQUILIBRIUM is described as a mission-driven system that aims to connect science, materials science, technology, manufacturing, infrastructure, environmental performance, finance and digital governance. This is a design architecture: the readiness of technology, the existence of a single platform, the participation of banks and the achievement of the stated effects have yet to be confirmed.
Research and Production Enterprise “EQUILIBRIUM”
Explore. Design. Create together.
Project concept
The concept offers a single research and production cycle: from registration of an initiative and examination to a pilot, independent verification, long-term contract, series and scaling. This is the author’s proposed project: its approval by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives and the obligations of the listed participants have not been confirmed.
Event City
A place where meanings meet.
Project concept
Event City is presented as a unified navigational model that connects place, people, public action, knowledge and meaning. Five business portals—Foundation, Community, Events, Knowledge, and Meaning—form a route from the initiative's resource base to its mission; the elements are used as an internal symbolic and visual language.
Portal of the Five Elements and the Knowledge Flame Relay
The fire of knowledge is passed on.
Project concept
The Five Elements are used as a cultural language to organize programs, events and user routes; the overall protocol is built around the acquisition, comprehension, action, confirmation and transmission of knowledge.
Russia’s Transport and Industrial System, 2035–2050
Connectivity of territories. Movement of opportunities.
Project concept
The master document and departmental package describe the target cross-sectoral architecture of transport, industry, science, energy, digital infrastructure, construction, ecology and financing.
Revival of the Earth
Return the space of life to the earth.
Project concept
The author's concept combines the restoration of the biosphere, human development and the renewal of institutions. Its practical core is a specific territory, a public baseline, a measurable effect, independent verification and a prohibition on scaling until the result is confirmed.
