A GREAT WHEEL

AND SPIRITUAL DISCLOSURE

Before I give you the rest of the general scheme showing the constellations as conductors of cosmic energies or as transmitters of their own energy, I would like to point out that much of what I intend to say is based on the following:

1. The wheel of life and the path of man, a human being, passing through signs in accordance with what is recognized by orthodox astrology. It seems that man, along with the direction of motion of the planets, moves in the constellations in the opposite direction from Aries to Taurus, but this is all part of the Great Illusion.

2. The wheel of life and the path of man, divine or spiritual, the soul, passing through the signs of the Zodiac in the way that the esoteric astrologer believes. This is the Path of Reality, while the first type of movement is the Path of Illusion. The path of Reality leads the student through the Zodiac from the beginning in Aries to the end in Pisces.

The current method is based on the temporary state of affairs, in which the ordinary person is subject to the illusory nature of manifestation and is “as his thoughts are.” However, when he becomes Heracles, the Son of God (or the Sun Angel), he begins to reverse the process (again only apparently), and there is a certain reorientation. Therefore, the Masters on the inner side study the horoscope only in relation to the following three types of entities. They explore:

1. Horoscope of the planet, which is an expression of the life of the Planetary Logos. This involves examining the horoscope of the spirit of the planet, or Planetary Entity, as well as the planet-saturating Life and their combined relationship and interaction. For the Planetary Logos of the Earth, the spirit of the Earth is what the personality (or formal nature) is for the soul of man. Both horoscopes are superimposed on each other, and a "planetary pattern" or "pattern" is manifested.

2. Horoscope of the human race, the fourth kingdom of nature, if we consider it as a single entity, which it really is. It is essentially, as in the previous case, the study of two horoscopes: the horoscope of the kingdom of souls, or the divine sons of God on the mental plane, and the entity representing the coherent life of the formal aspect of the fourth kingdom of nature. It is also achieved by the mutual imposition of two maps drawn on a large scale on a transparent material unknown to mankind. These maps show the pattern that occurs when "soul and personality are brought into contact", as well as the conditions of the present and the possible development of events and relationships. As a result, the task of the near future clearly emerges.

3. The horoscopes of students, teachers do not study the horoscopes of ordinary undeveloped people. It's useless. The process itself also requires the study of two horoscopes of a particular student: one for the soul and the other for the individual, with their subsequent imposition. In one horoscope, a new orientation and the embryo of the transformation of inner life are noted and investigated, and the object of attention in another is external life and its correspondence or non-compliance with internal conditions. This is how the pattern or pattern of life manifests itself, opportunities are indicated, problems are eliminated and the next step is clearly visible.

Thus, once again, the degree of the penetrating “principle of duality” which pervades all phenomena becomes evident. This duality is variable in nature and depends on the accent setting - which is given importance at the moment. It persists until the last and final initiation, is in the final stages of the evolutionary process in the settlement of relations with the form, but in the mind of the advanced student this duality is absent. This is very important to realize.

The third paragraph, which reveals the previous two, should now be indicated. Much of our research will focus on the ratio of the six constellations of the upper half of the zodiacal circle to the six lower ones; we will consider the energy that is a human being (note this expression), which moves clockwise from Aries to Taurus through Pisces and then, turning the process into sleep, from Aries to Pisces through Taurus. We shall consider the dualities due to each of the zodiacal constellations and its opposite; thus we shall study the great qualities due to the constellation and its opposite sign, and do it as follows:

1. From the position of a person who begins his movement in Aries and goes through many cycles of the wheel of life, eventually reaching a turning point and reorientation. A person progresses from a point in Cancer in which he is part of the mass consciousness, unformed and unfocused, not recognizing the goal (except for satisfaction of instinctual desire), until in Scorpio he becomes a victorious student who has found himself in Leo. Then comes the Crisis of Reorientation, which can last for quite a long time and constitute a period of many struggling lives.

2. From the point of view of a person on the Path of Test, who seeks light by making his way through the signs. As stated in the “Ancient Commentary” on this subject:

"He turns from right to left, then again from left to right. It revolves randomly around the axis of desire. He doesn't know where to go or what to do. The sky is black.”

At this point in the student’s life, the Gemini sign begins to play an active role, and Sagittarius repeatedly “pierces his heart with his arrows, and then, following the flight of the arrow, a person reaches Capricorn.” This is followed by the crisis of renunciation.

3. From the point of view of the disciple who made the vow, and the initiate, who is again passing the Way of the Sun and discovering that what he found himself in the sign of Leo is completed in Aquarius. The separate individual consciousness becomes group consciousness in Aquarius, and he begins to understand the meaning of the fundamental combination of three signs, this “triangle in the consciousness” of a person:

Then, based on his achievement in Capricorn, he spent several lifetimes making his way through the zodiacal circle, descending into the sea of mass consciousness, to first be what in ancient books is called the “Crab cleansing the ocean of matter that washes the soul of man”, and eventually become the acting world savior in Pisces. He descends into the world of men to save mankind and advance the execution of the plan. He then becomes "a fish floating freely in an ocean of matter."

The initiate should always express in each sign of the zodiac the peak and spiritual fruit of previous life experience, experiment in the world and soul achievement. Egoism must be forever transformed into living active service, and desire must be transformed into purity of spiritual aspiration to identification with the will of God.

Several important points should be considered so that during the study you can keep a number of clearly formulated ideas in your minds. I have hinted at them in my previous books, but it would be useful to go back to them and cover them in some detail. It is advisable that you remember them again and again in the course of reading and studying.

I have often referred to the fact that the whole science of astrology is based on conditions that do not really exist. It is not based on material facts, but, nevertheless, it is always based on the truth. As you well know, the Zodiac is the imaginary path of the Sun in the sky. Therefore, from an esoteric point of view, it is largely illusory. At the same time, constellations exist, and the flows of energy that flow in different directions, combine and interact in the "body" of space are not an illusion, but a completely definite expression of eternal relationships. The illusion arose due to the incorrect use of various energies. Thus, the illusory path is as real for today’s humanity as the personal illusions of any individual. These illusions are a consequence of its polarization on the astral plane.

In this connection, it is also interesting to note that due to the precession of the equinoxes, the fourth type of force affects the planet and man, but it is rarely recognized and rarely given its due place in the horoscope. The moon and the sign, or position of the sun in the sky, do not actually match. When we say, for example, that the Sun is “in Aries,” it expresses an esoteric truth, but not an exoteric fact. The sun was in Aries at the beginning of the current big cycle, but now, “being” in the same sign, it does not fall exactly into the same position.

It should also be remembered that when drawing up an individual horoscope, it is necessary to know the place and time of birth, therefore, for a correct understanding and accurate conclusions in connection with the constellation, planets and the Earth, there must be a fixed point of reference for time. This fixed point is not yet known to exoteric astrology, although the Hierarchy has the required information that will become available at the appropriate time. It is this knowledge of internal information that is the basis of statements that I have already made or will make and which will seem revolutionary to the orthodox researcher. It is necessary to constantly refine earlier conceptions of humanity; a prominent example among them is the biblical statement that the world was created in 4004 BC. Many still believe in the truth of this proposition, recognized as erroneous by modern science.

Earlier I gave you a hint on which certain astrological calculations can be based. I indicated the time of the Hierarchy’s “Great Approach” to our planetary manifestation, when individualisation occurred and the fourth kingdom of nature appeared. I said that this momentous event took place 21,688,345 years ago. At that time, the Sun was in Leo. The process then initiated on the physical plane, which caused certain physical phenomena, took about 5000 years to mature. When the final crisis of individualisation came and the door from the animal kingdom closed, the Sun was in Gemini.

Sagittarius has been said to govern human evolution since the Sun was in this sign when the Hierarchy began the process of Approximation with the aim of stimulating life forms on our planet. The Sagittarius, however, ruled a period of subjective approximation.

The sun was in Leo when, as a result of the attempted stimulation, individualization occurred on the physical plane. 

 It was in the Twins when the Approximation ended with the foundation of the Hierarchy on Earth. This is one of the great mysteries reflected in Masonic rituals, and the symbol of the Gemini sign is the source of the concept of two pillars, or columns, so familiar to Masons. Thus, symbolically, it can be said that
