System of character formation

The system of character formation will become a federal model.

We're doing the right thing.

MARESYEV SCHOOL

Flagship program of the Fund

PROJECT ESSENCES

The Maresyev School is a system of forming a strong personality through the practice of overcoming, responsibility and service.

Briefly:

It is a school of character, not a school of knowledge.

MAIN IDEA

Not "tell me about the hero," but:

to form a person capable of acting like Maresyev in his life.

PROJECT SLOGAN

Learning not to give up

Additionally:

PURPOSE

Formation of a generation of young people with a stable psyche, strong will and internal responsibility.

TASKS

TARGET AUDIENCE

Let's start with one group (for example 14–17), do not spray.

STRONG PROJECT FORMULA

Use it everywhere:

The Maresyev School is a character-building program through overcoming, responsibility and service.

WHAT TO DO NOW

Specifically:

Mechanism for identifying and recognizing people's actions.

If properly issued, this can become a federal award of the level of “character quality mark”

Let's put it together as a system, not just a contest.

FUND AWARD

"For the Will to Live"

Search for new heroes

BECOME AWARDS

The Will to Live Award is a public award for people who have shown strength of spirit, overcoming and responsibility in real life.

Key difference:

Not “known people”, but real people who have passed the test and have not given up.

MEANING FORMULA

We are not looking for heroes of the past - we are discovering heroes of the present.

MISSION OF THE AWARD

KEY SEND

A hero is not a status. It's a choice not to give up.

AWARDS

MAIN RESULT

If done right:

STRONG FORMULA

We use everywhere:

The “For the Will to Live” award is a search and recognition of people who prove by their example that a person is able to overcome everything.

WHAT TO DO NOW

We want to make a big system, and that’s right. But I'll be straight: 64 Nominations are the risk of drowning in formality if there is no structure. Solution: not just a list, but an architecture 8×8 (64) plus CDP-Protocols (Character Development Protocol) - as a system of assessment and growth We will collect this as a managed model, not a list for the sake of the list.

STRUCTURE CDP

Each candidate is assessed at 5 levels:

CDP-1: SITUATION

  • Was there a real test?
  • How important is it?

CDP-2: ELECTION

  • Was there a moment of decision?
  • Could a man have “surrendered”?

CDP-3: ACTION

  • What exactly did you do?
  • Were there risks?

CDP-4: RESULTS

  • What's changed?
  • Helped who?

CDP-5: PERSONALITY

  • What qualities are shown?
  • Is there sustainability?

SKORING (can be entered)

0–5 points

ADDITIONAL LEVEL

CDP-X: INFLUENCE

  • Is there a scale?

STRONG IDEA. Combine the prize and the school:

  • Prize = Hero Detection
  • School = formation of heroes

RECOMMENDATION

If you make 64 nominations:

be sure to use:

  • filter (top-20 → Final)
  • consolidation on stage (not to award 64 in a row)
