Integral University for the Synthesis of the Seven Rays

Ray VII.

This ray now represents an active and necessary group of students eager to contribute to the Plan. They work naturally on the physical plane. They are able to clothe in flesh and blood the attracted ideal, which embodies the idea of God to the extent that humanity in the current period can witness and turn into a form on earth. Their work is effective and necessary, requires considerable art in action. The Ray is now powerful. No member of a hierarchical crusade can really work alone, no group can move on its own. The difference between the methods of the old century and those of the new century can be expressed in the idea of individual leadership and group leadership. It is the difference between an individual’s response to an idea that imposes it on his fellows and a group’s reaction to an idea that gives rise to group idealism and gives it a concrete form so that the idea is framed but individual individuals do not dominate. This is the main task of the seventh ray student in the name of which he must exert all his energy. He is obliged to pronounce such Words of Power, which are the group word, and to embody the group aspiration into an organized movement, which, it should be noted, is very different from the organization. A striking example of the Word of Power proclaimed by the group is the Great Invocation, recently given and bringing a noticeable result. Its use must continue, for it is a mantra that accelerates the coming of the seventh ray. Such mantras are presented to the attention of mankind for the first time. All the rays now contribute to the realization of the specific group idea of the seven Masters, who, through their chosen, chosen ministers, actively participate in the work of the seventh ray. The latter is also associated with the coming influence of Aquarius. The Masters, with their vast group of disciples functioning on all five planes of human unfoldment, have carefully studied their accepted disciples, those who are under observation and yet to be accepted, and those who seek peace. They picked up quite a few of them and rallied them into a group on the outer physical plane.

The following factors determined the choice:

a. Sensitivity to Aquarius influence.

b. Willingness to work in a group as part of it, without any personal ambition, or desire to be a leader. For the desire to become a leader, the student is automatically (although only temporarily) disqualified. He is still capable of good work, but this is a secondary work, more involved in the old age than in the work of the New Group of World Servers.

c. Faithfulness is when everything that can be properly given is given.

Mr. Non-harm, although not yet perfect, but which is an ideal to which the aspirant is constantly drawn.

Many can participate in such work. The Law of Service described helps to clarify more or less one of the most esoteric influences in the solar system. I invite you to serve, but I remind you that the service we are discussing is possible only when we see the end of meditation more clearly and learn to maintain an inner spiritual orientation during the day. As we learn to wash, to wring ourselves out of consciousness as the central figure of our life drama, then and only then do we begin to conform to our real capabilities as servants of the Plan.

***

In connection with the recommendations and Messages of the Teachers, in the Age of Aquarius, there was an urgent need to create a number of educational institutions aimed at the opening and development of the “service petal” in people. To accomplish this task and achieve the goals, it is proposed to develop courses within the Integral University of the Synthesis of Seven Rays.

A multi-level system of training will enable the individual to integrate into the energies of the Aquarian Age. Having completed a full course of training, the individual, with an expanded consciousness and a baggage of integral practices, will have the opportunity to apply his knowledge for the Service of Humanity, Earth and all Life everywhere, thereby making a unique contribution to the Plan of God on Earth and taking responsibility for the conduct of the Energy of the Seventh Ray Age for the New Man, the archetype of the Divine Man. This approach to the expansion of consciousness creates an unprecedented experience of the Human civilization to connect with the Noosphere Consciousness and reach the level of first collective consciousness and in the future to the Group interaction, together with the Hierarchy of Light and the planet Earth to become Sacred, and Russia, as the country of the Age of the Seventh Ray, to lead Humanity to the idea of Universal Brotherhood on Earth.

Systemic preparation and expansion of the student's consciousness, the formation of a comprehensive worldview basis, in the balanced implementation of the tasks of the soul and the individual, through the structuring of the mental body and setting the right priorities in life.

The university needs to consider the possibility of creating and proceed to create a new universal human language, consisting first of 72 signs and symbols, then of 144 signs and symbols, and then of 360 signs and symbols. As a result, we will get a new human language, consistent with the universe. 12 zodiac constellations symbolize the system of encoding information by our consciousness.

Looking back at the spiritual history of the race of people of the last two thousand years (which is more than enough for our review), you will notice that the following methods have been consistently used for the spiritual elevation of human minds:

1. A method of raising the consciousness of an individual becoming Knowledgeable. Individual salvation and the emergence of outstanding individuals with spiritual perception, vision and a certain influence characterized the mystical history of the past. Some of these people followed the Path of the Heart, the mystical path; such were Sri Krishna, St. Francis of Assisi and all those Knowledgeable who belonged to the Path of Love. To these can be added Milarepa from Tibet and Lao Tzu from China. So were many of the saints of the Western Church. The book that perfectly depicted this path is the Bhagavad Gita.

Others followed the path of the mind and were intellectually knowledgeable. Their path is occult in a stricter sense and is increasingly becoming the path of those who aspire to our days. The reason for this is that the polarization of the race is steadily shifting to the mental plane. Such individuals belonging to the Way of Mind were Sankaracharya, Apostle Paul, and Meister Eckhart. Today, many people follow this path under the auspices of science. There were also other outstanding individuals, such as Christ and Buddha, who perfectly combined both ways and surpassed their fellows in terms of their achievements. They have influenced entire hemispheres and centuries, while the lesser sons of God have influenced countries, certain types of minds, and smaller periods of time.

2. The second method, designed to raise the consciousness of the race, is the method of working through groups gathered around a mentor who (to a greater or lesser degree) served as the focal point of energy, either:

(a) by contact with the soul, or

b) by such contact, and moreover being a channel through which any member of the Hierarchy could work.

Through the example of such mentors, their teachings, their successes and failures, the people gathered around them could learn, their vibration could rise, their consciousness expanded, and the group was able to become a magnetic center of strength, purpose and spiritual light - the degree of which depended on the purity of the published note and the unselfishness of their lives. The group's mental range also had an impact, as the note for the group as a whole was set by its average vibration and polarization.

The current experiment is conducted to shift the focus of the groups in the inner direction and, at the same time, to increase their power by preventing the emergence of an individual leader in the center of the group on the external plane. Everyone in the group should come together as free souls. Together they will learn, together they will earn their identity, together they will serve the world. However, you should remember that any person who takes the position that the necessary work is carried out only on the inner planes, and that he works exclusively from mental or spiritual levels of consciousness, is wrong in his concept of the spiritual process. Internal work, which does not result in objective activity on the physical plane, is oriented incorrectly and is based on wrong motives.

These new types of groups will work together under the direction and as suggested by a member of the Great White Lodge. Pay attention to the word “proposal,” my brothers. If these groups were to submit to the authority of the leader, then the goal of all the work started could not be implemented. Occult law would be broken. We ask our students today for free, meaningful help and give them the freedom to do or not do what they like and in the way that seems best to them. I'm your mentor. I'm making an offer. I give instructions. I point the way to the goal and the area of service. I am telling you that we strive to see what we, the Masters, have done on the inner plane. For the time being, at your own free will, you have expressed your willingness to serve and contribute to my plans. I don’t go further than the directions and the service. All of you, my students, will have to develop, in collaboration and close understanding, the way in which my suggestions and hints can be applied. And I don't get involved in this work.

First of all, I call on the members of the group to deepen their love and understanding among themselves. This is necessary in order for the internal structure of the group to become more solid and holistic.
